A nice place to live
I have lived here for four years. I like the area. I grew up on the South end so this is perfect for me. They are plently of places in the area to shop and dine. Any issue I have had has been taken care of and the staff in the office is nice especially Ms. Debbie. She is a wealth of knowledge and she's very helpful. Within the last year a lot has changed for the better. The pool reopened. We got new windows, hallways were redone, doors painted, etc. Nice to see the updates.

Great Staff,Great Maintaince,Updates to units are awesome.Grounds kept up as well as repairs.Hallways bright and clean.Great area for shopping.Hope to be here for years to come.love this place!

Great apartment !!!
The apartment complex is located in a quiet neighborhood and is great for those who are looking for an affordable place. Many supermarkets and stores are located within walking distance and the grounds are well-maintained. Spacious parking slots are available.

The apartment complex is clean and affordable. The management and staff are very friendly and responsive to resident inquiries. Accessible to many supermarkets and other facilities.

Great place to live
Courtyards on Glendale is a nice place to live. It's quiet and well maintained. Office staff and maintenance are friendly and helpful! Apartments are spacious with walk-in closet, linen closet, and even a balcony!

Great apartment
I’ve lived here 25 years and I love my apartment. Great area, very clean, grounds are kept up, and the office stall are all very nice people. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores.

Great for students and families
This is the apartment that I feel the safest in. It’s generally quiet and the neighbors keep to themselves. The size is great for the price and it’s within great distance of grocery stores and some food options. Maintenance is helpful and courteous.

Best place for student housing
This place is awesome. Very close to Walmart, Kroger and lots of other shops. University of Toledo campus is just 2-5 mins walk. The maintenance guy is superb and the management is really helpful.

Management is nice- apartments need work
We’ve lived here for 2years. Management and maintenance are all really nice and professional. Upon moving in, the apartment smelled bad, they paid to have the carpet cleaned. It helped a bunch. Since moving in, my family and I have developed allergies which I believe could be mold related. I’ve asked them to check under the carpets and cupboards for mold, they did and could not find any mold. My apartment has a lot of wear and tear and things falling apart like the lining on the cupboards, carpet lifting, and knicks and stratches on doors and frames. The mold thing concerns me the most as I’m sure it’s there somewhere, I just can’t find it.

do not move here
Ive only lived here for 4 months and i already want to move out! There is mold in my apartment. I have gotten sick from it. I've had bad feelings about this since I've moved in. the bottom floor floods. it's not safe for any kids to live here
