I had come in for my appointment today. Nobody acknowledged my existence, and I didn't want to interrupt anyone. So, I stood there for a good 15-20 minutes until a lady came in screaming about an issue with her apartment. Nobody made the time to make me feel welcome. I would stay away from here just by first impression alone.

Both of our leasing office doors are open at all times and we do our best to offer help if we are not already attending to a resident. I have lived here for 10 years and with everything in life you will have the good and the not so good. I, personally, have had no problems with my apartment or with management. In fact the ladies have gone out of their way to help me with a few minor issues I've encountered. I moved from my original apartment to an upgraded model and I'm happy with it. The rooms are a good size with plenty of storage in closets. The parking situation has gotten a lot better as well. Management is cracking down on people who just park anywhere they want. Overall I'm pleased with my home here.

We were told back in Jan. 2022 that there would be a clubhouse and playground built and available by May…it’s August 2023, and there’s nothing. The parking lot is the Wild West and it’s monitored much if at all. While there have been upgrades, it’s not worth the drastically increased rent. The shared washer and dryers almost always have issues. They’ll probably respond to this denying all of this and asking to speak with them directly. I have. And you can’t get a hold of the actual people in charge unless you make a fuss. And those people aren’t even in state.

Mice and roach infested. Loud complex with tenants that are able to do whatever they want. You car will get damaged. And they will try to charge you after you moved out for made up expenses without warning. Unless you want endless problems at a cheaply “remodeled” apartment stay away! Your unit will not look like they showed you.

It's upsetting to see this review. We do take pest problems seriously and investigate and treat them as thoroughly as possible. Ultimately, charges are dependent upon the condition of the items in your home after move-out. If you feel as though you were unfairly charged, please give us a call to further discuss our evaluation.
This apartment complex is not what they say they are, when you are in the beginning process they treat you very nice and with respect once you have signed the lease they hit you with.. you are going to split the cost of the utilities which are: gas-water-garbage with the other tenants plus you pay your own light and if you say that you don't agree and refuse they tell you that in order for you to get out of the signed lease you have to pay $3500 if not they threaten you with court and an eviction on our first lease they made a mistake and had to re do it and the utilities were not on that lease they told us they were going to correct the minor mistake and have the new lease ready and it would be the same no changes well not true PLEASE READ any document these people give you they are sneaky and deceitful. It has been 1 month since we moved in and the problems have not stopped, I can't hang anything on the walls (3M hooks) everything falls off with the paint there are 3 ladies in the front office with nasty attitudes the same ones that have you sign the lease they change afterwards, the cargo train pases and everything vibrates, the bathroom walls are already falling apart and it's only been 1 month, the flooringis loose etc...NOT HAPPY ?? if you are considering living here please read the lease especially if they have to re do it think about it 3 and 4 times. CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE !!!
If I could give this a zero stars I would in a heartbeat. If I would’ve known I was going to move in to this I would’ve gone looking somewhere else. I was shown an apartment that was the complete opposite of what I got. This apartment is completely unacceptable! Paint job was a disaster. Tape painted over walls look bad. On top of paying for using the machine to wash and dry your clothes 1.50 and 1.75 they are charging you for the water you’re using. Also there’s only ONE meter for the whole building. So if one apartment uses more of the gas, for example, just know your bill will go up. They split the amount between the amount of tenants they have. They have you paying for your gas plus what others use to make it all equal which is completely ridiculous and unacceptable. Beware about the apartment because they will show you a brand new one and give you one with the doors all old and cracking and the bathroom tiles are all bunched up against each other and the walls are painted and sanded horribly which was the apartment they gave me. I’ve been here for 4 months and still waiting to get anything fixed in this place. And before you sign the lease make sure you go and check the apartment they will be giving you. And how it says they are 24 hours for help on anything that’s a big lie. You have to call in a certain time in order to get the call answered.

This place is poorly managed and is not safe at all. Has roaches in some of the apartments. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.....

In 2020, it's rather easy to post pictures on the internet and make a property look like a deceivingly nice place to live. Unfortunately, this property is a perfect example of exactly that. Upon having moved in for one day, i'd begun to notice there were cockroaches, and all sorts of different insects crawling around. On top of that fact, the room temperature was always colder than the readout on their digital thermostat, which doesn't really have any effect on the actual room temperature. When I washed my hands in the kitchen sink, water leaked everywhere. When I used the shower, I turned the handle on the hottest setting, and the temperature was still ice-cold. When I washed my hands in the sink, the water leaked into the cabinets. Here's the icing on the cake- Imagine waking up, going to the bathroom to do your business, and then watching all of the contents in your toilet bowl flow across your ankles, and the entire bathroom floor. To say the least, it was definitely not a good morning, as well as the last morning i'd ever stayed there. Avoid this place at all costs.
Very rude staff no one know what the they are doing, for instance they sent me a letter stating I didn’t pay my rent and I was a month behind on top of the new month, they cash my check, that’s why it’s always good to have paper trail. They have construction all day loud, and they don’t not fix any problem you have until you have to make slight threats. They have a big infested problem and they rather put the tenants that’s been living here for decades in those building and give the ppl who are looking to rent in the one they fix up but we have to move multiple times why is this fair on us. They would show ppl that are moving in the places but we have to sign a lease and take it as it is. What a joke.
High rent, no maintenance, very rude personnel and low class tenants. Police are always called to crimes in the area and management has no concern for your wellbeing. keep away from this area to protect yourself and prevent from having a big problem getting any help getting anything fixed. Place is bug infested and no exterminators will be called.
