Property Ratings at Cove East
Understand now my rating is based overall from experiences of being there ten years.and it would be different depending on what time frame when I was there. It was quite a mixed bag. Regardless of what had occured I had my side too and that about personal responsibilities and it was the worst time of my life for trying to start afresh, damnit all. If it wasn't one thing it was another. I'll miss this place alot. There were many times they could've called me out and didn't and they're actually one of the better places you can find inc rent prices esp these days. I do have more to say but if I were given the choice id give them another chance but I had to leave anyways bc of a noisy clown upstairs who just couldn't help himself and the mgr was agreeable with me about it which I appreciated. There was a lot that happened while there that caused alienations and so forth.
Well kept property, beautiful area, friendly neighbors. Great staff, wonderful customer service. The maintenance staff are caring and get things done in a timely manner. Very convenient location.
A really neat and fancy apartment that is conveniently owned by the King County, and managed by Greystar Residential group. They are close to bus lines, Costco, Winco, Walmart major shopping stores and offer fireplaces; energy efficient appliances, covered parking, on-site laundry facilities, indoor lofts and outdoor balconies.
I have lived at Cove East for 2 plus years. I have not had one problem. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintaince is on top of any problem your apartment has. The only downfall is it seems that the apartment no smoking policy isn't really a policy. People still smoke within 15 feet of an apartment and even in the pool area. The no dog policy is really weird. We asked to have a dog and was denied since dogs are only accepted if you have a medical letter from a doctor saying a dog is needed medically but I doubt all the people I see need a dog for medical related issues.
I love these apartments! They keep it clean! The staff is always very helpful. I would of rate these apartments five stars, if they had washer and dryer in the units.
I live at this apartment for 5 months and its a good friendly community. The manager and office staff is wonderful. I have a beautiful view of the pond with geese and ducks.
