Property Ratings at Cove Lake Village Apartments
I lived here for two years and moved out a few months ago. My experience living here was just okay. The good things- paying rent was easy though the portal, maintenance was always helpful, and I never had any major issues for them to fix. My biggest grievance is that my unit and common area hallway alway smelled like smoke, and as a nonsmoker that was a very uncomfortable way to live. Management out up a little air fresher in the hallway that did absolutely nothing other than provide a nauseatingly overpowering smell of flowers, mixed with cigarette smoke. Also the pet owners do not pick up after their pets so when walking anywhere in the vicinity of the dog park, you have to watch your step carefully. Overall though it was okay, didn’t love it, didn’t hate it. Probably wouldn’t recommend to my friends because I feel that there is better out there, but this is not a bad choice.
I have been at cove lake for 12 years and it’s a nice place to live , it’s a quiet neighborhood. Cindy is a great property manager. She is always nice and professional Ms.Carter
I have lived here for 10 years, and my experience has been stellar. Management is friendly, but firm. They handle issues QUICKLY and follow-up to ensure quality service was given. The units are quite spacious with lots of closet space. The new work out facility is great. The property itself is well kept and always looks nice and presentable. Again, the standard of excellence here is like none I have ever witnessed with apartment living. 5 stars for sure!
The bathroom has serious mold issues and no ventilation. I've asked for new tile and/or to fix the issue and they won't. It can't be healthy. Can't wait to move out.
I lived here for several years before buying my house. I had lived at several different communities before coming here, it was by far the best decision I made! LOTS of space, LOTS of closets, the staff is so friendly, maintenance is always on top of things and the laundry & fitness area are always clean! I would've never moved out if I didn't buy a house. 5 stars !
I have lived here for going on 11 years now and I am proud to say that this is my home! I so look forward to coming home when I am away. The one bedrooms are huge and very spacious! The neighborhood is quiet. It is nice and clean! The manager Cindy is awesome and a hoot. She is very easy to talk to and does her very best to get things fixed quickly. The best manager that has been here since I have been here!! The maintenance and staff are always on top of everything. They are all super friendly. I LOVE IT HERE!!!!!
I lived at this place for about two and a half years and only left because I was moving in with my fiance. The community is quiet and the facilities were kept clean. Cindy and the maintenance staff were quick to respond with any problems and they also went above and beyond to help with a few minor issues after I moved out. Rent was very reasonable for the sq footage and utilities that were included. I will definitely miss this place!
I've lived here for 3 years. The grounds people do a awesome job. I don't like talking to the manager, she is rude and disrespectful. Not helpful at all. Rent is to high for the quality of the apartment. my kitchen cabinets are falling apart, I have no ceiling fans, and the floors are very squeaky, and the windows are super drafty. we freeze to death in the winter, just to name a few things. we are in the process of looking for another place to live. not worth $655!
Apartment has lost of room. Bathrooms are decent size. Nice location! Pool is clean and fun. They keep the grounds clean and looking nice!
I have just moved in and had several issues with my apt., both the office personel and maitanence were right on the problems.
