It was my first time doing an apartment tour and Jo, the leasing lady, was very helpful and patient. The apartment is nice (I toured a one bedroom) but the one I actually wanted (a studio) was unavailable.. that’s my fault though because I didn’t check the availability on the app. Anyway, I’ll keep this place in mind in case a studio becomes available in the future. Thanks again to Jo, I couldn’t have asked for a better person to tour with!
Not a bad starter apartment, but that’s about it. The craftsmanship is very poor and management doesn’t stay open past 6pm and are closed on weekends making it hard to get essential stuff done such as getting money on the laundry card. Laundry is very expensive here, and yes you do pay for water/gas/electric etc.. I read that this place had bedbugs before, and I guess it was true because we found a dead one on our vent and had to get an exterminator who has come into our unit more than once with zero notice (notice was promised and was supposed to happen per leasing policy).

I've told others that the meadows on ten is a good place for residence
Creep Squad maintenance team, apartments-are out-dated, the leasing office staff are lazy. Their “major” inspections are a joke they dont even enter everyone’s apartment to check anything. The main door to the apartment buildings are open 85% the time so anyone can just walk in without a key. People let their dogs do their business all over infront of the apartment building and nobody cleans it up. Barely any parking spaces and people who dont live here park over night, absolutely ridiculous.
Been calling emailing and going to the office to speak with someone about several issues including MOLD for 5 months still haven’t heard from them! The apartments are outdated, the staff is never in the office or they don’t answer the phone/return calls. They will sneak in additional charges for everything 10$ to pay via money order 30$ to pay via online. They deserve negative rating I hope my review stops you from wasting your money there are better places out there!

This place is horrible and management is even worse. No one tries to help you and the communication is horrible. They want there rent on time but can't help you with your problems.

There is no regard to the residents lives that live here. For instance after only being in my apartment for maybe 3 weeks my tub needed to be reglazed and I had to go 24 hrs without using my shower. There was no regard for the inconvenience this caused me having to leave my home for hours and the cleanup I had to perform for the contractors work they left behind and when I asked was there any means of compensation anything to offset not only having to deal with an oversight they should have taken care of before I moved in given that the previous tenants must have lived either for a long time or ran the place down. I was met with a hard no with no explanation as to why just no not even an simple apology for the inconvenience. Next my water was turned out due to an maintenance issue in my building and I wasnt alerted I called the office and was meet with the explanation then and a time to which it may be turned back on no formal email or anything letting the residents know. Once I called back after the water was on I was meet with another form of dismal after letting them know it was now running brown I was told I just had to let it run until it stops again no apology or regard for the inconvenience this caused me just an oh well attitude. The office staff has no sense of empathy when it comes to dealing with the residents and something as simple as having an AER (acknowledge, empathize and reassure) approach would have turned this around for me. Instead I am here writing this review with my brown running water.

Terrible apartments to stay in when I first moved in everything was fine then months later my apartment started falling apart… The closet doors in my apartment started coming I mean each and ever one of them.. The bathrooms are so outdated it’s terrible.. The apartments are old and run down do not move here

This is my 3rd time renewing my lease and i have no intentions of moving out. My neighbors are all amazing and we speak to eachother in passing. I havent had any issues in my apartment, but since i have been here for a while i called about some updates to my blinds and stove and maintenance came out so fast and got it all updated. Every time i call, the office staff is so pleasant and helps with any of my questions. The apartments are clean and spacious and Ive never had any concerns of safety. I recommended 2 of my friends to live here and both moved in and love their apartments as well!

I’ve lived here for a month now. It’s petty nice. I have an updated 1 bedroom. I wish there was a dishwasher but other than that the space is fine. It’s quiet for the most part. Parking is terrible though ?? people not moving their cars that don’t run, taking up space. Lawrence is super nice and helpful.
Everything is located near by. Stores and transportation.

I've been here for a year now and I enjoy the peace that we have in our community. I love that the location provides you with all of your needs within a mile radius. There's Kroger, Value Fresh, Meijer, Family Dollar, Dollar Tree, Christian Financial Credit Union, Popeyes, Little Ceasar's, Macdonald's, Wendy's, Taco Bell, T-Mobile, Advance Auto, etc... just to name a few. Everything that I was told that would be updated has been done and then some. So, the owners care about elevating the enter and outer landscape of the property. The maintenance team has always taken care of any issues quickly, either the same day or no later than the next day. Their work is always satisfactory. The management team led by Matt, Lwarence, and Jessica are great. I feel like they are part of my family. I moved here from a bad situation and I have not regretted one moment of being here. It has been a true blessing.

Prices are too high for what you receive in this apartment. Parking is limited, Ive lived here for a year and they waited until summer to break down the pool so the pool was unable to be used all summer. Laundry facilities are limited one unit at a time to wash other wise you have to go to a laundromat, air does not circulate through the entire apartment so I suggest you get fans if you move here. Neighbors in certain areas are really loud (walls are thin so you hear everything)

The apartments are nicely painted but there are issues with the cheap laminate floors in the kitchen and baths. Instead of the bathrooms being redone, they have the shower covers which been repainted and not professionally. Not having an intercom system is a hit or miss with any delivery.

The front office staff are really nice! I enjoy being able to do laundry in my apartment building. The pet policy is amazing! I enjoy my apartment and the way the new renovations turned out.

Been here for about 5 months and my family enjoys Hoover square apartments. We have an issue and within 24 hours they are there. Nive quick place.
It is fine it is in good location for shopping banking.
Location, office staff and maintenance workers are all GREAT.
I've been here since August and feel it has been an appropriate length of time to write a review. Whenever I place a work order request, it is either same day or next day that someone comes out and promptly assists me. Both my boyfriend and I's name are remembered by the staff. Lawrence is amazing at taking care of people. The laundry facilities have one washer and dryer in each building and it costs less to wash my laundry in the building than it does at a laundry mat. The apartments are very clean and newly renovated, and the new management that works here has been awesome. They do verify with a photo ID the first time you come in to pick up your package, and will also verify the apartment you live in before handing the package off to you, but that's totally fine since they don't just hand it off to random people. My neighbors for the most part are quiet, and they all are very nice. In addition, because the apartment complex is pet friendly, it allows furry members to live with their owner without problems. The apartment is also very spacious and has huge closet space, and comes decked out with new flooring, paint, and appliances. Overall, this has been a very welcoming experience and I really enjoy how nice they have made the apartments within the last couple months of me living here.

Some Apartments is infested with roaches and they know it they are still allowing People to move in bedbugs too but they don’t care they are money hungry

The pool is still not fix . the apartment are nice outside and inside. Storage room are small
The front office is great. Anytime i have a problem/issue i talk to them and they either fix the problem or put a maintenance order in to be fixed. Very polite/respectful. Dont have a bad thing to say about it. Everyone that works here is very nice. Couldnt.of moved to a better place.

Management When I originally moved into my apartments everything was fine the neighbors were a little loud but nothing major. About 3 months of me living there a new management company took over and every since everything has been hell. When I put in a request for maintenance to come out they take over a week to come out . When I ask to be contacted by a manager in regards to issues that I'm having they never follow up. When I get something delivered they leave it in the leasing office and in order to get the packages or to have someone get them for you, they ask you a series of questions and still want to prove that you are who you say you are before they release the packages. Honestly it has become a headache and I cannot wait until my lease is up so I can move out. The apartments look nice but it is not worth the hassle to live here!

When I originally moved into my apartments everything was fine the neighbors were a little loud but nothing major. About 3 months of me living there a new management company took over and every since everything has been hell. When I put in a request for maintenance to come out they take over a week to come out . When I ask to be contacted by a manager in regards to issues that I'm having they never follow up. When I get something delivered they leave it in the leasing office and in order to get the packages or to have someone get them for you, they ask you a series of questions and still want to prove that you are who you say you are before they release the packages. Honestly it has become a headache and I cannot wait until my lease is up so I can move out. The apartments look nice but it is not worth the hassle to live here!

Beware of Free Heat. There are at least two buildings that are currently without heat and have not had heat this year 2018. Management has not provided any written notification as to why. Maintenance state the boiler is broke. The temperature is 40 degree at this moment 11/11/2018 @ 9:30 p.m. As i type my fingers are extremely cold. I have multiple blankets and a coat on as I wonder is the really happening. The management states the boiler is broke. That the same thing they said last year. If you REALLY must move here ask upfront what month does the Free Heat come on. Ask if the radiator work. Ask if you will be compensated for your electricity used for space heaters and plastic to seal the windows and your medical bill if the boiler just happens to "break". Visit the building and talk to the residents to get the real deal. Organize the people in your building and do a group letter if the heat doesn't work. Write management regarding the heat because they surely will not put the issue in writing to you. I wonder why. Oh, the office staff is nice.

I have stayed there for 2 years. When I went in the apartment everything was okay. But as soon as I signed the lease their behaviour changed along with their maintenance. ? The heat is never adjustable its always above 85 in the winter. ? It always takes long wait until they clean the snow. ? The apartments water boiler has never been changed which gives red rusty water. They don't seem to bothered about it because the water is free for tenants. ? They seek into apartments to see if the apartment keys are being changed. Most disgusting thing is when we found mold in the kitchen cabinets. ? We have been complaining about MOLD which was forming in the tub sink and toilet but got no response from the managment. We even wrote letters to them. ? The exhaust air fans never seems to pull the air. ? If they can't help you with any maintenance issue they will always say they processes it to their corporate and they can't do anything about it until corporate acts on it. They always put corporate an excuse no matter what. There has been many unfortunate events in this community for what reason its really not environmental friendly. I would recommend everyone PLEASE READ THE LEASE AGREEMENT POLICIES BEFORE YOU SIGN ON IT!! they will rush you and tell you some of the policy and take you signature so you won't see their dirty tricks. It's really shocking how they treat their tenants. But they might forgot that tenants are the only clients who needs to get served and the reason why they are working here. All of the management people stays in this apartment themselves maybe with less price or no price thatswhy they won't ever like it when you put a complaint against the apartment.
Great apartments. Management is awesome , always there when you need them . Maintenance is always on time / responsive , clean environment . Great place to live I love it .
