Please don’t move here. The management is super poorly run. Add on an extra 150-300 dollars a month in extras on top of your rent. The head maintenance person is very rude. They took a year to put lights in the stairwell. They also raise rent very rapidly. You can get places much cheaper and just as nice in the area.

I’ve lived here about 3 years and I would not recommend living here. At first it’s great! But as time goes on I find it impossible for management to resolve or respond to issues. Little things like helping me regain access to parcel pending so my packages stop being mis-delivered or stolen and access to advertised amenities such as their rewards program is impossible. Management is constantly offering to help, but is not helpful. I often find they will offer to help, tell me they will look into it and get back to me, but then they never do. Rent goes up astronomically every lease renewal. Dryer takes 2-4 hours per load to dry. When maintenance comes to “fix” it they remove WET lint from secondary dryer trap and tell me that’s normal.

Astronomical rent prices for cheap construction. Maintenance is a joke and management is definitely not going to help you with any issues once they have you locked into a lease.

I've lived here for almost two years now and through three ownership changes, and I can safely say that you should avoid this place at all costs. Problems have been persistent throughout, and have gotten significantly worse with each new owner. Issues brought up by residents are systematically ignored while management is happy spending our rent on yet another rebranding of the property. Here's just a few of the things you can look forward to if you decide to live here: - Rent is overpriced for what you get, plain and simple. - The leasing office doesn't really pick up the phone, expect to walk over and wait in a line to talk to someone. - Twice a day, EVERY day but Sunday, maintenance staff drags about a half dozen dumpsters around the property, and it's extremely loud and disruptive, even through closed windows. I've had co-workers on Zoom calls ask me to mute myself because of it multiple times. - In fact, expect intermittent industrial noise at all hours of the day, since the hotel next door's loading dock and dumpster are adjacent to much of the property. They're happy to swap dumpsters 1 AM, and expect to hear their HVAC units throughout the summer. - Rent was increased during COVID, despite plenty of "we're in this together" rhetoric. - Management removed the ability to pay rent by credit card without notifying residents in any way. - Management took away about 5-10% of available parking spots to implement paid reserved parking, which wasn't requested by residents (that I'm aware of) and is hardly utilized. - Management contracted a towing company to start towing residents and their guests at their own expense, despite no resident complaints about parking (that I'm aware of). The only people I've heard of or seen getting towed are fellow residents. - Expect to find broken glass throughout the parking structure, since maintenance staff doesn't seem to clean the property anymore, and... - Vehicle break-ins and thefts are alarmingly common, perhaps because the "security gate" that was installed is made of a light, easily cuttable fabric that's been slashed more than once. - The "dog park" mentioned in the amenity list is just a few parking spaces covered in AstroTurf, so don't expect your pup to get any exercise.

I moved in at the beginning of the month and have been impressed so far with Covell on the Promenade! The staff is friendly and helpful. I had a few small issues on move in with the ice machine and water heater. I put in a maintenance request and they addressed these issues promptly! The building is clean and I am loving all of the walking trails that are so close, Westminster City Park is practically located right beside the building. Noise is apartment noise and to be expected. So far I have not been bothered by it. So many stores and fun things to do in walking distance. Looking forward to seeing what this year will bring.

Parking fees at covell include paying a security company an extra fee as they permit the previously public parking around the complex. The apartment complex charges an additional fee for parking more than one car for all units in the parking garage on top of tenants paying this parking company. ADDITIONALLY they have now decided that if you wish to park on the first four floors of the parking garage you will have to pay for reserved spots on top of these two fees or be forced to park elsewhere. The front office and maintenance staff claim that they clean the gym and are taking extra precautions to fight covid. I was informed by staff that they clean the gym one time a day in the morning. The gym is also only open from the hours of 9-6pm and permits two people at a time meaning that 4 people who work regular jobs out of the community of around 400-500 units has the opportunity to fight over a half hour slot every single workday. These hours are shortened on weekends. The pool has been closed for a long time due to the pandemic but the tenants of Covell receive a bill every month where the monthly electric for the entire building is split between the existing tenants. This includes the cost of heating the pool and hot tub and keeping the lights on in all of the areas that are closed due to Covid. They are also raising rent on every tenant renewing their lease in the middle of a pandemic regardless of financial situation in direct disregard of many Colorado Landlord communities recommendations in reacting to a worldwide pandemic.
