Before 2003, St. Dennis was a self-contained CDP. Even though it is now a Louisville neighborhood, it has retained much of its unique self-identity. The neighborhood contains its own park, Cane Run Park, as well as a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and businesses. Choose an apartment along Cane Run Road to be near the shopping and dining, or look for rentals along River Front Drive for fantastic river views.

Terrible Place to live
From the top down everything about this place sucks. The office staff is rude and selfish, they left me locked outside of the BUILDING (not my apartment but the entire building) for 3 hours in 90 degree heat. Most recently their “Emergency Maintenance” didn’t answer the phone all day long while I had water leaking from the toilet and raw sewage backing up into the tub. Whatever you do don’t live here it’s truly a nightmare.
