Property Ratings at Coventry Court Townhomes
I lived here for a year. Nicole was helpful and quick to respond. Any maintenance issue was fixed quickly. The townhome/apartment was very quiet and there are tons of parking in the parking lot. The only con is the building itself. It is long overdue for a major upgrade. It has been managed well but even well managed buildings need to undergo major reconstruction.

I have lived here for almost 2 years. This is definitely the best property I have lived at. They have many amenities that include a pool and gym. When something is broken they are super fast to fix.

We are very disheartened to see that you feel this way about our community. We welcome you to give us a call to discuss why it is you feel this way, so please call us at (952) 432-9652. Thank you.
I lived here for about 2 and a half years. The only reason I left is because I bought a home of my own, otherwise I would have continued to stay here. So a little more about the place: The apartment I was in was semi updated. The cabinets had an old feel to them and my oven was old but my dishwasher and fridge were newer and nice. I especially loved the washer and dryer in the apartment. It made it feel like my own little house. There is definitely a culture of actually giving a crap here and that means a couple things; One the outside area is very well kept and they take appearances very seriously here. They also take the rules on your lease very seriously and do enforce the rules. Two expect at some point to be contact about something you or your building is doing to break the rules/or "dirty the lawn". I have never had an apartment contact me cause the plants on my deck kind of looked like they were dead until here. So if you are someone who likes to fight the establishment and not follow rules, you probably wont like this place because they have a lot of them and do enforce them.Otherwise thought if you can tolerate having to follow the rules, the payoff is a really nice looking apartment complex and a quiet and respectful place to live for all residents. Lastly I want to discuss the property manager, Nicole, and other office staff. I have seen some things online talking about how bad the staff were and that they are uncaring etc. etc, Honestly my experience couldn't have been better with all of them. They were always very pleasant and had a smile on their face. Always so incredibly helpful and would follow up on concerns and maintenance issues very quickly. So overall my experience was 5/5. This was a clean and well maintained property with friendly staff for a decent price. I would come back here again if I couldnt be in a home. It was a great experience

Lived here for a couple years, affordable for location, great for families and pets, has a large courtyard, close to a park, staff is very friendly and nice!
Horrible service! They ask way too much to even get in. Including addresses on your credit report. My boyfriend was in school for a year and had to live at friends places. They asked for numbers for all those people even though he was not there for more than a 2 week period including numbers of hotels he stayed at. We felt harassed and like we did something wrong even though we had good background check good income and good credit. I'm horrified at this place.
