Indiana’s second-largest city, Fort Wayne is a delightful mix of metropolitan amenities and small-town quirks. Fort Wayne brings the community together for a bevy of special events, including BuskerFest, Johnny Appleseed Festival, and the Three Rivers Festival. Fort Wayne residents also congregate for a variety of athletic events, but especially for Tin Caps home games at Parkview Field.
Ample green space, trails, and parkland provide plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation in Fort Wayne in addition to the Maumee, Saint Marys, and Saint Joseph Rivers, which all converge in the city.

Property Ratings at Coventry Court Townhomes
I would first like to say thank you for sending me an email reminding me to leave you guys a review. I had almost moved on with my life... Here it goes: We lived here for 3 years and moved out in February 2024. They asked why I moved out in their fun little survey and here was my response: I brought up the lack of communication and was told over and over (gaslighted) that communication would happen digitally/online, but nothing was ever communicated from management on their end. None of the tickets we opened were ever closed out. No notes on the ticket. Every apartment I have ever resided in has had some mode of communication when it comes to maintenance issues, but we had no idea if anyone had entered our apartment and whether or not the issue had been addressed or required more visits to fix. We had mold in our kitchen that they eventually came to fix but all they did was slap plaster over it, leaving a huge mess in the kitchen when they left. Oh yeah, and then when we moved out you charged us $55 because you had to clean the range oven? HA! You don't even remember when you guys put that NASTY oven in my apartment. Our oven had stopped working and the oven you guys put in was coated in grease and looked like it had been in storage for years. We DID CLEAN THAT OVEN before we left and left it in better condition than what it was given to us. Maybe it wasn't Commercial kitchen ready, but that oven shouldn't even be in that apartment. Don't act like you guys aren't going to rip out all those appliances and flooring and replace everything so you can jack up the rent and consider it a "luxury townhome". Give me a break!
I have recently purchased a home that will start a new chapter for me BUT I could not leave Coventry Court without praising my stay there. The entire staff is AMAZING!!!!!! The office staff and Maintenance staff always addressed concerns or any issues in a timely manner. Coventry Court has been my home for the past 7 years and I would choose Coventry Court Townhomes all over again!!! The comfort of home, clean outdoor atmosphere and a well-maintained swimming pool in the summer months. I have loved the last 7 years and I will definitely miss CCT and the entire staff. Thank you CCT for being part of my family for the last 7 years!!! If you are ilooking for a new place to call home, I encourage you to check out Coventry Court Townhomes. - Michelle M
We loved living here! The neighbors are nice and friendly, the groundskeepers work hard to keep the community looking nice, and the apartment is quite spacious! The ladies in the office are super friendly and helpful too! Highly recommend!
After living here for 3 years, I can honestly say this is the first apartment that has felt like a home. The complex is always quiet, the grounds are well-kept, and the community makes it feel more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex. Maintenance is always prompt, and the office staff is always very kind and helpful! It has gotten a little expensive, but all of the amenities make it worth it!
I lived at Coventry Court Townhomes for several years and at two different locations. The location was perfect right next to Foster Park and with easy access to the walking trail. etc. I always found the neighbors to be very friendly and respectful too. And the front office staff and maintenance crew couldn't have been more friendly, helpful and accommodating when needed. Highly recommended!
I have lived here for a year and the service I've received was great! The staff are always caring and available to assist with any issues. Maintenance staff are fantastic and friendly to work with. The property was well maintained and I had no issues as a resident. The property management are great to work with and go the extra mile to make sure the resident is taken care of. Thank you for everything!
I have lived here for years. I've always had good neighbors and love that my apartment faces the park. The grounds are always well kept and the office girls and maintenance have been awesome!
Good place to live, did have a few issues nothing major. Like that there is a walking path behind the complex
This is a great apartment community. The units are up to date and well kept. They are very nice and living here was a very pleasant experience. I wouldn't be moving if they were located N. Fort Wayne. Great price and utilities were very reasonable.
The neighborhood is very quiet and you feel detached from the city whilst still living in it. The townhouses are sensibly laid out. A huge bonus was the kitchen area being so large and coming with a gas range! Coventry Court's staff quick with any maintenance that needed to be done. All in all, a nice place to come home to.
I live in Coventry Court 4 years, it’s very quiet the neighbors are really nice. The office staff was really friendly and helpful whenever I need any questions asked the maintenance call was always answered in a timely manner.
During my time at these apartments, it was overall a good experience. The staff were always very friendly and easy to contact. This was my first time renting and I felt as though it was spacious, it is always a plus when the washer and dryer are in the unit. I love the fact that it is very pet friendly which is what drew me in initially. My favorite part is that its right next to the Foster Park Trail.
I moved here from 2017 to 2020. My stay here was good and I never had any major issue. We moved from California and the process was very smooth. We did everything online and on our move in date we received our keys and signed our lease. The apartment staff were always very friendly and welcoming. The rooms inside our 2 Bedroom apartment were very spacious. We had a full size washer and dryer and gas stove! I only had two maintenance issues while being here and were both answered in a very timely manner. The only downside was the internet. It is offered through the apartment complex and for our unit there were times when it was completely down. Aside from this, the neighborhood is really quiet and everyone keeps to themselves.
Maintenance is terrible, all the appliances are outdated and constantly need maintenance, I called about having my carpet changed cuz it’s pulling up for the floor (exposing nails) that was 3 months ago, bathroom sink broke and leaked downstairs, nothing done, new sink still leaks, called 3 times, nothing done, it’s too expensive for the quality of apartment and maintenance, I would avoid Coventry Court
Good size place with a decent price. Will allow German Shepherd dog breeds which was a plus for me. Maintenance was timely on fixing problems that popped up nownand again. Never had a problem with any neighbors. Close to stores or restaurants.
A great place to call home if you are looking in the 07! Spacious apartments in a quiet neighborhood! Had really friendly neighbors and never had any issues!
Very helpful, friendly staff and they work with you with whatever you need. Open/large apartments compared to most places, You can have your pets here too! Highly recommend this place!
I lived here for almost 7 years and I absolutely loved it there!! Loved the quietness and tranquility that there is. The apartment itself is great very spacious and clean. The staff is awesome very polite and friendly. 10/10 would recommend!!
I moved into Coventry Court Town Homes because I had gotten a job and needed a place quickly. From start to finish, Kali, Nikki, and the whole team were 5-stars. I was treated respectfully, they were expedient on any request, and they were genuine in their interactions. They went above and beyond when I went on vacation and they remembered my name anytime I came into the office. The properties are older, but shockingly well-maintained. When I would bring folks around, they'd say "oh...OH this is actually really nice!" The grounds are well-kept and beautifully updated. These apartments are older, but again, well-maintained. The sound quality is incredible - I think I heard my neighbors through the walls once. Probably the best price for the space and quality in Fort Wayne. I was only able to stay a year, but these folks made it a good one. Do not let these get away from you.
i lived there for 2yrs ALL the office staff is fantastic and easy to work with. maintenance always responds very fast with any issues I ever had. ( usually within the next 2 days) my apartment had great amenities including walking a very short distance to the park and pool. overall my experience was great.
The office staff at Coventry Court is beyond helpful. They are always there to answer questions and concerns. Safe area to live in and a very prompt maintenance crew. Would still live there but I found a house. Highly recommend these apartments if you are shopping around!!
The community is peaceful and quiet. Apartment was nice and there is plenty of parking. The pool is big and really nice to use in the summer and just a walks away from river run walk way. The office was always helpful.
Been here for almost 2 years. It's quiet and safe. My family and I are living in a 3 bedroom townhome and there's plenty of space so we don't feel like we are always on top of each other. Rooms are a good size. Decent storage space for all your belongings. Good price for rent plus cable and internet are available at a combined flat rate of $100. Overall a good place to live for the money. Staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is readily available and officiant. Close to shopping, parks, the river and walking trails. There's a playground on the grounds. There's also central air, a pool, assigned parking, nice landscaping and quiet for the most part. I've enjoyed living here with my family and would recommend it to others.
I have lived here for over a year and love the location and landscaping! This place is mostly quiet and friendly. The proximity of the river greenway, clean pool and nearby shopping are also huge plusses for me. Maintenance has always been available for anything, and the staff is very friendly. Some extras that I wasn't expecting - updated appliances, central air, ice maker!!!!!, and a doorbell! (how many apartments in town have a doorbell???) I really like living here!
Spacious apartments at a reasonable rate. Very quiet neighborhood, and friendly neighbors. Ladies in the leasing office are super friendly, especially Ms. Danica. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently.
Coventry Court Townhomes have character and are quiet and peaceful to live at for a decent price for 2 to 3 bedroom townhomes. The gals at the office are very helpful and maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner.
I have lived in two of the locations several different times. I had a great living experience. The management is awesome. The team members in the office are always professional and helpful. It was nice clean and quiet living.
When coming to this property, I had some doubts. I wasn’t sure if they were going to accept my three animals or not. Thankfully, they did! We were able to get approved and moved out within a day. We get a free carport and an updated washer and dryer compared to what we currently have at Willows of Coventry. The office staff is so nice and so sweet! It was a very comforting environment and easy to joke with the staff. The bedrooms are very spacious. The living area isn’t humongous but we don’t have that much furniture. It’s bright and has plenty of windows. We are even able to PAINT! We can’t express how excited we are to move to a place that is quiet, relaxing and will truly feel like home.
Moved in earlier this month had a few issues but the front office Danika and Callie were great in assisting me with everything I needed
I just moved in and already love the apartment! The office administrators Are an amazing help and so nice ! Can't wait to see how the year goes ??
I have actually been a resident here since 2010. I've lived in a two bedroom townhome and now a 3 bedroom. So far I love it. The apartments are big, washer, dryer, dishwasher included. That's a big deal for me, especially having children. The kitchen in the 3 bedroom is huge!! Also I like that the walking trail for foster park is right behind us. It's a good location, office girls are so sweet and maintenance is always friendly too. I haven't had any major issues or complaints. If I do have anything that needs fixed they come out pretty quickly and take care of it. I feel like it's a good price for what you get and I don't plan on moving any time soon!
Best customer service and office staff - Approval to move in was fast and office staff is very friendly and helpful. This is the nicest apartment AND the lowest rent I've ever paid in Fort Wayne. Kitchen was newly remodeled, tile floor, everything was very nice and exceeded my expectations. The property is very cozy with big pine trees, it feels like a safe area and it's very quiet - walking trail along the river close by. Could not have asked for a better experience.
It's cheap for a reason! You'd be better off spending a little more money per month somewhere else, because one way or another, this place will bleed every dollar from you that it can. We left our apartment looking clean and empty, just the way we left it, and were charged for "cleaning refrigerator", "cleaning stove", and "cleaning carpet". All things we already cleaned, and cleaned well! We were also completely misled about the internet availability, which must have been very convenient for them, because we ended up being forced into paying THEM for our internet service. Whoever owns this place does not care about any of the tenants there, they ONLY care about taking as much money from you as possible. No matter how big the apartment is, or the value that you see in it, it is NOT worth it.
I have been here 3 months. They have been great to work with. Prior to moving here to FW from another state, they were great to work with and made the process easy. When I moved in everything was clean and ready to move in. I had problems getting my box spring up the stairs. They got it up there. When I found some maintinence issues, they took care of them right away and were really nice about it. So far the only complaint I have is the residents drive through the complex way too fast. I am nervous about walking my dog in the complex and I have almost been hit by fast drivers. That is not the fault of management, but the fault of those residents.
Be cautious renting here. Regardless of what you describe on your move in check list, they will hit you with every fine they can think of for every little thing even though the apartment is dirty as heck when you move in. Take pictures when you move in...of EVERYTHING. If you think there's no way I'll get fined for that, you'll get fined for that. They say they work with you if you need to wait for a paycheck to pay the rent. Guarantee on your next rent statement they'll add a late fee. Thanks for working with me. If you want/need to talk to the property manager, you'd have better luck seeing a white Christmas in the Sierra desert. They're decent apartments for the money and the no breed restrictions is nice, but it's owned and ran by crooks.
