Locals enjoy perusing the shops and grabbing a bite to eat at Sierra Vista Mall, which is just a short drive from Clovis apartments. If there’s not enough horse riding and cattle drives to suit your taste, then you must take a trip on over to the Clovis Rodeo. Although out of my price range, the office staff was VERY quick with getting back to me and answering questions and even referred me to their sister complex for potential cheaper cost. Very helpful, very nice. Highly recommend if they are within your budget!

This is the happiest I have ever been at a complex. The management is incredible and on top of things, the grounds are really nice, it is quiet with no drama, the amenities are awesome and they keep them as up-to-date as possible. I would definitely recommend this place.
