I moved into Coventry Park about a month ago. The leasing experience from start to finish was top notch. On the day I moved in to was standing by my vehicle waiting for the moving truck to arrive and the leasing agent came over to ask if I wanted a cold water or snack. Additionally, a friend tried to drop off flowers but I wasnt home so she left them at the office. The leasing agent friend later on to deliver them and when I didn’t answer she left me a very sweet voicemail message letting me know they would be in the office. The community is very quiet and there have been no issues so far. All the staff is so helpful, kind, and responsive. Out of all the apartments in the area m so glad I chose this one.

Beautiful place and excellent management!
Coventry Park is a wonderful place not only because of it's ideal location and resort-style living, but also an excellent management/staff members . I've recently visited the property as I'm relocating to Sacramento area. First I talked on the phone to the property manager Ashley, and she was very friendly and professional in helping me to find the location . When I arrived, the leasing agent Les was immediately available to show the property and answer all questions. It's definitely an upscale community, with nice spacious apartments, and my family immediately fell in love with Coventry Park. They have WinCo next door, too. Only pros, no cons. Highly professional, thoughtful and knowledgable people at the leasing office that me and my family had a pleasure to deal with. Both Les and Ashley followed up over the phone to make sure all my needs are met and questions answered, and informed me of the special deals. I checked on a lot of places in the area during my visit, but Coventry Park was definitely on top of my list. The only reason why I chose another apartment complex this time is that it happened to be closer/walkable to specific point of interest. It was such a dilemma.. But at least now we know about this lovely place, and might join this stunning community in the future. I decided to write this review so that every perspective resident knows about this hidden gem of Roseville and amazing people who work there.

Excellent service and attentive maintenance staff. Comfortable accommodations. A garage for each unit [too bad many people drive huge trucks that won't fit.] Parking always an issue because of the trucks.

We have toured many apartment/townhome communities and nothing has come close to Coventry Park. The community, cleanliness, layout, interior finishes, location and the STAFF! All amazing and I would highly recommend you give Coventry a visit if looking for an apartment/townhome. You won’t be disappointed!

Coventry Apartments has been a wonderful experience so far. Our apartment is large and spacious, especially for the low cost of rent we are being charged. The entire complex is gated and feels very safe, and there are multiple walkways and parks within the facility. It also has a 24/7 access gym which we use all the time. Would highly recommend.

It is a great community, in a very good school district and very safe to even walk late at night. The only complain I would have it the expected annual increase of the rental rate.

The overall experience was great. From the initial tour to the move-in date and even now, as current residents, we are quite amazed at the whole team. They are prompt to address any issues, the office atmosphere is super welcoming. The team really seems to care about us and that is really priceless. The complex is safe. Always clean. Feels private and secluded, yet we are close to all major stores. Everything you need is really within walking distance or a 5-7min car ride. I am really happy I found this community.

My experience here at Coventry Park has been great overall. The staff is top notch and the location is premium. My only caveat is the ridiculous parking situation and the amount of trashy cars just allowed to park and exist here.

Coventry Park is everything I was looking for moving into an apartment community; safe, quiet, inviting, convenient, and affordable. I been a long-term resident here at Coventry Park and have been very happy living in this community. Wonderful management and staff members that give it their all! Management responds quickly to a question you might have. If a service order is needed maintenance is there right away. I moved to Roseville from the Bay Area and have been living at Coventry for 6 years and will continue as long term resident. Professional, efficient and friendly property management and maintenance team. Gated community, indoor garage parking for every unit with lots of outdoor parking, safe well lighted with night security patrol, grounds very well maintained, large floor plans, high ceilings, slate wood floors and carpet bedrooms, walk-in closets in Master bedroom with ceiling fans, all upgrades in unit with stainless appliances, in unit washer and dryer, large patio, fitness center and clubhouse, large swimming pool with separate jacuzzi family friendly community, onsite playground, walking distance to local grocery stores, schools, public transportation, shopping centers, parks, walking and bike trails. I love this place that I like to call Home!
