The manager (Robin) is so helpful and courteous and funny. When you have a problem with anything she makes sure the problem was taken care of in a decent amount of time. Maintenance takes care of your work orders within 3 day's and checks back to make sure satisfied.

It's pretty good with good responsive maintenance issues responded to in a timely manner. The place is quite quiet but the fruit flies are breeding somewhere I don't know from where. We get them though.
The management team is awesome!! Thanks Robin and Tatiana for making my experience easy, and enjoyable. I look forward to relaxing in my new community.

The community is unique and very nice. The entire staff is awesome and very professional. I really enjoy the fitness center and the walking trail.
Beautiful homes and wonderful staff. They did everything as quickly as possible to get us in. The pool is beautiful and the whole community is very well kept.
Community is beautiful, always receive compliments by my guest. The construction that’s going on could be a little aggravating at times. However once completed everything will be perfect.
Everything was wonderful there were a few hiccups in the beginning, but the staff was really friendly and did everything they could to meet my needs.
Great and well managed community! Office staff is super friendly, the pool and gym is nice. I enjoy the easy access to town and i20. It’s really close to town.
Great community. Lovely neighborhood. Feels like home.I love that the school is across the street for my kids to go back and forth. Very clean and quite.

Living here has been great so far ! Quiet community with friendly neighbors! I also love that my neighbors don’t steal my packages even though they are sometimes delivered to the wrong address!
My experience so far has been Good, just a few things that need to be addressed but I absolutely love the new construction and location with the exception of the school in the front of the neighborhood that causes a lot of unwanted traffic.
It's a beautiful and quiet place to live and me and my sisters love it here, the ladies in the office are very nice and friendly we LOVE THAT!

These are some of the best apartments I’ve lived in. I can see myself being here a while! I love the community, the staff, and of course my home! With the economy now it’s hard to find something to rent that’s worth the money and I will say I feel like my townhouse is worth it.
I had a very successful move in day! The ladies the office were only one phone call away and very helpful. Everything was perfect. I had no problems!
It was good I have no problems moving in the apartment living in the apartment is comfortable everything works nicely, I hope to enjoy my stay here

My experience has been wonderful. I have had to call maintenance a couple of times for normal things that happens when you are in a newly built establishment. They have been very prompt both times. I will definitely renew for another year!!

I’m very new to this community and also Georgia itself. I have been asking questions about everything and all my question have been answered. Everything is exactly how I thought it would be ??
Everyone here is so nice. Especially Carrington. They approved us in 1 day. Very nice office but the pool and gym are small compared to how many townhouses are in this community. But We love it here. Very quiet. However it seems these townhouses were rushed to be build. There are dents and, bends in the walls and baseboards are coming away from the wall. You can tell it was built in a hurry. The concrete outside looks terrible. There is red mud all over our drive way, it could use a good pressure washing. Master closet is small.
The office staff is extremely friendly. Carrington worked hard to get us approved fast. The experience has been nothing short of incredible. The welcome bag was a nice touch as was the hand written card inside. Any issues we have had have been resolved quickly. We are very grateful to be here.
