Covington Court has been a great place to live for my girlfriend and I. The property manger Della, is one of the most approachable, understanding, and an eager to help the residents. She has really helped us get situated and comfortable in our apartment. If your looking for your first apartment or wanting to move, give Covington Court a look, you wont be disappointed.

I loved all the 4 years that I lived here with my daughter, so many memories made I will miss it for sure... thank you Covington court for all the fun activities through out the years from the picture coloring contests and the prizes and the back yard party’s, it sure put smiles on my daughters face ?? I enjoy covington court just because its so peacful, everyone stays to themselves. The staff is amazing they really put a helping hand to get you a place to live, I didn't think I would get my own space for a long time due to my story and Della really gave me hope and helped me out big time I appreciate her so much.

The rent is reasonable compared to some. Located right on the bus line. Convenient location, right off Robert Street, where there's just about everything. Freeway access nearby. Maybe 15 minutes from downtown Saint Paul. The population is diverse, the neighbors seem to be nice.

If you're looking for a place to live this is a nice place it's safe and that's one big concern being safe when you're older a senior citizen security doors. The property is well lit. I have a service dog and she was welcomed with open arms I just can't say enough about Covington Court I'm happy nice place to live and the rest of the people that live here seem to be kind and courteous

Apartment cleanliness is very good. All the areas are maintained in good condition hallways, outside paths, and laundry room. The staff is friendly. The noise level is not so good, its my first time living in an apartment and its not quiet as I expected it would be.

Covington apartments
I love Covington apartments honestly. I wish they weren't so cheap with some things like not having a garbage disposal. That would save us so much time from having to call emergency maintenance . Our heaters are floor based and they just were falling apart when we moved in and now won't stay up. But the office workers are not just people we lease from, they are our friends. We talk about a lot of things, and they are so funny and understanding. This is our first apartment on our own, and I couldn't have picked a better apartment building. Highly recommend esp for first time renters, they are very helpful and willing to work with you. Can't go wrong with Covington apartments :)
