I have lived here going on 17 years and I can say honestly Keith & Alyssa are the best office staff we've had. Whatever I ask for their immediate response is always appreciated. The upgraded fitness center and new pool are super nice! The apartment upgrades are also really nice. There is even a new dog park.

Do not live here! There are lots of negative feedback that I can give to this place, and I'm going to start with their prices; yes, they seem more affordable than other complexes at first with their many move-in specials, but don't get fooled: they OVERCHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING. If you break down the math you'll end up paying almost the same amount per month as in a luxury apartment complex, so don't get too excited about their prices online. Their walls are paper-thin, you can literally hear EVERYTHING. Not just private conversations from the neighbors, also when they go to the bathroom or have intercourse. And let me mention that they have entire families living in one-bedroom apartments. We had like 10 people living next to us and around 5 below us, so you can imagine the noise all day and night. Good luck finding a parking spot after 6:30 PM, so if you're coming late from work or decided to have dinner, you can take the visitors parking only, or maybe you can park at sonic or across the street, those options can work. The fun thing is that the leasing office promised to fix the issue and they actually made it worse!!! The complex is tobacco friendly, meaning that if your neighbors enjoy smoking inside their apartments, you and your kids will enjoy the benefits of tobacco as well. My wife and I lived a more serious situation there. When we moved in, the guy below us was mental. We spent months without being able to sleep. He was cursing and screaming all night, his TV was on a very high volume plus his punching on the walls and throwing things to the ceiling. It was just too much to handle. We called security almost every night and even the police. The guy tried once to tear down of front door because he was imagining that we were after him and he tried to get back to us. We spoke to the police and my wife went to the leasing office to report the incident and still they did nothing. We get that evictions are hard and that they take time, but I emailed Andrew myself after months of barely sleeping and under lots of stress due the situation, and he did not even had the courtesy of replying to me. Just a reply showing that he cared would have been enough, showing that he wasn't too busy to address a serious concern from a tenant.
Great apartments in Thornton! We've got a heated pool aswell as a hot tub. Up to date gym aswell as a accommodating staff to help you with all your needs. The service staff is extremely hospitipal, anytime they were any issues in our apartment they helped us THAT DAY. Besides that great view on the top floor not to mention the pass parking
I have great neighbors. Quiet and nicely landscaped. Maintenance is top notch and quick to respond. Just signed new lease.
The apartment is great! Both bedrooms even the non-master bedroom both seem like master bedrooms! Two Bathrooms and washer/Dryer couldn't ask for anything better than that! the apartment staff is awesome and very helpful and the maintenance team does an excellent job keeping the ground looking nice 24/7. Overall this is the best apartment complex that i have ever personally lived at!
