Property Ratings at Cranberry Village
I lived at Cranberry Villages for almost two years. In a short amount of time that place become my home. The neighborhood is extremely well maintained, I took walks almost every night with my son. My house was quiet and peaceful, I lived on Sunny Dale Dr all my neighbors were friendly and kind. Everyone kept to themselves but we looked out for each other! Bringing someone’s trash to the curb if they had forgot to put it out, looking over someone’s home if they were going to be away. Simple, beautiful things that are hard to find now a days. The office staff was always helpful, caring and to the point. If there was a question I had I was promptly listened to and responded to, if I had an issue with anything it was taken care of in a timely manner. If there was ever something going on in the community they sent out Robo calls informing residents of important neighborhood happenings, I always felt informed. I would still be living there today but I moved away to be close to my family, but if I ever moved back Cranberry Twp I’d live there again.
This place is ridiculous, lot rent is Constantly going up but you never get anything different. Free water which is Nasty to drink, free garbage pick up. Management is rude, not friendly at all, drives around and Glares at anyone outside. Maintenance are just as bad. I came home from work one day and they were Stealing my power, had an extension cord going from underneath my trailer across the lawn to the trailer they were putting in. Too sneaky, totally illegal. No matter what They(management) calls this place, it’s a trailer park!!! Don’t waste your money!!!!

cranberry village is the worst place I ever lived! I feel like I live in a prison. Connie the manager lady is so rude, honestly the rudest person I have ever talked to! The matience guy and all the employees in this community watch your trailer like a hawk! They literly yell at you for everything. I pay a lot of money for this little piece of grass and I’m not aloud to do anything on it! I lived in many communities and places, and I have never seen anything like this before! It’s pitiful and I encourage everyone not to live here! The have speed bumps every where and when I run them over with my car, it literly sounds like my car is going to break it’s so obnoxious! I always get Corrected for stupid things but I always see kids unattended not being watch and kids flying around on bikes. But I’m aleays being watched for dumb things such as having family visit. That’s pretty bad when you get in trouble for having family visit. This community is so trashy and I advice everyone not to live here!!
