I love it here! Can’t wait to live the rest of my life here and watch my kids grow in such a beautiful community!! The maintenance technicians are awesome, leasing agents also very kind and friendly to speak to Michelle and Barbra. Feels so house warming entering the leasing office when greeted by beautiful smiles. Work orders done on time and correctly!

I have lived at Cranbury Crossing for 5 years! I love living here. I feel safe. It is close to everything if I had to walk I could. The DRS offices , Dentist, Dry cleaners, pharmacy, bagel s, 7-11, liquor store, Bank. The thing that was so important to me was a washer and dryer in the apartment..The maintance dept is super. They have a 24 hour emergency number. And the rentals are reasonable compared to other places.Just come and see for yourself you will be happy!

A fine place to live. Good neighbors, timely repairs. We have a good working relationship with the managers on site. We use the pool in summer whenever we can.

i’ve been here since 2015 and have asked for a paint job and nothing yet but when anything breaks down heating system, dryer or washing machine they do take care of this pretty quickly. There has been improvement and it’s pretty safe. Parking situation could be better. Why should tenants pay for a reserve ? We should be assigned to a spot as tenants

Excellent location and a great community to live in. We have enjoyed being here. The recreation facilities are well maintained and are of good purpose.

I like living here. The Condominium has professionals ready to provide assistance whenever we need it inside the apartment. At the office, employees serve us with respect and attention. Thank you for everything

The neighborhood is awesome. The only thing I am not liking in summer is less cleanliness around the playground. People just keep throwing trash, dogs poop all around and I have not seen Management taking any action.

Good neighborhood, maintenance people are good as well, take quick action on any issues. Amenities are okay as well. Cleanliness around the society can be improved.

Love it here! I have been here 5 years. It is safe. Close to everything like Doctors offices, Dentist, Pharmacy, Bakery, 7-11 Nail salon. Luncheonettes, They take great care of the property, They are there 24-7 in case of emergency. You have a washer and dryer in your apartment. Extra storage and patio . People are friendly. Pets allowed. Come and take a tour you will be happy.

I love my 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. It’s roomy, cozy and close to everything the community has to offer. The staff is present, including David the head of grounds keeping. The parking, amenities and the neighborhood complete that home sweet home feeling.

Couldn’t ask for a better community to live in with my family. Clean, organize, spacious, just breath taking! I love it here! Hope to stay here as long as possible and have my kids grow up in the same community for years!

It’s a nice place to live but we need paint jobs done in the apartments and the carpet/rugs need to be changed at least every 10 years. My paint is chipping off. I’ve complaint but they just keep telling me they have to assess the apartment, still waiting. Maintenance guy is polite and very professional

The management people are prompt and good. A little bit of more cleanliness around the staircase and trash area would be appreciated, otherwise is good.

overall it is a very quite area, staff are friendly. any requests are completed in matter of time. location is good and easy to get to anywhere. everything is is well care.

The apartment is nice and cozy. The management people are thorough and well versed. I just wish they should have kept the kitchen open, this way it would have more space and looked nice. Have additional store room in the balcony as well, so that makes easy and convenient to store the summer stuffs.

The complex is really nice and they are updating the exterior. Community is nice too. My dog enjoys the dog park. My kids enjoy the playground!

I love living here. I have lived here 5 years. I love being able to have everything so close to me that I can walk to DR. DENTIST EYE Dr. Food places, Bagels, Banks, etc' It is well lit at night, it is very space. lots of parking. Come check it out you will not be sorry. It has a dog par, walking trails, gym, pool, tennis court and so much more!!! WASHER AND DRYER IN EACH APARTMENT.

It’s been rough moved in last year and dishwasher not working since then. Bathrooms are a mess . Can’t even get a new screen for living room.

Nice place to stay.Gym,pool area are clean.Best part is that maintainence persons are very approachable and understanding.I definately recommend this place to my friends.

This is a very nice and calm community for any family to leave in. There is playground where my kid have lots of fun. Lots of fun and happening places around here really easy to commute and reach. Good schools all within 3 miles. Management here is also very good and supporting.

I love it because it is a peaceful community. In addition to that management always makes sure everything works properly ranging from light fixtures to front and back porch cleanliness. I also feel safe knowing I am living in a very low crime neighborhood. My car is always full since I don’t have to drive far for grocery shopping or pick up my prescriptions to a nearby drugstore. I feel blessed to have my daughter coming to spend time with very often. Overall, it’s been a great experience and I really feel home.

Love living here. Been here for almost 5 years and and would never want to leave. It has everything and very spacious. I have 2 bedroom 2 bath. People are friendly. You are in walking distance to so much like stores Drs, dentist, bakery, pizzerias, banks, Every one is friendly. Office staff is wonderful and so is maintance, The grounds are beautIful.

So far everything has been great!!! Our dog is loving the dog park, the grounds are very clean. And so far everyone we have met is very nice.

Cranbury crossing is the peaceful, crime free,loving and smiling people around, very open airy, this is the best place to live. Maintenance very good. They provide you all facilities.

Parking situation is not the greatest. Peaceful community. I put in a request for assessment of my apartment and carpets and I’m still waiting

This is the best community to live in East Brusnwick , zero crime,people around are very friendly and welcome you with smile. Children are safe to move alone. They provide you the best services.

These apartment is been my home . No where else. Efficient and friendly management. Great access to the NY city, train station, great schools nearby, pet friendly, gym, swimming pool. Very nice.
