I love it here the school is right down the street it's quite and staff is great
If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. I don’t even know where to start. Since I moved into this apartment 05/2022, I’ve experienced nothing but problems. Is it easy to get into? Sure. Are you going to enjoy your stay? Absolutely not. If anything, I guarantee that you’ll feel regret after the first month living here. Trust me… I’m not the only one who feels this way and am sure if you have a conversation with any another tenant, they’ll -also have something negative to say. If you’re considering this complex at all, be ready for persistent maintenance issues and never getting them repaired or resolved, lack of communication and support from management, and safety + security concerns. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for someplace you want to call home. This 110% isn’t it! The only thing I appreciate about this place is Crystal, one of the leasing agents. She keeps it real and makes an effort to provide transparency. At the end of the day though, it all comes down to management stepping up and doing a better job to maintain livable conditions in these units. Oh, I forgot to mention… they can’t retain staff. The whole maintenance team recently quit. There was maybe 3-4 of them before, but it would take them weeks or sometimes months for them to get around to my service requests. 99% of the times too, the issues were never fully repaired or resolved, only temporarily fixed for a short period. They weren’t minor problems either. I went the whole winter without heat and started putting in work orders for mt HVAC system in December 2022. It’s not 08/2023 and I have no access to air conditioning. I live with my emotional support dog and our unit temperature ranges from 85-95 degrees. Before I conclude this rant, I want to add that after 16 months of living here, I’m just now getting my washer and dryer. On my initial move-in day 05/2022, I was notified last minute that the original unit I was supposed to be in wasn’t ready. The one I ended up in came with a washer and dryer, but they needed to order new ones. I would constantly reach out regarding when I was to receive them and management either ignored me, or told me they were back ordered. I went 6+ months without contacting them about it and finally figured that it was time to ask for what was promised to me. Previous management could care less about delivering what was agreed on and made false promises.
Moved out early this year. Stayed there for a year. Car window got broken into 2 times. Smell of marijuana all the time. People parked in your assigned parking. Forget about getting any money back from the rental deposit. I cleaned up the place before I left and still they charged me for the entire deposit for “cleaning” Should’ve just left it dirty since they gonna “clean” it anyways.

This place has some of the most violent individuals residing in these apartments. Your neighbors will full on fight in the parking lot a minimum of 3 times a week. There is weekly parties that go till 3 am and make way too much noise. You will regret picking a unit by the pool, in the summer people show up at 12 pm with subs and speakers and don't leave til after midnight. Your entire apartment will shake non stop from how loud it is. The units have the worst noise cancelation. And neighbors are not understanding about that. They will scream and throw fits in their unit, then bang on your walls cursing at you for dropping the shampoo in the shower. I waisted a year of my life here and I hate everyone in the rental office who was part of tricking us into signing there under all the false luxuries they offer. Our unit didn't even have a washer and dryer, closet doors and everything 'they renovated' was absolutely the worst quality ever. Every kitchen cabinet door fell off because they couldn't even attach them properly. It took 6 months to get closet doors and we never got the washer dryer that was part of the lease we signed.

It Is by far one of the dirtiest apartment complexes I have ever lived in.. I've had a hole in my wall for going on 6 months now that I've been asking for them to repair in they have not. Last week someone torched a car in front of my apartment. Your car will get broken into at least twice a month.. you will come home and find people Park in your parking spot in the front office doesn't do nothing about it. I could be here all day telling you about all the terrible things that happened here. I advise you to spend a little bit more time and a little bit more money and move somewhere else because this apartment complex is one of the worst....

Maintenance requests constantly ignored, even if you call them they make tons of excuses and no results. Natalie works in the office is rude and shows no empathy. There’s always an overflow of trash around the complex. Broke down cars inside and outside the gate, never anywhere to park. Too expensive to be disappointed and embarrassed when you drive on the property. They boast about gated community, gates are always broke drive up and walk in gates. Anyone can easily access the property. There’s always some sort of fight, drama or shooting in the complex.

Constantly have to be after them to come in for Repairs. My AC went out since June it’s taken them a month for them to finally accept the fact that it doesn’t work. When I spoke to Natalie she said “you don’t need to be in the heat. You can buy a portable ac.” Why am I gonna spend 400+ on a portable AC fix the AC! Nothing is done correctly here. Garbage everywhere. If you do move here keep you lease agreement they will try and tell you something else. Had to go down to theoffice because they didn’t want to give us a key to enter the gates stating we were given a key. Once we showed them our lease we sure did get our key and had nothing to say at that money.

I lived here for one year. Management did not take accountability for their lack of communication which led to multiple issues such as move-in dates being altered despite having signed a rental agreement, water being shutoff without notice, and mismanagement of confidential tenant information. The neighborhood itself is okay, but other tenants are often loud and inconsiderate of neighbors. Trash is overflowing regularly and kids will dart into the street. On 5 different instances I came home to neighbors parked in my spot. Gates malfunctioned on several occasions, so there would at times be a line of cars waiting to enter the complex. Not at all worth the money.
Terrible staff! Never friendly, every time I call they all have an attitude as if it's such an inconvenience for them to help a person out. Never helpful and always hang up the phone on you when they don't want to talk to you. When you call back it goes straight to voicemail. If you leave a voicemail, you never get a call back. FPI needs to properly train their incompetent employees or clean house and actually staff people who understand that their job is "customer service" related.
First day on moving here, someone got killed outside the apartment complex, broad daylight. Barely made it in the apartment due to the police. That goes safe neighborhood. 2nd, parking. We’ve had someone park at our designated parking. We were being too nice about it, and not having it towed but spoke to the office about it. They said to get the license plate and the model of the car. A day passed, our car got towed because they didn’t fix the problem and we had to park in front of the office. They said it’s not their fault. At least reimburse our towing payment because you can’t solve the problem we entrusted you with. 3rd, no security, people stealing car register stickers and a few days after our car got towed. Someone stole our catalytic converter in front of the office. There’s no cameras. No safe place to park even inside the apartment complex. Pool area always too noisy, no time restrictions. We got a year of least and it’s only been a month since we moved in here.

people who dont even live here taking residents parking. you cant even relax on your balcony without people pulling up in there cars blasting music. oh yeah they have roaches too! management never comes on the day you have a issue with anything. The gate is always open theres always homeless people sleeping everywhere including the trash the rent is way to high to not have security

As of 7/30/2017 Currently homeless people living out of their vehicle in the gated community, cars speeding through the community, cars getting broken into in the gated community. The Gated Community has a gate that is open 24/7. Since I've been here for the last year it hasn't been closed. The dumpsters look a hot mess because we always have dumpster divers...
Stonecreek Apartments are no longer owned by Oakmont and the new owners are making some improvements, but merely for outer appearances. They made updates to the inside of the units and changed the paint, but they still don't deal with the real issues. Noise from kids running rampant all hours of the day and night, mold in the windows and between the walls, wasp nests not getting removed from the property, it takes too many phone calls to get maintenance to fix things, the bill for water, sewer and garbage is too high because they don't manage how many people reside in one unit, the dumpsters are always and I mean always over flowing with trash to the point people throw the trash all around the dumpsters which creates a problem with rats and last but not least most of the time the office staff is rude and unpleasant to deal with.

The management is rude, the apartments are full of drug dealers and drug users, the kids that live here are never watched and have no respect for other people's property, maintenance staff is slow and sometimes don't respond at all. Don't live here. Avoid it like the plague

My apartment has a good location. He is very close to my work. He's also very close to the school of my hijos.El is very close to shopping centers, shops, markets etc. He is only five minutes from Downtown. The apartments have good conditions, they are spacious and very quiet.
For approximately 15-16 years my family and I have lived in the Stonecreek Apts. We have personally seen the complex bought and sold to a number of companies. The most recent is Oakmont whom is currently working with the tenants on how to improve the overall conditions of our little community. Among the improvements is parking. Most days it's harder to find a spot because everyone who lives in here invites the friends to park inside. Most of the cars don't have the required car tag for tenants but are never held accountable for their actions. Despite the obvious parking set back among a few others I still wouldn't live anywhere else
If you like living close to down town The Kings basketball , And enjoy shopping, trying different restruants, close to beaches, ski slopes, hunting, and camping with in 2 hour drive. Lake Tahoe only 90 minutes then you'll want to live at Stonecreek apts. We've lived here over 15 years.
