You can find Greeley just 49 miles from Denver, placing it an ideal range for those seeking a quick commute to the big city and a small-town environment. This former farming town is now on the rise and home to many large corporations and small businesses.
Greeley houses two colleges within its boundaries. The University of Northern Colorado and Aims Community College are two major community achievements. The downtown area is an exciting part of town where locals and students enjoy grabbing a bite before attending a concert at the Union Colony Civic Center.
In addition to academia, the city touts gourmet restaurants, affordable apartments, as well as five craft breweries, including Crabtree and Broken Plow. Poudre River Trail is a 21-mile paved pathway suited for walking, biking, and even rollerblading if you’re into it. Residents appreciate the shopping opportunities at Greeley Mall, plus the city-wide festivals such as Greeley Stampede with its rodeos, carnival games, and food.

Property Ratings at Creek View Apartments
I have been here for almost 3 months now. I am so happy living here. The management and leasing staff are wonderful, attentive and friendly. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to work order needs for repairs. I highly recommend this place. Also, they are dog and cat friendly.
The apartments are fine. The manager is very incompetent. She has lost rent checks, so ALWAYS make sure to get a receipt for your rent check. She has lost paperwork, so ALWAYS make sure to get a receipt for any paperwork you turn in. She will never admit that she made the mistake nor will she apologize. Honestly, if she would just say, "I am so sorry. I made this mistake", all would be forgiven. The parking is TERRIBLE!! Be prepared to park on the street, as they have 10 parking spots for a building with 12 apartments. I can hardly wait until my lease is up, so I can escape from the incompetence of the office staff!
I loved living here. It's so peaceful. When you needed maintenance done they were quick to respond. The staff is amazing Vanessa was always super nice to us. Highly recommend living here.
We have lived here for a little over a year so far and absolutely love it. Vanessa is one of our absolute favorites but the entire staff here is amazing! Everything is always kept clean, it's quiet, people are kind, the office is very responsive and the amenities are great too. We are in a 3 bedroom unit and have little kiddos and have loved that even though we are in an apartment it feels very much like a home. The apartment itself has a ton of space all throughout so it doesn't feel cramped or like you're living in an apartment. We have been so blessed to call this place home for the last year and will continue to do so until we buy our next house. I would definitely recommend living here. It's worth every bit!!
I lived there for 4 years. The manager and staff are great, friendly, and always respond to any issues quickly.
From the first time I stepped into their office, the staff at Creek View has made me feel like part of their family. Carrie, Vanessa, Kristin, (and Jullian, who has moved on to manage another Vintage property) are all awesome! I have worked with them to secure multiple units for my company. They always make the leasing process easy and smooth. They have always been able to answer questions, and help me in any way they can. David and the maintenance staff take excellent care of the property. They get to any maintenance requests in a quick and efficient manner, and they can always be seen doing some grounds keeping or building beautification projects in between the workload of unit maintenance. The units are tastefully designed, with all the appliances and amenities you would expect and want. As with any apartment building, some sound carries, but It's actually a pretty quite property. The fitness room and recreation areas are clean and well kept. The property is located in a great neighborhood on the west side of Greeley. It's close to shopping, schools and access to I-25. This is a great place to live!
I have lived here since about mid January. About three months ago we started having issues with our heater/ac. It would turn on randomly and heat non stop no matter what we did, including taking the thermostat off the wall. There was not and the tech confirmed that. They sent people out constantly and failed to inform them of the issue. I started staying home to inform these people about the issue when they showed up. Their solution was to flip the breaker so we had no heat or air. During this time we had to leave windows open when it got hot. It got bad enough julian and David, the lead tech, came with an outside company to look at the issue. One tech informed me this was an issue he worked on before we moved In. It was not resolved. They then informed me they shut off the hot water. Multiple days after that it was freezing cold and snowing. They were supposed to order a part that would fix it. The next time someone showed up he said " I'm here to make sure everything is working fine" I told him it had never been fixed.... I went to the office and Kerry said, "I didnt even know about this. Why would you not tell us three weeks ago this was an issue?". She said she'd work on it. I told her the next day that leaving my windows open while I'm at work let's rain in. I said, " now we are having a bigger issues since my carpet is constantly wet. She said, " that's not my problem. You need to close your windows." I let her know I have two dogs and I cant shut them in a hot apartment. So now I'm supposed to have no heat or air and NOT open my windows?!?!?! I keep asking why no one offered a portable air conditioner. Today I called and they finally brought one. Now I can lock my dogs up in a room, with a/c, and allow workers in. I told her we needed advanced notice. She called back at 1 and said they would be by today at 3. I am so irritated as I've told her 3 times now we need to secure our dogs and just need more than a couple hours notice. Her response was, "I can go sit with your dogs." I let her know I'm worried about them getting out. When I asked it we could just move to a unit that had working a/c and heat Kerry, with out looking at me said," if you pay a new deposit. I get you need a deposit to move people in, but I have tried everything. They don't not care!
My roommate and I lived here for 2 years and the whole time felt like they were always coming in unannounced to do “checks” on things around the apartment, but would just come right in which really freaked us out. They have the cheapest appliances and everything breaks really easily. They also lost my check 4 times while I was living here and once they even accidentally added it to someone else’s rent. Also we cleaned the apartment so so well and they took out $250 for cleaning and $38 for putting in lightbulbs for 45 min it said. I could go on and on. I am so disappointed in this place! DO NOT LIVE HERE
The staff here is very friendly! Julian, Vanessa and Carrie are a delight to deal with. Julian even helped us move in when I needed a hand! Vanessa has been very friendly and helpful with any questions or issues I have had. The apartments themselves are nice inside, with the appliances you’d usually expect in an apartment. The only downside is an additional cost to rent a stackable washer and dryer rather than it being included under the rent. The parking is tough with very few spots compared to the vehicles per apartment but garages are available for a reasonable price. Overall the place is wonderful and worth the cost and the staff is top notch!
Well the staff is amazing! Vanessa, Julian, and of course Carrie! The maintenance is awesome! Of course any apartment complex has the issues of hearing neighbors, however the office is on top of making sure everyone is courteous of one another! It’s beautiful! You walk out and see the mountains! The gym is awesome! The pool is great! The neighbors are friendly! Great trails and parks near by! By far the best apartment complex we have rented! The rooms are large! The closets are amazing! The island is great! We have two dogs and they fit fine in here! We have enjoyed our stay! Thank you Creekview!
My husband and I currently live in Creek View apartments, and I cannot wait to find something better suited for the price that they're asking. Creek View nickels and dimes you for everything -- garages since there's not enough space to park outside, breezeway storage because there isn't enough storage in the apartment itself, pets, washer and dryers, not to mention that you can only have a contract with Comcast in this complex. They don't plow in the winter, so you better be ready to call into work because you cannot get your car out. They put down SO MUCH salt that when you walk inside you have enough on your floors for next winter. The groundskeepers do not know how to pull weeds, or how to make sure the grounds outside your building aren't turning into a swamp. SO. MUCH. DOG. POOP. There's been a half torn down light post near the playground for months. The maintenance people come and go as they please, without warning, and without letting you know they were there. God forbid something goes missing. The office staff is nice, but incompetent. They offer money for turning in other residents for such and such, but never pay you. They take weeks to deposit your rent check, forcing you to get a money order. They plaster personal letters to doors so everyone can read - I know what my neighbors were evicted for because it was left on their door. I've had a rattling noise in my disposal since move in, maintenance came and said I must've put sand in it. Okay, then. They're nice apartments, but for what you have to deal with day in and day out, I don't think it's worth the cost. There isn't much saving grace for Creek View.
My husband and I lived here for over a year and there were lots of pros and cons to this place so PLEASE READ before considering! Pros: Location is pretty great and the apartments are in a nice part of town. The apartment looks really nice and feels comfortable. The maintenance responded super quick to all of our needs and would come back until something was fixed. Carrie and Julian are super nice people and great to work with! The other gal (Renee, I think) looked like she couldn't care less about anything you have to say. Garages were very reasonably priced. Cons: Appliances are very cheap and can break easily. Gym is not open for 24 hours and the pool is not heated, so very cold. The garages, while reasonably priced, are very tight and clearly cheaply built. Upstairs neighbors were very loud and you could hear every step and even the flush of the toilet in the middle of the night (Calling management did help and they contacted the neighbors and they did quiet down). All of our neighbors liked to slam their main doors causing the building to shake and scare me. Parking is very difficult late at night. Don't step on the seams of the carpet unless you want to be stabbed. Don't expect to get all of your security deposit back and don't listen to what they will tell you what they will charge because they will charge for more. I recommend that when going through inspections have the landlord do the write up in front of you and TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING!! We just got our deposit back and they told us in the inspection they would only have about an hour max of cleaning to do and we were charged for three and a half hours and they charged us for stains that were never even mentioned in our inspections so we had no chance of even cleaning them. Overall: My husband and I loved the place and loved the size of the bedroom, bathroom closet, and the kitchen. Everything is poorly and cheaply built and don't expect your full security deposit back!
We lived at Creek View Apartments for four very long winter months on the second floor. The carpet is so thin we had to be careful not to step on tack strips with bare feet. Ouch! Parking is an huge problem, particularly on the weekends. Spaces anywhere close to our apartment filled early and we walked some distance, sometimes with groceries in tow, to our apartment. Our upstairs neighbors was actually one of the apartment managers. We could hear every single step, morning noon and night! Our neighbors below liked to party on their patio and we could hear every word of their conversations. It was loud at 2 AM! Another neighbor slammed his door each and every time he came or went. Shook the whole building. He also liked to idle his loud diesel truck out front of our apartment for a half an hour or so at six AM, Monday through Friday. Traffic on 20th Street can be very loud. Last but not least, plan on losing a fair amount of your deposit for cleaning when you leave. Doesn't matter how clean you leave it. They'll find some reason to charge you for a complete cleaning.
Mt wife and I lived at Creek View for just over a year and had a great experience. We interacted primarily with Chelsea and Julian and they were both amazing! The location is great and all of our neighbors were friendly! We loved the workout facilitates and clubhouse. The grills are nice if you live close by. Parking can sometimes be difficult (as it is with any apartment) on the northwest side of the complex but garages are available. Apartments are a good size(huge closets) and have fairly nice appliances. Having lived in Greeley for 20 years it is safe to say this is your best bet for affordable, safe, and updated apartments.
Where do I begin? During the winter months at Creekview, don't expect to be able to get out. They plow the parking lots to where you cannot leave, the snow is shoved against your cars. As far as parking goes, good luck with that while you're walking IN the terribly plowed snow to get to your car in the first place. You have to pay your rent with a check, that of which will not be taken out of your bank account for at least 7-9 days. Its the 21st century, its called online payments. The staff are exceedingly mediocre. I feel as though they don't really give much thought about just walking in/out of your house without giving you notice. I do not feel comfortable with people just invading my space, especially when I am not home. The appliances are cheap as ever, so cheap that my refrigerator door handle just popped right off. The doors are cut much too short, there is a good 3 inches from the floor to the door. The walls are so thin, I can hear my neighbors playing their annoying ukelele ALL DAY. DO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT'S LIKE, PEOPLE? The internet service this far West is TERRIBLE. You pretty much have to buy the 90.00 package. Anyways, I could go on for days about everything that I do not like here at Creekview, but I'll save you the trouble in advance if you're apartment searching, and I can tell you to LOOK ELSEWHERE.
You can hear your upstairs neighbors constantly, you can here next door neighbors through the bedroom walls. The office doesn't care even though it's in the lease to refrain from activities that affect your neighbors. Parking is minimal and I'm assuming that's because they want you to spend more money on a garage. If you live here do not live below someone and try to get an apartment that isn't next to your neighbor that's beside the bedroom. Honestly, I'm just tired of being woken up by people who stomp around their apartment and refuse to change after talking to them. If you like getting your car stuck in the parking lot during the winter, this is the place for you!
I moved in CreekView in April I have more than enjoyed living here. Julian has been such a awesome guy at his job he is very pro active around the apartments. I had an issue with my garage door I was unable to get in. As soon as I walked out of the office Julian was already on top of the problem. Because of Julian I recommend the CreekView apartments.
My son and I needed a place to live, desperately. As a single mom I've been struggling but they were so helpful here and welcomed us with open arms, we are very thankful to have a safe and good place to live!
Great apartments across the board. Large rooms, tall ceilings, more than enough storage, and excellent quality (appliances, flooring, etc.) Creekview won us over with how safe it felt though. At night there is lots of lighting in the parking lot, and in the halls outside our door that never turn off. Coming from our last apartment, that was always dark and creepy at night, we couldn't be happier.
My roommates and I recently moved into the Creekview apartments, and not only are the apartments extremely nice, the faculty is ultimately what led to us deciding to move here. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a man named Julian, who would move mountatins just to make sure we got what we wanted. Since moving in, Julian's smiling face and witty remarks never fail to brighten up our days. If it weren't for Julian, i'm not entirely sure we would have ended up at Creekview.
These apartments are good. The only complaint in the building we are in is there is never enough parking. If I come home late I have to park 2 buildings away from our apartment. Otherwise good apt for the cost.
I am currently renting a 790 sq ft 1 bed, 1 bath from Creekview Apartments and things are going great. Even though part of the complex is under construction, things are quiet and relaxing. The apartment I'm renting is the same size as a lot of 2 bedroom apartments I was looking at but for the price of most studios in the nearby Fort Collins (student) market. The kitchen is large with plenty of storage and there is even room for me to have a full size dining set. The closet is HUGE!!!!! Even as a girl with a lot of clothes and shoes, I have plenty of room for everything I currently own and even some room for expanding my collections. They are pet friendly which is a great plus for me with having a dog and a cat. Having my own washer/dryer is also a nice perk. Even though I pay to rent the machine each month, it's cheaper and more convenient than having to go to a Laundromat. The management staff is friendly and I have had no problems dealing with them. All in all, I am completely happy with my new apartment and the bonus is, I'm the first person to be living in it!
Creekview Apartments is new, very nice area, and affordable. In prime location for shopping and things to do and see. Near Loveland and not far from Downtown Greeley.
