Right across the river from Trenton and forty minutes from Philadelphia, Levittown holds the historical distinction of being one of America’s first planned suburban communities. Compared to other Philadelphia-area communities, apartments and houses in Levittown are quite affordable, and in fact “Money” magazine has named Levittown one of the top places to live in America. The amenities are primarily family-friendly attractions: numerous large public parks accessible from anywhere in the community, Sky Zone Trampoline Park, and Mill Creek Sports Complex in particular.

Property Ratings at Creek Village Apartments
I absolutely LOVE my apartment and this complex! Everything you would need or want, this complex has it. Very clean, pet friendly, good neighbors and Gerry, the property manager, tries his utmost to accommodate everyone. Also, the maintenance staff are very quick to respond to any issues that may arise. Definitely give Gerry a call and see for yourself. ———Rashed E.

I have been a tenant of Creek Village for a few months now and absolutely love it! The whole move in process was a breeze and the office and maintenance staff have been super helpful. The community is great here, lots of friendly people.
Property Manager at Creek Village Apartments, Responded To This Review
Great to hear that you are making yourself at home! Let us know if we can do anything for you here at the office.
We love the quietness, we love the open space to walk our dog, we love the well-maintaned grounds, we love the reserved parking, we love the clean well kept laundry facilities, we (and our grandchildren) love the playground, we love the maintenance staff, we love the office staff. WE LOVE IT HERE! Highly recommended, could not be happier we chose Creek Village when we sold our home a few years back.
We enjoy living at Creek Village. The maintenance team is really good and the service here is outstanding. We had a small maintenance issue and the staff came out immediately to take care of it. The grounds are really neat and clean and we love sitting outside on our porch. It is very quiet and private here.
The current company, AJH Management has turned this place around for the better. They brought in a superintendent that has over 35 years of experience and the guy knows what he’s doing and how to get things done. Questions get answered, issues get addressed. No complaints here!
I moved in a month ago and I have to say really like the layout... didn't like that one of my neighbors went to the office to complain I was to look loud when I was outside smoking cigarettes on my patio and talkin on my cell phone it was after 10 and I did not know that was only here for less than a week you know I figure the neighbors should have came to me and then and also love private parking spot as you have for yourself told me my voice was too loud cuz I was on my phone smoking outside after 10 other than that great place to live.....
I really like it here at Creek Village. I'm here for two years and not going anywhere. The community is quiet and private. The maintenance staff are quick, responsive and professional. The office is easy to reach which is a huge plus. I have my own parking spot and the grounds are taken good care of. I'm glad I chose Creek Village.
My wife and I moved here last year with our one child but opted for a two bedroom being we are expecting our second child two months later. The apartment is really spacious and pleasant. There are private entrances and a reserved parking space right outside our apartment, which is a huge plus! There is also plenty of parking for our second vehicle. We could not have been happier with our choice of residence. The community's property is maintained really nicely with fresh landscaping, the grounds always look great. There is also a brand new playground installed for the children. The maintenance staff is professional and really care about the residents. The office staff is super friendly and understanding too. We look forward to many more years here at Creek Village.
I would not suggest moving in some of the reasons include: - the walls are thin, - office staff does not address any issues (kids run in streets and don't move out of way and she tells you to drive slower and there is nothing she can do) - they don't even let you hang an American Flag but a Maintenance man can hang out the window smoking - Maintenance is slow and often can't solve a problem - Rent goes up every year - Snowing removal blocks trash cans - Noise complaints never addressed - Laundry facilities are either full, don't work, or both The only cons are low monthly rent, pet friendly, and assigned parking spaces (one per apartment). Past resident!
Discovered this nice apartment community that's very well landscaped and clean .Apartments are laid out nicely and the size is perfect for two of us .Neighbors are friendly as well as maintenance department. Regina in the leasing office very professional and makes you feel at home .Laundry rooms on premises and clean . I highly recommend Creek Village Apartments as your next home . Paul W.
The leasing administrator and manager are very courteous and helpful. The leasing administrator also goes way beyond the duties of the position in order to accommodate residents. The apartments sit next to a ball or the where children can go as well as adults. For people who are active and enjoy walking not too far is a strip of stores which include restaurants, retail distributors, auto care store, as well as a Wal-Mart. There is also a spacious play area where the children can enjoy themselves.
Creek Village Apartments, a really nice place to call "home". Well-manicured landscapes, semi-private entry, on-site laundry facilities, and a maintenance staff unlike any other. Even in these tough economical times, Creek Village continues to be more affordable then the majority of its competitors. They are also one of the only ones to INCLUDE utilities. The units are bright, and modern. I've been a resident for almost 5 years, and the continual improvements have really set Creek Village Apartments above and beyond the "standard". Most of all, the community is friendly, accepting, and mindful of their neighbors. I'm proud to say I live here and I'd love for you to join me!
There are ,any good things, as well as not so great things, about my apartment and complex. The complex has a fabulous Landlord, Regina, and her maintenance crew is excellent as well. They are very quick to help. Everything is maintained and up-kept as far as landscaping. They go far beyond expectations in the winter with shoveling and plowing, as well. The only down side to our apartment is that it was clearly not well taken care of or prepared for new tenants when we moved in. We've had things break, which is understandable, things happen, but when our water line busted in our bathroom and flooded our apartment, their response was, "Oh well, there are a few bad lines in the complex, we're just waiting for them to bust. Oh, and we have a few bad gas lines as well." (How comforting...not). Like any other property is that is not your own, there are going to be good and bad things, but this place is overall a great place to live.
Overall, I am very satisfied with choosing to live at Creek Village Apartments. The grounds are well maintained and the complex is quiet at night. A nice bonus is that there is a great park within walking distance. Shopping is close as well as a commuter rail station.
Very nice and quiet place to live. The neighbors are very nice and friendly. The maintenance and the leasing office are great ! Never had a problem so far and I'm sure I will never.
Apartments are very well kept office management is awsome. Gery good place to live
