My wife and I had lived and Creekside for two years and enjoyed the time we were there. Circumstance caused us to move but we will miss our little community. The grounds are always well kept and any maintenance issues we had we quickly taken care of. The management staff is extremely helpful and professional, especially Vincent Leal. Creekside is somewhere we would recommend to family and friends looking for a new place to live.

Going into my 2nd year here at Creekside, moved from Texas to California. It’s a nice and safe community to live with kids, we have restaurants, stores, pharmacies at walking distance. The amenities are good, we just can’t enjoyed them now due to COVID. The school district has also been great.

This place is no 5 stars. The renovations are on the surface only. You will still have rusted pipes, and termites. You will also be over charged not only will they raise your rent. You will pay for water, trash, sewer, and additional trash charges. I would not rent from any property that is managed by Pinnacle Property Management. I will be reporting to BBB, and the Governor.
The apartment complex is beautiful, clean and well arranged. The staffs are very helpful to process application. The assistant manager is particularly helpful making the approval less painful. Expecting few years of great living there.
With the recent change in ownership, while keeping Vincent as a part of the management team, this is a great place to live. Both Carla and Vincent, along with the rest of the team, have always quickly and professionally addressed my concerns and requests. This is a great place to live!
A few months ago I was able to walk the property, but when plans fell through I had to back out and I heard nothing but understanding and encouraging words from Vincent and the staff. When I was able to move out on my own, I met up again with the Creekside Community and Vincent was an amazing and patient partner. This being my first apartment on my own, he explained everything very clearly and was able to move me into an apartment without any hiccups or bumps along the way. He and the staff are very patient and friendly, the grounds and atmosphere are scenic, and I am delighted to be able to be in this beautiful and quiet community. Thank you so much staff for your patience and professionalism!
From the moment I had my walkthrough I loved Creekside. Vincent in the office answered all my questions, he was very friendly and let me take my time exploring the space. And even when my plans fell through and I couldn’t move in, he gave me only kind words and support that they were there for me and here if I ever considered moving in on my own. They had no problem letting me have my holding check back, and in no way guilted me into staying or explaining my situation. I had a lovely time there, and will definitely come to stay if I ever get a chance!!
Horrible !! Be careful people this place will charge you after your lease is up. My lease ended September 3rd and they still charged my account even when I canceled my auto pay with them. They took out 1750 from account and overdrafted it. I have to basically wait a month to get my money back. Corporate doesn't care about the issue I called and left messages and emailed them still no reply. I called to talk to the manager she is lazy and rude and basically blamed me for the reason the money was taken out plus she said my situation wasn't that important because she has other important things to get done. Good luck and don't give them your account number for auto pay!!
The apartments were excellent before they sold it to a new owner. It's not worth the money and the service is VERY bad. Bed bugs are all over my house, they took forever to come spray and after they sprayed, my house was all down they broke everything. The pools are always dirty too and you can hear the sounds of cars on the freeway which gets so annoying over time. So many insects!!

Thank you for your review as it allows us to improve our community. We do have pest control that comes weekly; however, access has to be granted for them to enter. If they are denied access or permission to enter is not given they are unable to perform treatments. We also clean our pools daily and have a company that cleans them three times a week. We will discuss with our vendor to see if there are areas to improve.
"This feels like home" said my brother in law. From the moment my fiancé and I walked into the leasing office, we felt welcomed and wanted. "A great first impression!" The ladies in the front office were very helpful and down to earth, must be the location, or the super nice apartment that i almost failed to mention, or maybe the location, or both, or whatever. All jokes aside home has to feel right to you, and meet all the amenities on your check list. Madison-Park!
We've only been here for a wk and it's pretty nice, the bathrooms are small and we are in an older style apt to save money but that's fine with me. The porches ate spacious and it seems pretty quiet most of the time. The car ports are super tight and our truck had maybe an inch from each side mirror to the pillar so my husband always parks lol. I wish the play ground wasn't only till dusk because it's so hot before then. So far so good tho
Madison Park Alta Loma is the picture perfect place to call home! From the 5 star amenities the estate offers to the incredibly friendly atmosphere the fellow residents and staff provide! The pools are perfect, the gym is perfect, the office is perfect! Most importantly the residences are perfect! I'm thrilled I found this home and neighborhood!
Madison Park in Alta Loma is home to my family for over 5 years. Management makes us feel like family, and the whole crew here is helpful and courteous. The grounds are beautiful, trees everywhere. From upper apartments it almost feels like you are in a tree house. We have been in 1,2, and 3 bedroom apartments. Apartments are spacious, plenty of room for a family and the pets. 3 pools here, including a kiddy pool in the front of the complex that is a nice place to relax and watch the kids play. My favorite place to live, by far.
