I emailed & left a voicemail last week. I never heard from the office. It's been 5 days. I doubt the positive reviews. The customer service is lousy.

Current resident
Creekside is home to many from furry pets to us humans. We love it here. It’s peaceful at night which is my favorite thing about the place. Oh and if you’re lucky you’ll get a spot near the lake, the waterfall is beautiful and the sound is soothing at night.

BEST APARTMENTS 10/10
The staff and maintenance are always very helpful and quick about getting things done. The outside of the apartments are always kept clean. I would highly recommend living here!

Amazing Property that has a lot to offer
I have lived in this community for three years. It is a quiet community with beautiful landscape. It is one of the few complexes in the area that accommodates large dogs by offering a really nice dog park and spa to keep those pooches pretty. There are two ponds and ample space for a nice walk in the evenings. The gym and pool are great also. The staff and maintenance are professional and go beyond to make sure you have a great experience. You will not regret moving here!

Absolutely amazing
The community is awesome, the maintenance is incredible and the staff are great. These feel like townhomes, the design inside and out is beautiful and grounds are kept clean. Great park for kids and a beautiful pool as well as grills that are kept very clean. Absolutely love it here

Awesome Staff
The ladies at Creekside are amazing they are always so helpful at solving your problems. Living here is like living in a family community everyone says Hi to each other and the grounds are immaculate.

Love it here!
We have absolutely loved Creekside in the past 10 months we have lived here! Sasha has always been responsive and helpful if any issues came up. The maintenance crew was very helpful as well. Great location, we like being near to the highway in BA to quickly get anywhere we need to be in BA or Tulsa area!

We love it here!
Creekside has been so accommodating and wonderful to us. Every staff member we have come in contact with has been incredibly kind, friendly and eager to answer any questions we have. Creekside is in a great area of BA, close to highway to travel quickly to other Tulsa areas, but also backs up to a beautiful horse pasture!

We love it here!
Creekside is a great place to live! So far, we have had such good experiences. The staff is friendly and helpful. I dealt with Mario when applying and he did a fantastic job! Our apartment is gorgeous with a view of the horse pasture. The only drawback is not enough parking spaces.

Will send debts to collections without notice.
Worst company ever. When we moved out they said we owed nothing and never called us about any balance owed. They never gave us the promised referral bonus of $500 even after we requested it 3 times. They charge $100 for water a month for irrigation which is outrageous. Instead of calling us to collect the balance on our apartment they sent the debt to collections and our whole family was harassed. We never got any notification that we owed money to them. Do not move here.

Don’t live here
I do not recommend living here. It was fine until I realized they only see their residents as dollar signs and not actual human beings with emotions. They don’t care about the safety of their residents. After multiple car break ins last week, none of the residents were notified of this instance. I feel very unsafe and uneasy in this gated community which is the opposite of how you should feel. Don’t be tricked by the reviews, they offer us contests to write them, I was a sucker for that as well. Save yourself money and annoyance and find a new place. Can’t wait to get out of here.

What a great place to live! Beautiful place to live, inside and out. Staff and maintenance are on every assistance you need. Super friendly! Every time I needed anything, they we're prompt about getting it done. Love this place!
