Dear, Community Whomever is complaining or calling the front office concerned about our Black, well-fed, rescue cat (Feather), please know we have been contacted by the office and threatened with a notice of eviction if they see her outside, unaccompanied, again. We do not have the time nor the expertise to train her to be stricktly indoors. We have a 2-week-old baby, and like most of you, full-time jobs. While indoor/outdoor cats, on average, do not live as long as indoor cats, we believe outdoor cats have a better quality of life. We admit that the lease, here at Creekside Apartment Homes, mentions all animals must be accompanied when outside (a small and easily missed snippet from an otherwise long document), but the way this has been handled, and the reaction from the front office is unnecessary and frustrating. We have no recourse but to find a new home for our companion, whom we love. I'm sure Creekside wouldn't mind kicking us out while taking seven months of the rent we would owe for the remainder of our lease. Or maybe they just want to charge the updated cost per month for this unit. These guys aren't your friends and will not help to alleviate any of your concerns unless it benefits Propery Brothers. I don't blame anyone for honest concern, and I doubt anything other than honesty here. This is more of a vent and rant than anything else. But it's also a warning to those who have genuine concerns. My heater stopped working and i was getting ready to go out of town. Maintenance promptly fixed the issues and I asked if they could check on the heat the next few days since i was going to be out of town. He replied he would. I cut my time short and was thinking I should call the office to let them know i was back- then I thought no he probably was not going to check anyway.. Well he come and checked my apartment and followed up and kept his word. i am thankful he kept his word and maintaining amazing customer service and satisfaction.

I absolutely love our apartment. It is a quiet area, and well maintained. The leasing managers are very kind, and are always there to help. The apartment is located by a walking trail, and right across from Stoll Park. I would highly consider this area for your future home.

The property is in serious need of technical upgrades (i.e. AC units). You can see walking around the place where the priorities are. Most of the apartments have the original, rusty AC units installed about 20 years ago, while the clubhouse has a couple nice, new AC units to keep employees comfortable. Meanwhile, they send out notices to residents informing us why our ACs don't cool us down in the heat. I'm sure their AC is just fine in their office. Our electricity costs our astronomical in the summer with an average electric bill around $350 a month, for an apartment. I guess the AC is fine if you are lucky enough to get one of the apartments that required an AC replacement due to age. I counted about 4-5 of those units. I am sure the monthly rent was increased for those.
I lived here for a little over 2 years (from 2015-2017). One of the best places I’ve lived, but as someone already stated parking is kind of a nuisance. Not a huge deal for me as I was next to the entrance and there was usually enough spots available. The apartments are very nice and the staff is awesome. They’re very quick to get things done when there’s an issue and the maintenance staff is awesome. I lived on the side next to the trail and loved being able to walk out my apartment and be on the trail.
This is a great complex as far as grounds,Apartments and location. The only down side is the lack of parking.
