We haven’t had hot water in months with no explanation other than they’re waiting on a plumber. Hot water is off and on with other units including AC and mold problems.
Have to deal with no hot water, poor management, trash everywhere not to mention constant gun shots. Would not recommend living in this s#*@ hole
I enjoy living here at this apartments, they are affordable and all bills paid. They gave us a good move in special too and its quiet and clean. I recommend them
I love the creek, watching people fishing and the rain falling is so pretty. It is quiet here but close to all shopping and my job so it was a great location. The girls in the office are nice and helpful too.
I thought it would be a good first place to move in, Good price but not for the Quality all around . Once my lease is up I’m am never returning if I even make it thru the lease without going to court with them. I HAVE BEEN SAVING MY DOCUMENTATION OF ALL PROBLEMS!
If i could give this place a negative 5 i would... i hate it.. office girls have no clue what they are doing, we go weeks without hot water and my apartment had so many problems when i moved in... when i tell the manager she has a blank look on her face and nothing gets done. very uneducated staff.. i wouldnt doubt those 5 star reviews were made up by management. horrible place to live at. do not recommend one bit. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY..
I recently went to visit this property, first of all it looks trashed outside. When they said it’s newly remodeled they lied. The staff was completely lost, didn’t know what they were doing. They showed me a unit with trash that looked nothing like the pictures on here. Very unprofessional... multiple tall men in office conducting a meeting. I did not like it at all. Do not recommend at all. Please don’t waste your time coming here.
The new owners and management are a JOKE. They don't have any maintenance on site to fix anything...the minute you report a problem they lie to you in your face about sending someone to fix it. That's a lie. The pools been out of service for the last 2 years, washer and dryer don't work, they tell you use at your own risk. The khou 11 ITeam was notified and should be out there soon.
I have no idea how this place is still open. I moved in 3 months ago, despite numerous warnings from people, and am leaving as soon as possible. It is disgusting. There is raw sewage in the parking lot (literally you can see human waste and toilet paper) my A/C has not worked since I moved in, neither of my toilets work (one will flush occassionally, the other not at all), there are tons snakes (I've only seen them outside, but apparently my neighbors have found them in their homes more than once), the roaches are impossible to get rid of, there are constantly problems with the hot water (once, there was no hot water for 5 DAYS) and water pressure, the pools have not been open in years, the woods along the sidewalks are used as a dumping ground (there is even trashed out furniture thrown in them that they have never picked up) and the mail boxes are completely torn up. I have asked for them to fix the problems in my apartment since the first week I moved in, and despite numerous conversations and promises, no one has ever even LOOKED at any of it. This place is a nightmare. As much as I was earned about it, nothing could have prepared me for the reality of how awful it is. I am also still shocked at how the staff continued to lie to me over and over telling me someone would be out to work on my apartment. I'm saving the rent I am supposed to pay here this month to move somewhere else and will just take the hit to my rental history. I have kids and am THAT desperate to get them out of this disgusting place. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

These apts are horrible the Olga in the office is VERY RUDE, highly recommend customer service training for Olga. Roaches are terrible building needs to be treated from the outside first. Roofs leaks, sewage is terrible hot water is not hot, trash is everywhere, NO AMENITIES AT ALL!!! I seriously believe that the new owner and the management consultant team that was hired have no respect for human lives, this is not a third world country or state there are laws to protect human way of living. Texas used to be one of those States.
I would not suggest anyone move here. I live here now and I am trying to move asap. They over charge on the electric bill the roaches or by the hundreds, these buildings are infested with roaches. The units are old and falling apart. Leakes in the roof, a/c does not work, the hot water boiler goes out every week leaving you with cold water for days. They have a bad sewage problem, the city is aware of this and I've called to complain. But the city does not work anywhere on Deats road. They just supply the water. The mail boxes are completely broken. The washer room is a joke. Tiny washers and dryers that do not work most of the time. The pool has never been open since I lived here 2 years now. Thwy do not have a maintenance crew.the grass has not been cut in almost 4 weeks.They have new owners and management who are a joke. Olga in the office is very unprofessional and rude. She has hung up in my face plenty times and they even screen your calls and will not answer if you call back. Crack heads walk freely smoking in the dark spots of the parking lot. All and all spend that extra few bucks to move to an apartment with a staff of trained employees in this field. These people just want your money.
This place is horrible! You get what you pay for and this place is a perfect example. Its roach infested, maintenance workers don't fix things right. Office staff say one thing and then the next week its some kinda new rule that doesn't allow them to do this or that. Keeping your receipts won't help you cause if you point out a mistake they'll admit to it and then tell you they won't honor it. Overcharging tenants all the time. Can't get the light bill correct for anything. Parking is horrible. Pool looks worse than Galveston beach water. I'm surprised they haven't been sued for being slum lords yet. Take it from me, pay a little bit more money for a more decent place. It will save you stress and give you peace of mind.

The apartment staff are really nice , and every time I have made a request. I really would like it if the maintenance was better. The pool has been closed for a long time , and I'm pretty sure there are raccoons in the walls ... and my neighbors like to hang outside in front of my door being loud other than those the office staff are really nice
Not the best apartments to live at, one week they are bringing everyone from the apartment complex saying they are tearing down the place and we HAVE TO MOVE, next week they are saying nothing is going to happen. Pool has been closed since like 1992, just overall noisy, and dirty, granted that's not totally the apartments fault, people need to take pride in where they live and have respect for others. my own apartment doesn't have ceiling fans, A/C is broken, you can hear rats crawling in the walls. patio fence is bent and broken. gutters are literally hanging of the roof and swing and bang during storms. certain spots leak in my personal apt. just overall it is not a place I would like to call home :/
