Amazing apartment beautiful view walking distance to everything..The property manager does her job amazingly!! The professionalism is unmatched!!
I lived here for two years before moving and the only good things I have to say are the rent is cheap and it is nice to be able to pay online even though they charge a convenience fee to use your credit or debit card. Water and Trash removal are the only utilities included in the rent. The ceiling of third floor apartments in both their buildings have been reported as leaking, I was one of the people to report it. The solution I was given was to put a bucket or pot underneath where it was leaking. For a year and a half I reported the problem where only one thing was done and it didn’t even resolve the issue I eventually gave up and accepted that it would not be fixed and started to look for a new apartment. The gutters on the buildings were never cleaned out and some are beginning to grow plants out of them that are easily visible. Other gutters are not secured completely to the building so there is only a matter of time before they fall off completely and then take 5 to 6 months to get repaired. Under the lease you are allowed 2 parking spaces and it says if your car is parked to long or is broken down for more than a couple of weeks, it will be towed at the owner’s expense. This was never enforced as there was a junk car in the parking lot when I moved in and it is still there too this day along with another one that has been parked for over a year without moving. You are also directed to have guests park in the overflow parking if they are staying overnight since parking spaces are reserved for tenants. There have been several nights where people had to park behind other cars or next to the dumpster due to someone having a party that night, or when parking around the corner of the building having to take several attempts to get out due to someone parking behind you. There are also rules for quiet hours that start at 10 PM, but if you are looking to move in here look forward to this not being enforced to hard beyond a sign posted on the community board above the mailboxes. Pest control is done once a month and you will get a notice of it happening the night before not 24 hours before like most places will do. Living in the south wasp nests are a constant we deal with but sometimes they do get out of control. The apartments are not well insulated, during the summer there were times when my AC could not keep up with how hot it was outside leading to it running constantly and causing my power bill to skyrocket.
This place is as clean as you keep it. Never had bugs and they spray often just to be sure. Maintenance guy is always nice and gets to problems quickly. Always have drawings of some kind for a chance to save money on rent. Been here 2 years next month and already renewed my lease.
