BEDBUGS
Building 500 over run with bedbugs you can't sleep at night because of them owner wont do anything about them but raise your rent rating not even a half a star

Run
No screens on the windows so you cannot open them. No screens on the doors. If your AC breaks they will leave you for days without fixing it and you cannot even vent out your apartment.

Very clean and nice apartments
I've been living here for a while and the apartments are nice. I have had no problems with neighbors, and the apartments are within walking distance of a lot of local establishments. Mark is a great landlord.
