Established in 1809, Saint Charles is the oldest city on the Missouri River. The city’s unique historic charm and tranquil natural beauty are some of its major draws for numerous residents and visitors. Saint Charles is distinguished for being home to Daniel Boone, the origin of Boone’s Lick Trail, Missouri’s First State Capitol, and the Lewis and Clark Rendezvous.
Opportunities for outdoor recreation abound at Saint Charles’ 23 city parks. Frontier Park, Blanchette Park, Jaycee Park, and McNair Park are among the city’s most popular parks. There’s also plenty of indoor fun to be had at the many shops in Saint Charles—from the independent boutiques on Main Street to the national retailers at Regency Plaza.
Saint Charles is known for its family-friendly vibe, maintaining a small-town atmosphere despite experiencing continual growth.

Property Ratings at Creekside Apartments
Is there an option for 0 stars? Vicky the "manager" and is very unmannerly and impolite. If you apply she will tell you you'll get your application fee back but when will refuse to once she decides not to accept your application. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Save yourself some time and look elsewhere.

Hi there. We're disappointed you feel this way about your experience applying here. Please give our office a call directly so we can learn more. Thank you.
I have lived here for four years and I enjoy it so much that I have recommended it to friends. It is quiet, clean, well-maintained and the neighbors are friendly. I have a lower level two bedroom and the utilities are low and the value can't be beat for St. Charles. I love my patio and really appreciate that the sliding door and windows are well-sealed. The manager is professional, but forgiving under the right circumstances, and runs a tight ship, which I really appreciate. When I have had requests or concerns she has listened respectfully and tried to find reasonable solutions. She is certainly willing to go above and beyond what is expected for tenants that value where they live. Repairs are made in a timely manner, the furnace and AC are well-maintained, and the halls and laundry room are kept clean. Creekside is safe and feels like home to me, and I think a lot of my neighbors feel the same. It's great living around people that respect their homes.

I moved into Creekside about 6 months ago and I couldn’t be more pleased. Quiet neighborhood and well maintained. The apartment manager Vicki is great. She is very welcoming and always asks if everything is alright, aims to please. I am a senior and I feel very safe here. I would highly recommend.

I lived there 2 years ago. Cheap place but you pay for what you get. In my case it was a horribly rude property manager. The woman has no business working with the public. The hallways smell awful, the laundry room in the basement is filthy and also stinks. Never plows the lot when it snows. Appliances and cabinets upstairs are outdated. The only new and updated things are the downstairs apartments because they FLOODED 3 years ago!! Had to threaten to sue to get my deposit back, then she charged me for things that were ridiculous and should happen between residents moving anyway (painting and shampooing carpet - NO marks on the walls or stains on the carpet when I moved out). I will also add that the only painting that was done BEFORE I moved in was the painting I did MYSELF! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Also tried to raise my last months rent without proper 30 days notice and that was after I gave MORE than a 30 days notice. So RUN don't walk from this nightmare apartment complex! It got one star because I HAD to choose a star. They need negative stars!
