My husband and I moved to creekside 2 years ago we rented the 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment and we loved are place there was plenty of room for all are belongings plus the layout is great. We also rented a one car garage which was in front of are apartment it worked out great for my husband. I loved my corner unit and the complex was great it was always very quiet and peaceful no noisy neighbors. The complex is also situated right next to the Rock creek trail which was awesome we use to walk this beautiful trail all the time. Another point i would like to make about this complex is there was always plenty of parking never had any issues which was great I have lived in a few different apartments over the years and all had terrible parking but not creekside. The last thing I will say about Creekside is about the management Grace and Jenn were awesome they were the friendliest ladies they were always on top of stuff if there was a problem it got taken care of right away. Creekside has awesome management my husband and me would of lived here longer but we finally were able to buy a home of are own after 5 years of renting. I wish I would of found creekside in the beginning there would have been less moving in my life. Anyway if your looking for a great apartment complex you should check out Creekside at Tanasbourne it is a awesome place to live. Sincerely Jennifer Waldie
We lived here for 3 yrs and its wonderful. Community is really good and the apartments are big in size. Maintenance staff are always very fast in addressing any issues and front office people are very helpful and available in case needed.
They started charging for water+ sewer+ garbage from February and it is extremely high. It's 120+ and varies every month. The rent is also high, which definitely makes it a not so desirable community currently. We'll be leaving once our lease is up!
We’ve been living here for more than 6 years it’s been a wonderful, wonderful time my son has grown up here and that’s why I say that is not just like home it is home and mainly because of the staff that are the best! Jennifer, Grace and Adam they just handle this property in such a diligent way it’s clean, it’s safe, it’s homey and it’s a great little community very tight-knit! Would not want to move until we get a home. It’s really a five stars property!
I have lived in many different complexes through out the years, but never for this long. I just celebrated 8 years at this property! I love living in a slightly smaller complex as it has more of a family feeling. The units are larger than most apartments, clean, and quiet. Jennifer and Grace take pride in the property and it shows not only in the upgrades to the property and units but also in how they treat and interact with their residents. All requests and needs are handled quickly and with ease. The location is close to the Hwy and many, many stores and restaurants. I won't be leaving until I buy a home.
I've been living at Creekside for almost 4 years now. I love this complex because it is smaller gem among all the large Corporate, (take a number, you are just a number), apartments in the area. It has all the amenities offered at the other places, but I feel like they treat you like family more than a number. If I cannot make it home before they close for the day to pick up a package, I let the ladies in the office know (Grace and/or Jen) and they will happily leave it at my door. My requests for service are quickly responded to by Adam and/or Roberto. They are always on top of all yearly maintenance which include; fireplace cleaning, dryer vent cleaning. They are all dedicated to Creekside and its residents needs. Most of them have been here for years which is a testament to this. The neighbors are friendly and courteous, again, I think with a smaller complex it feels more like family. The rents are reasonable for the area and you get more bang for your buck. I love the fact water, sewer and garbage are included and they don't charge an arm and a leg for covered parking/garages. It is a clean, quiet place to live along the Creek with beautiful walking trails and walking distance to almost everything you could possibly need. Yep, I'm glad to call this place home. :)

I've lived here for the last 3 years, not moving until I buy a house or change jobs Location: right next to rock creek trail, shopping at Tanasbourne and large local employers (Intel & Nike), 20 minute drive from Portland without traffic Spacious units with large backyards built in the mid 90’s, but well-maintained. - Appliances are noisy, cabinets and countertops look dated, but practical - they get the job done. Good value for money - they pay water, sewer and garbage! Great staff - smaller community (~200 units), very prompt service, holds & delivers packages. - Lower level units are freezing/dark in the winter! Get an upstairs apartment if possible Quiet neighbors - Open parking usually fills up by evening, get a carport/garage FIOS internet installed! Wood-burning fireplace, never used it though - Fitness center is small, pool is seasonal On-site carwash & hot tub! /- Good luck getting in! - they usually have a waitlist year round.
I am staying at this place since last 2 years. This is just not the place where you have to live, This is something where you want to live. The leasing staff is so friendly and listen all your problems if any. The best part is, they don't charge for unnecessary things like NO extra chargers for garbage collection, water, parking etc. even the club is also free for use. They always maintain the society well and clean. Also they never deny for any kind of maintenance work needed in your apartment. Coming to the rent part, You wont believe that Creekside has lowest rent in this area. You will not find such a fantasist specious apartment on such a low rent.
