I’ve been at Creekside for more than 13 years now and I’m feeling more excited even more now that Ivy Hunter’s maintenance crew are a huge part of over seeing the property!!! They’re immediate in their response to request which makes a huge difference when maintenance issues are big inconveniences. I put in a request with multiple issues and before I could finish submitting, maintenance was already knocking at my door. I was really shocked at how fast they came. I’m really liking this team!!!

This was ONE OF MANY awful experiences I've had with Creekside. I called to follow up with the office on a leak that occurred, because they never call you back about anything. While on the phone I was asked if scheduling/hiring "painters" for 05/09 worked for us. I said yes, I requested off work to make sure it actually got done (as we've had multiple requests for different maintenance issues either go ignored for months or closed without anyone ever stepping foot in our apartment) and to make sure our cat didn't escape if people were coming in and out of the apartment. I waited until around 3pm the day they asked to schedule the painting and then called the office multiple times on 05/09 and was told the team was on their way. Nobody ever showed up. Called the next day because nobody was going to follow up if I didn't call them. They said they would call me back and schedule it again, only for the workers to show up minutes after getting off the phone. No one from the office STILL has bothered to call me after promising from management that they would follow up with me personally. At this point I would rather hire outside contractors for issues than to have to deal with anyone in the office to get any part of their jobs done. I you enjoy being lied to by office staff or babysitting your phone, email, and ring cameras and calling nonstop to get basic issues fixed this might be the place for you. Again this is one small issue of MANY i've had with this complex, at every opportunity they are given to complete a very basic work task like calling someone back or painting a ceiling they fall short and then wonder why you're upset. It is very defeating working with this staff. I would strongly urge anyone thinking about moving here to reach out and ask questions to the people who live here, not to the staff as they are great when trying to get you to sign but literally do not care about you or your apartment after that point. All they want is to make as much money as they can off of you.
The maintenance at other complexes can be hit or miss but with Creekside and their management they stay on top of the work orders posted and our maintenance guy Tika is very helpful and attentive to the issues.

I have called creekside @ Taylor square home for 22 years and the current lineup of office and maintenance personnel is the best since I've lived here. The office is quick to return calls and emails and maintenance requests have been completed faster than ever.

My experience here at Creekside has been Beyond horrible. Everyone in the office is RUDE. NOW I wish I hadn't moved here. Maintenance doesn't do their job I've had a leak since I moved in 12/22/23 and they're blaming me for the high water bill that they're not even willing to waive due to the lazy maintenance staff. I have since given my 60day notice to break my lease.I wouldn't recommend anyone wasting their time or money on this place.My advice to anyone looking to rent here STAY AWAY. Don't waste your time or money like I did. Every time I put in a work order they cancel it out saying complete when maintenance NEVER even showed up and did the work. Til this day my sink stopper is still broke and cold water still isn't working. Management is just as worst as maintenance they do NOT care about the residents all they care about is money. It's sad and ridiculous. I have pictures and videos time stapped and dated showing that my sink still HAS NOT been fixed. My carpet was half cleaned they never even cleaned up the dog hair from the previous resident, management tells you one things but when it's time to stand on business they renigg I have a whole recorded conversation with Blanca about my lease buy out now I'm being told a different price. I don't think I should have to pay anything to get out of my lease because since I've moved in back in Dec 2023 my apartment has been pretty much unliveable all because maintenance is too LAZY to do their job. Every time I go to the office maintenance crew is just chilling having a good old time meanwhile my sink STILL ISN'T WORKING. Avoid this place at all. Cost to save yourself the headache. Til this day March 7 2024 my sink STILL ISN'T FIXED. and this is exactly why I'm breaking my lease. If I have to take it to court I most certainly will.

12/14/2023-Do not move here! The property management is negligent. I have been dealing with an ongoing leak for 6 months, that was just not fixed. And my ceiling still isn’t repaired after the leak. They are careless.

We really wanted to move here but unfortunately the location no longer works for us since my job is asking me to relocate out of state. The complex is big but well kept. It is located near the hustle and bustle but it still has a suburban feel. I am not good with names but the 3 ladies in the front office were welcoming and helpful. Hopefully we can call this place home in the future! Would recommend

This is my second stay residing at Creekside. Enjoyed it so much the first had to come back. My initial experience with the Assistant Manager Blanca was very professional. Upon move in received my keys in timely manner staff was great , apartment was very clean overall yet another GREAT experience recommend this apartment complex to any individual!!

I have been living here for 7 years, and saw a change over of property managment. Monarch Investment & Managment Group is located in Colorado and does NOT invest in their property. They clearly also do not pay their office staff enough to care or invest in the property either or teach them that their number one priority is the residents and ensuring they have the best quaility of life while paying to live here. DO NOT believe what you see in the pictures. Please ensure you drive through the property before attempting to rent. The photos of the pool are not accurate they are from years ago when it was properly maintained, that pool furniture is long gone, that was NEVER a hot tub, and it has been empty for the past 3 years with no working fountain as it once had. The pool restrooms haven't been open in years. You are charged a montly fee for garbage but the dumpsters are alwaysssss disgusting, trash everywhere. Which leads to trash strewn about the property. Potholes were left for years before they finally paved partial patches of the property rather than invest in re-doing the whole thing. The concrete aprons at each entrance have not been completed as promised, but not suprisingly the one closest to the leasing office has. Being near a creek bed requires regular power washing of the white buildings. This does not happen enough and leaves a lovely green film on everything. There is not landscape maintainence, there is a lawn mowing service and they aren't even decent. They haven't paid to have the property mulched properly in years. Brick work is crumbling. The wood around door frames and enterways as well as the balconies is rotting and falling apart. I don't feel safe going onto my balcony. They attempted to paint them a few years ago to cover the rot and now that paint is peeling away. The office staff rarely answers the phone and act surprised when you mention that this apartment complex is falling apart, not attractive and NOT worth what they are charging. The most recent issue is a group of 6 vans, full of people squatting on the property. The rental company claims they are guests of a resident and cannot do anything about it. So if you really wanna live here just pull up your van and post up! Free of charge, unleased dogs, laundry hanging from your van doors... no one will make you leave! I would highly recommend looking for a property not managed by Monarch Investment.

I recently had to call emergency maintenance due to issues with my front door lock. I attempted to lock my door while leaving for work at 6:30 am lol and the entire center of the lock came out with the key. I received an immediate call back after leaving a message and maintenance arrived shortly after. He was kind, professional and prompt. Later that evening my key would not work and the maintenance supervisor immediately came to my apartment fixed the issue and provided me with a new key!! No issues, no waiting, pure professionalism and consideration. I have been living here for the a few years and recently seen a huge improvement in maintenance service. No complaints!!

Since moving in a month and a half ago, we’ve experienced nothing but problem after problem. From obtaining our initial move in paperwork which was off by over $1,100.00, that I had to catch myself and ask to be corrected, to moving into an apartment that wasn’t even cleaned. Parking is sparse, you can hear everything from your neighbors through the walls, and we’ve been without a working oven since moving in as well. Not to mention also being without AC since moving in, which wouldn’t be so bad - if we were able to open our windows but unfortunately we’re unable to do that because our apartment didn’t come with screens upon moving in either. Office staff seem incompetent and maintenance staff are no where to be found. Do yourself and your family a huge favor by finding literally anywhere else to move other than this sorry excuse for an apartment community.

I have been living here for about years now and I can confidently say that it has been a great experience! Nicole is a great manager and has always gone above and beyond to meet my family’s requests. Maintenance is very reliable at this apartment complex. I once requested to have my entire carpet replaced and they were able to do that for me. I highly recommend this place.

I rented my lease with Aaron because he has proved that he takes care of his tenants. When my renters insurance expired, I was notified promptly and he was able to get the fees removed for me. I recommend this complex for the convenient location and exceptional service!

Maintenance sucks onsite management is terrible and they keep raising my rent this time by 400$ they have raised it on all my neighbors and they never improved anything around my apartment. I don’t like moving and loved the school district so I stayed but this 400$ rent increase is terrible. I will have to move now. Good luck if you move in. The pool will never be open or enjoyable. Dog crap everywhere and get used to seeing swat vans.

Just a nightmare. Maintenance staff are inexperienced. Rental personnel complete joke. Broken down car’s dog poop everywhere. Trash horrible. And NEP electric bill is more then a homeowners payment.

We lived here for two years and was relieved to have no issues the limited times we did need to call maintance the response was very quick. We sadly are only moving because we have outgrown our space.

Amenities are never open or the pools look like swamps.. wood is rotten in the unit and all balconies are close to falling apart. I could go on and on, staff will not help you anyway and maintenance is invincible. Don’t do it, live in a box, will be happier.

ZERO STARS!!! They are terrible! From the moment we applied I should have known not to move here. A two weeks before our move they called and said that they didn't have an apartment for us and wanted us to move in the following month. They figured out a way for us to move in as planned but then charged us more for rent than what was agreed. We had many things that needed to be fixed when we moved in and still haven't been done. Our fridge went out on a Sunday. So we called emergency maintenance, no one answered the six times we called. We then had to call the office the next day and they didn't answer either! We finally went over to the office and they told us to call emergency maintenance in the most snarky way. It took them 9 hours to replace our fridge and they laid it down while moving it. YOU NEVER LAY A FRIDGE DOWN!!! Also, the fridge was a lot smaller than our original one. Then our A/C went out and they said it wasn't an emergency but the temperature outside wasn't over 90. It was 89 and it was 88 in our apartment! We couldn't stay in our own home for 5 days because they wouldn't fix it. They haven't done the "fire inspections" that they say they're going to do. They changed their emergency maintenance number but did tell the residents. We had to change our own air filter that looks like it hasn't been changed in YEARS. We have a water leak going onto the ceiling below and have had multiple work orders for the past two months to get it fixed and they keep closing the work orders and not even show up to our apartment. Even the Manager has said that she will be over with the Maintenance Supervisor to look at it and that still hasn't happened. I am SO frustrated with this company and their employees that don't give a crap about the community or your home!

I just read all the bad reviews and thought I’d share my two cents. I don’t live here anymore, but I did for two years (moved out Feb 2021), needed to move for personal reasons, but I would definitely move back in if Aaron is still around. He is very respectful and I enjoyed whenever he came around. Was always very kind to my blind dog and my husky during inspections. If something ever broke and the maintenance team didn’t do enough, Aaron would send them right back out to correct it. He found out my dogs were in distress my first summer living here due to my AC breaking and he sent someone over the next morning and had it fixed. I’d take my dogs for walks and stop by to greet the office staff and they enjoyed my fur babies saying hi. The area was always quiet and never had an issue with overflowing dumpsters on my street. I would really suggest living here. If I could still afford it I’d definitely move back!

There isn’t enough characters to explain the headaches I’ve put up with complex.Beautiful apartments,spacious and nicely priced. Everything was perfect before it was brought out by Monarch. I’ve lived here for over 5 years. I complained about my upstairs neighbor for TWO years and they never did anything. Swat was constantly banging on MY door for my neighbors. They blasted music and had a million fist fights at 3 AM. Busted windows outside in the parking lot. I was never able to get any sleep. The rental office did NOTHING. I decided to move units in March. Come the day I was supposed to move, they put me down for the wrong apartment and was unable to find an apartment for me after I was packed and ready to move. I had to wait 2 months, the day before I was scheduled to move for the second time, they put me in the WRONG UNIT AGAIN, that was occupied so I couldn’t move again. They had me scheduled to move into a unit that wasn’t even empty. I was 9 months pregnant. They offer no accommodations for their mistakes ever! Finally get moved. The dishwasher didn’t work, the cabinets were all broke up, shower didn’t work. Fast forward a few months and the hit water tank broke. Flooded my unit. Emergency maintenance number does work/the voicemail box was full as always. I called the fire department to shut the water off. I have a 7 month old. The fire department couldn’t get ahold of anyone at the complex. They told to demand a new unit or break my lease because it was so much water and with not being able to get ahold old them mold WILL set in and the carpet def needs to be replaced along with drywall. It has now been 6 days and the complex hasn’t even reached out. I’ve left voicemails and emails and NOTHING. They are the worst humans I have ever had to deal with. I’m breaking my lease and I have a lawyer looking into what I can do.

Me and my wife moved into our apt during the start of the pandemic. Due to restrictions we were able to get a good look at the unit before signing the lease. Since day one there has been issue after issue. When we were going to move in they made us wait 2 days because the cleaning crew had not cleaned the appt. When we came to move in, realizing the place was still unclean the manager and office worker rushed in to wipe some stuff off but it was still pretty nasty. The carpets were super old and smelled like cat urine. When we complained about the smell we were told "no its just mildew because the carpet cleaners didn't have the windows open." THIS WAS AN ACCEPTABLE ANSWER!?!? It's comical at this point because that was last April. It has been a year now and our lease is almost up, thank goodness. In the last year we've had the kitchen window broken the entire time. We've put in multiple request to fix it and have been told "our window vendor will come and fix it". Literally have not had anyone come by and the manager has promised this by this point. Now the kitchen sink is leaking and the molding around it had dissolve, again been told somebody is going to come and fix it... nobody came. I called the emergency maintenance number... the line is dead and goes straight to VM, and the VM tells me the inbox is full so I can't leave a message. There are so many other issues I could type out but I will not waste my time. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY. This place is owned by a big rental company, they and the staff do not c are about their customers. When you call they are hassled by having to do something and still nothing gets done. There is no way that this place has anywhere near 3.8 stars. Literally had a better experience renting in Old Towneast where my neighbor was busted by SWAT for selling drugs.... stay away, save your money, save your sanity. Rent from a place that values their customers because here to them all you are is a monthly check and a pain in the neck...

I absolutely adore this place. The property manager, Aaron, has been very helpful and informative. He is a very kind hearted person who is willing to help with anything!! Anytime I have had concerns or questions, he has endured to help me in any way possible. I haven’t had any problems communicating with anyone in the office. Any maintenance requests I put in were finished the same day (next day after work at the latest). They go above and beyond for their residents, there was an area that completely flooded and they were waking us up (at the start of the pandemic) at 7 am to help us all move our cars. Overall I had an amazing experience living at Creekside. I have no complaints.

Upon moving here in 2018 I was first given a tour. During the tour I had notice a few people in their garage with couch, tv's and chairs sorta like a hang out spot which I though was cool. So I moved out here. The day I moved out here I had noticed some teenagers hang out in the garage directly across from my unit. They were smoking weed but weren't loud, so I didn't address it. A few days later I had noticed the garage adjacent from my unit, there was a young couple living in the garage with bed, tv, computer desk & couch. I am a part-time photographer so I started videoing and photographing these things just because it seemed odd to me. I was a tenant out here for nearly 2 years and never said anything to anybody about anything. I always just minded my business and kept my children well mannered. Was never late with my rent and the office never had any problems out of me. September of this year I received a 3 DAY NOTICE to leave the premises. After my visit to the rental to find out why, I was in total disbelief. I was given 3 days to vacated the premises due to my nephew hanging out in my garage playing video game on a tv I had stored in my garage. I ask Nicole is there anyway I could receive some type of warning or to rectify the reason. She told me NO. I had 3 days or an eviction would go on my record. I didn't argue nor shout. I just left. I have 3 children and had 3 days to move during a pandemic. I left the unit the same way it was when moved in minus a dirty bath tub ( so they say) I wanted to take legal action but decided not to. Mind you I have video footage of residence doing the very same thing that I was asked to leave for. Now I'm fighting for my deposit back. It's been 2 months and still nothing but excuses. I feel like this place did me a favor for there actions against me because I'm now a proud homeowner of a 3bedroom 2 1/2 bth 2 car garage with my own front & back yard for the same payment as I was paying out here, I'm really not the type to take legal action but in this case I have now retained an attorney. All I wanted was my deposit back but again they were not willing to honor that. My advice is, be very careful when considering moving out here. I don't wish to talk down about anyone but watch out for the wolf in sheep skin. The decent lady that moved me out here is no longer there.

If you like overflowing dumpsters, moldy mattresses, incompetent staff, leases that are impossible to end (even when following the direction of said staff), work orders that get deleted or ignored, and neighbors that break into your cars and get in domestic disputes outside your door, this place is for you. My husband and I moved here before they were bought by Monarch and the place was great! Perfect for us. We probably would have stayed longer but it became intolerable and frankly unsafe. - front office is no help and actually screens calls to avoid taking more difficult calls - work orders would take weeks to be acknowledged and were often "not there" when they office would check on them. The only way I got anything done was by calling emergency maintenance each time, and after being lectured by the maintenance guy, our problem would get fixed. - my car was broken into 3+ times - neighbors got in fistfights outside our unit; we'd call the cops, they'd tell us to tell the office, and the office would just say there was no proof of anything (even when there was video proof of certain incidents) - Aaron will "yes" you to death, and we really liked him until we noticed nothing ever got done when we asked - it was difficult to get out of our lease even though it was over, and we were promised a reduced rate for month to month and it was not ever honored. It wasn't worth the fight to get the money but there is clearly no organization. - my dogs and I were attacked several times by other dogs while taking walks; lots of undocumented dogs there, including a rottweiler on a second floor deck who doesn't get let out besides the deck, and who pees and poops on the deck, dripping onto the unit below. - I spoke with that had issues with roaches that were not addressed until the roaches had destroyed entire appliances. - - residents place their bags of trash on the ground outside of the open dumpsters, and they get ripped open by animals; my dogs were sick several times from whatever they'd eat off the ground, which I monitored but couldn't fully control! I'm really not a Karen, but these conditions were intolerable. Oh and one time I drove around and took pictures of all the mattresses rotting by the dumpsters that day. There were 11. I went straight to the office with my photos and they didn't believe me. I would not recommend living here.

Office staff very rude and snobbish. I lived here for over 3 years. My children and I loved our apartment and our neighbors. However, one month I was going to be late by 3 days. I had never missed a payment the whole 3 years I was there, I always paid early. You would hope being a loyal tenant that they would be able to help in some way. There were never any complaints about my children or I. I understand if I had done it in the past however I never had. There should be some kind of loyalty on their part also. I did pay the fees and stayed another 3 months. However after that late payment the staff became even more rude and very judgmental. You would think they would try to keep their loyal tenants instead of trying to push them away. I understand an agreement is an agreement and this is a business however people do run into problems.
I had my bank account compromised. I have lived at this apartment for 4 years and have never been late for rent. As a matter of fact I normally pay earlier. I called the office as soon as I found out that my check was sent back due to the compromised. I was told that I had to pay late fees and insufficient charge even though this was not my fault. Plus that fact that I have been a faithful customer for almost 4 years. There has never been a complaint with me. About a year and a half ago I had bed bugs where I had to get rid of my mattress and bed due to neighbors being very nasty next door. There was no offer but to spray not pay for my $900 cost to replace my bed. I am not a happy customer. But I am going to let the world know that this is not what being a good customer service is.
My apartment has three bedrooms a master bath and a full bath off the bedroom. I also enjoy a full living room and kitchen and the basement is finished with an attached Laundry room. It is the size of a small house and in a clean well kept community. I love it and It is personalized for me. My grandchildren love the basement where they play for hours. Our rent is so affordable and in a very nice well kept community. We even have two pools and workout room. Can't beat it.
