It’s always something going on over here so be ready to run and hide and bear crawl. The police frequent the apartment and there’s been 3 high speed chases thru here since I’ve lived here. Managment could care less but the maintenance team has been pretty good. They sell the property every year. Smh

Excellent service. They really care about their customers. Chelsea and team went above and beyond to get me into an apartment.
When I first moved in, the kitchen cabinet over the refrigerator and stove was starting to separate from the walls which was quite obvious. Underneath the kitchen and bathroom sink was severe wood rot. The shelves in the kitchen cabinets and drawers were wood rotted along with the bathroom drawers. The bath tub showed signs of severe corrosion especially around the drainage. Mold, mildew, and unknown stains covered the entire patio. The air filter looked like it was never changed. Lint in the dryer. Missing ice basket in the refrigerator. Management was very rude with the exception of the leasing agent who just started working there. The dumpster near the main office is constantly overflowing. The garage I rented was not cleaned as I told. The 2 of the 3 service repairs I've submitted were closed indicating completion but is not the case, still missing my kitchen drawer for repair (wood rot). Water (kitchen, bathroom, shower, and washer) smells like onions and taste funny. I feel disgusting after every shower. I relocated from out of state and at the time this was the only apartment I could find available. It's my 2nd month at the apartment, I've received at least 5 notices in my email/letter from management that I've not paid rent and threatened with eviction. In the email/letter, it clearly states I owe $0.00 and I even have autopay setup the 1st of each month and I still receive the notice. I've lived in some badly managed apartments in the past 20 years but Creekside Apartments in Newnan, GA is the number 1 worst. I'm staying until my lease is up and going elsewhere. My co-workers who live here are also planning to leave and don't recommend Creekside to anyone. If you can afford a few hundred dollars more in rent payment, I advise living elsewhere. I would not recommend Creekside to anyone and had I known, I would have moved to an apartment 60 miles away and dealt with the drive to/from work.
Of all of the amenities that you get here, make sure that they tell you about the constant leaks and floods. It’s a joke among residents that this is Leakside. Since living here we’ve had our home flood 5 times and the manager, Melissa, so kindly said “I mean it’s after hours what would you like me to do about it?” Umm your job and fix it. The porch railings are falling off almost every unit leaving exposed rusting nails, one of which scratched my son badly. Guess who doesn’t care? The management. They won’t fix it. There was trash EVERYWHERE and I’m not talking littering. I’m talking torn furniture, trash compactors full, a full compactors worth of trash on the ground beside it because it was so full no more could fit in the compactor. And Melissa would not do anything about it until I threatened to call the health inspector Roaches, rodents, wild cats, and snakes are everywhere because landscapers blow and rake pine needles, trash, and leaves behind bushes up to the houses so it makes a perfect nest for all! And Melissa doesn’t say or do anything about it. They do have two gyms! You’ll be lucky if you can find a piece of equipment that works though or a usable bathroom. The metal stairways are chipped and rusting but I guess they think that looks amazing There is trash in the walkways that no one helps maintain but again- Melissa is too busy to care Check your lease before signing because there’s a $75 gate maintenance fee since this is a “gated community “ and in the 3 years I’ve been here not once have they even attempted to put up a gate. Even when there was a shooting here a few weeks ago. All in all stay clear. Run fast.
I like the townhouses here, it's quiet and all the neighbors are nice. When my air conditioning was out it took 2 days which seemed long but im still giving 5 stars because this is a big community with alot of apartments and then the townhomes they probably have lot's of calls everyday. Also i use the gym and it's great they have everything you need plus 3 nice pools!!

This place is horrible. My townhouse was disgusting when I moved in. It is currently falling apartment. Parts of my floors feel like they can give out at anytime. Management excuse is it's an old building. They are super LAZY.

If I could give negative stars I would!!! This is the worst place I've ever lived. Poor office staff, lousy maintenance all they do is drive around all day on their golf carts instead of actually helping fix the broken down apartments.

The worst apartments I've ever lived. Very unprofessional managment. They will running around you until you signed up for a contract, after it - Who are you and what are you even doing here, we don't have time for you. If you will have a complaint about something, and you will, they will manage it for a couple of weeks, if they will do it at all. My air conditioning wasn't fixed for couple of months. And unfortunately it's not only me. You can just sit in front of the leasing office for one day and see how many people come with complaints and their faces after they leave the office.

When we first moved in we already noticed a drawer missing in the kitchen! We let the front office and maintenance know and 11 months later, still no fix! They have a MAJOR bug problem! The place can be so clean that you can lick off the floor but somehow a roach or two is crawling on our walls or in the bathroom! We use bug spray which kills bugs in contact but that didn’t stop them from coming in! One day we noticed a roach OUTSIDE and it went under the wall OUTSIDE and somehow got INSIDE without any doors being open! It’s DISGUSTING! Don’t get me started on the front office. They can be rude and inconsistent with their job! Not to mention inconsiderate! During the beginning of Covid they discounted rent but when things were getting back to normal WE HAD TO PAY ALL THAT MONEY BACK WITHOUT WARNING! They did not let us know beforehand or after the fact that tenants would have to pay back the money they credited us! The apartment we stay in is nice, but it’s not worth what we pay. It’s RIDICULOUS!

My neighbor is always blaring loud bass music, sometimes for hours during the day and there's been times when he kept me up at 3 or 4 in the morning. I have personally asked him to keep it down, then wrote a polite letter asking him to stop, and then contacted the office on 6 different occasions (3 phone calls, a text, and 2 emails). The second email was to the manager and she just said she'd like to hear what I was hearing and to invite her over next time it happened and to just call the police. It didn't really sound like she believed me or thought it was an issue. I asked her when she would be available to come and if anyone had addressed it with him. I would like to go through them before having to involve the police, but I never got a response and the problem has continued. I have now filed a complaint with the county. I have also called the police twice and they said that there is no noise ordinance for this county and it is up to the apartment to do something. I have had to deal with this for months and management has done nothing. It's been tough being quarantined and listening to it all the time. As soon as my lease is up, I'm getting out of here and I would not recommend renting here. If you want to live comfortably in the apartment that you pay rent for, this is not the place for you.

In my opinion, the staff (now fully-staffed) has the much needed rhythm of business operation in place to iron out the wrinkles we have seen for a while. I feel as though they care and really want to see the tenants happy in our dwelling. Whereas with previous mgmt teams, not so much - as a whole. I know it is easy to call a situation "negative" when a certain standard is not met. But, haven't we all needed more time with something, or "coaching opportunities" to become great at a thing. If you are considering this complex as a place to live, please don't, I have been here going on 4 years, the nightmare started when Pegasus Residential took over, the office staff is incompetent at best, they will lie when the truth will do, it's impossible to get a straight answer from anyone. As soon as my current lease is up I will be moving. I gave them a 1 star because you have to select something, but my real score is a negative 5.
I wrote a review in 2017 praising this community. As of 5/2019 when new Owners took over it has really been a nightmare trying to get anything done. The Front office staff never,ever knows what's going on and seem to make up answers to your questions just to appease you at the time. You have to follow-up 3 or more times to get situations cleared up. Honestly I'm frustrated to the utmost. Can't wait until my lease is up next May. I would not recommend this community to my worst enemy. And, maintenance is pretty much null and void these days.#DON'TDOIT
