Horrible property, apartment is small and the rent isn’t worth It also the rent is NEVER the same. The gate is Horrible and is always broke. The traffic for gate is horrible to it’ll take you 30 min to get through. The trash is bad, groudsman doesn’t exist. If you call with a problem they NEVER fix it completely! Property Manager only cares about her family she moves into neighborhood! BETTER OFF BEING HOMELESS
Everything you can think of is wrong with this place; from the never working gate, never working leasing office agents (Bria, Cassandra, the never existing manager), noisy neighbors who smoke weed on their patios, moving in and out no matter what time it is, small apartment, cheap playground where grown men hang out at, broken mail boxes where they have broken into multiple times, trash pick up is a joke, trash everywhere. now I had roaches for about 3 months but I FIXED THE PROBLEM because pest control is another joke. Everything about this place is ridiculous and it's sad that they have their friends and co-workers make "positive" reviews. the ONLY POSITIVE thing is Janice, the newest leasing agent, and the location because it's close to publix and the highway. You better off moving into a house.... or a cardboard box
The staff and also the property manager are rude and do less, often. They rarely ever fix your situation and leave you clueless. Won’t take responsibility for any issues that happen in your apartment. THEY HAVE BEDBUGS AND MOLD. Please don’t waste your time.

Good day. We apologize for any delayed communication to discuss your concerns. We try diligently to address concerns brought to our attention within a 24 hours; we have multiple options to inform us of concerns such as verbal, email, online and the residents' portal. We try to convey accurate information to each resident by sometimes conferring with vendors to gather facts to share with residents. In regards to bedbugs or water leaks, all our apartment homes are inspected prior to each move in to ensure neither is a concern. I sincerely hope we have handled your concerns and communicated to you to address your concerns.
Please do not waste your time or money. This is the worst place I have ever lived. They have mold issues & they tell you to spray bleach on it. The gate is pointless when it does work it constantly malfunctions. If your car is damaged because of the gate malfunctioning they will constantly remind you they are not responsible. They have constant car break-one & they are very nonchalant about the issues. A neighbors daughter was almost snatched walking to the bus stop & gratefully she got away but the leasing office refused to put out a notice. Do not waste your money. You will spend more on insurance deductibles & mold treatment than you spend on rent. Oh let's not forget about the rude and lazy office staff. They have changed management at least 3 times in the past year. It is overpriced for no reason. No you, your family, or property are not safe. BEWARE.
Be aware when applying at this place. These people are criminals that holds your deposit and when you ask for a change on anything, even if your initial apartment was not ready for you, they will ask you for more money that is non-refundable. If you refuse to pay more, you forfeit your initial payment. My advice, never give them money until the day that you are moving in. Don't trust Valerie or Brea.
The apartment is kept up great, the leasing office is great. The water is not great,it be different every month. And it has a lot of car break in.
