It started off okay. However they have a horrible roach infestation. And even with spraying every week could not get under control. I also had issues with a large beehive that my neighbors and I complained about constantly. The bees would get into my apartment often. Maintenance was also terrible, they came to fix something it my house and left a large hole for months! Eventually mice started coming through that hole. And began chewing up the floors and carpets. I requested an exterminator and they sent the guy that sprays for roaches. Amenities are also bad. Pool was very rarely open. The fitness room was trashed and had a strong smoke odor. None of the machines worked Please stay away from this place

The front desk is receptive but upon moving in the apartment had not been cleaned and had mold in the fridge and leftover paint guards had been left in the shower. On top of that the place is infested with roaches and the entire left side of the stove doesn't work at all. At least its fairly cheap but overall i cant give it more than 2 stars

The neighborhood is pretty quiet and close to everything. I do feel landscaping upgrades should be done all around the complex and not just the front. I would like to see more greenery. I have lived here for a long time due to convenience and my job is nearby.

There are only 2 maintenance people for the entire complex. I assume this is the reason my requests go unfixed. And there are problems with overflowing dumpsters.

Worst place you can live at! Infested with roaches and my vehicle was stolen from here. They don’t even take the trash weekly. By the end of the week there is trash everywhere outside

When I moved in 2008 the apartments were totally updated.No issues with the stuff or maintenance. Years pass by n apartments kept changing owner.After new owners wprk orders to be done take forever. I understand sometimes things happen,but takes to long. Apartments need to be updated as well!!

Overall Creekside is an affordable living area. Its not the newest nor the oldest, it has pros and cons much like anywhere you go. Parking can be an issue. Garbage is definitely an issue, but grounds maintenance is great, office staff are friendly and responsive, I have a dishwasher and AC both make me happy. The grounds are groomed on a regular schedule. For me the location is convenient to get to work.

There has been an ongoing plumbing issue for YEARS, steadily getting worse. I only renewed due to a financial situation and taking care of elderly relatives. The problem has now spread to several buildings, where RAW SEWAGE will literally flood the entire car park and sides of buildings and all toilets in every building to become unusable. When you call maintenance, it sometimes takes them 2-3 DAYS to temporarily “fix” the issue, and they NEVER let you know once it’s ‘done’. Multiple times, they have said that they are sending a professional plumber out - that can leave you stranded forEVER, and they’re never able to actually fix it. Their dog park is NASTY, and always covered in glass and dog poop. Trash collectors rarely come, and often it gets so bad and so full that they’ll overflow with no where to go. The ‘two wonderful pools’ the other “residents” (definitely not fake reviews) talk about have not been open in the entire four years I have been here. The main pool by the lobby was open for a grand total of about two weeks off and on this past summer, constantly being closed every other day or so. You couldn’t even get in to sunbathe. The ‘amazing’ fitness center boasts outdated equipment, with only ONE treadmill that sometimes doesn’t work, two mismatched bikes, and one elliptical. There are a few yoga balls which I guarantee you are never sanatized, and never toilet paper. Don’t bother considering the on site grills as useable - they are NEVER cleaned. With the new management, all phone calls are routed to an off-site call center. They NEVER have access to see former work orders and will never understand what you’re calling about, and if you are promised a call back from the actual office, it never happens. EVER. There’s seriously so much more I can go through. I was never offered a different apartment after the continual plumbing issues, and never offered an apology or reasoning. To really nail the coffin shut on how much they simply DONT CARE about their residents, they are STILL leasing out the empty rooms of everyone who has broken lease due to the horrible sewage conditions, knowing FULL WELL that these poor people are going to be suffering without basic human necessities.
Put down $300 for an application (yes, $300) and then they tell me I make too much money. Even though they asked me in the application how much money I make. They tell me this the next day after they have my routing and bank account number and things are in motion and it just happened to come up in a phone conversation. But they'll return the money to me - in the MAIL in 2-3 WEEKS. I need an apartment NOW and now my money is tied up in this bait and switch? I may make too much for them but I don't have another $300 laying around to try out multiple apartment applications. Just know, there is a government subsidy going on here because it isn't advertised. Apartment management is worse than used car sales.
Wonderful apartment community; staff always friendly and willing to help in any way. Great place to call home. In particular, victoria and Jacqueline make this community fantastic and rental payment is incredibly simple and easy using the online website. Absolutely would recommend this building to anyone looking to live in Richardson.

If I could give 0 stars, then I would! I have lived in these apartments 3, going on 4 years. I could honestly say I never had an issue with the apartments and have told many people that they should move here, but I will no longer be on that side of the fence!! Repeatedly I've asked that I be informed BEFORE SOMEONE ENTERS my home and I'VE GIVEN PERMISSION. On three occasions, my home has been entered without any prior informing. I have literally been home and a maintenance man entered my home while I was half dressed not even giving me time to get to the door!!! Every year my rate has increased $20 which is no problem. After receiving my renewal, the new rate increased by $30, after I was told it would only increase by $20. Then when I went into the office to discuss the rate, I was told there is now going to be an additional $9. That's basically $40 more. Before I even received my renewal, I let the office know that I would be interested in transferring to a two bedroom, and was told okay then don't apply yet, the property manager would come inspect my apartment and we would go from there. This was over a month ago. After going into the office today, I was offered a two bedroom. That's ridiculous. And all she could say was "I'm offering you a two bedroom now!" DUH!!! AFTER I SAID SOMETHING ABOUT IT! RIDICULOUS! My floor is starting to come up. I asked someone fix it over a year ago! After today, it was written down and I was told someone would be coming out on Friday. Yeah okay. I'm at a lost for words. Not to mention, the maintenance men entered my apartment repaired my ceiling but left a mess in my bathroom, didn't sweep it up, left the removed ceiling pieces in a grocery bag on the floor of my apartment! After complaining about this, no one even reached out and said oh Ms. Potts we apologize for the inconvenience, and so on and so on! I work for the largest insurance company in America so I know all about customer service and this was absolutely the lowest of the low! I've never, NOT ONCE GIVEN THE LEASING OFFICE AN ISSUE AND LOOK WHAT I HAVE TO DEAL WITH! Sad thing is, I HAVE TO COMPLAIN FOR SOMETHING TO BE DONE. Not worth the time and effort. No tenant should have to ask for anything over and over and over! So like I said, rethink about your decision!

The management is great they fix problems as soon as possible. They give attention to tenants and their problems. The people in the office are very kind and helpful.
Amazing clean apartments. Caring. 2 huge out door pools Dog friendly. With play area. Gym and more. 2 years. Of heaven
I love this place because it's has an onsite security officer, two pools, diversity, and most importantly live-in quiet setting!
