Property Ratings at Creekside Park Apartments
Used to be a great complex for the first year and a half I was here. Then we got new office staff and a pandemic. The property Manger is enamored with her title and I now get monthly passive aggressive flyers on my door monthly. Not to mention several repairs that are just ignores. Can't wait to move.
I just moved in and it's pretty cool. The people and the "No Smoke" property. Also one of the 3 bedrooms is moving out and we might get it and I am very excited. Overall CreekSide Park is a pretty cool place.
Living in Napa is can get very expensive. sure the 3k-4k apartments are nice but why pay that when you can have a mortgage. Where we live is a home not an apartment. The onsite management team is like family, they know us by our first name and greet us every time. My apartment is great plenty of room and if something isn't working they are quick to fix it right away. They are pet friendly and my son can play on a lawn in front with the other kids in the complex. again this a home not just an apartment.
