Paula and Isaiah are awesome. The neighborhood is quiet. I have had some maintenance issues since moving in but for the most part they have been taken care of in a timely manner... even the issues that needed to be repaired under the warranty. Street pa rking is at a premium for those who have more vehicles. All in all I do love living here!

So far I have enjoyed this neighborhood and my house. Everyone has been welcoming and friendly thus far. I like that it is centrally located to many restaurants and shopping areas.

This is a very awesome community , no major problems everybody in the community is friendly I think would should organize a block party on a Sunday as o we everybody can meet everyone and love the quiteness

I really enjoy living here. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and the management is responsive. The access to the pool is awesome and the neighborhood is close to all local amenities.

Front office employees are great. The maintenance request are handled quickly. And the property itself is well maintained. The entire move in process was also simple

I love this community. I’ve had quite a few issues with this new home, but the managers & maintenance are taking care of them. The delays are due to the need to contact warranty department, and getting them out here is a slow process.
