Excellent at reasonable cost
If you don't keep heat/air on 24/7, power is included in the rent. Private indoor mail boxes, coin operated laundry rooms, Three times weekly dumpster pick-up, yearly fire extinguisher check, Twice yearly bug extermination, outdoor pet area, yearly apartment inspection, to prevent hoarders, City bus stop directly across the street, multiple car parking lot, computer room, and community room for monthly meetings to discuss any issues, or to have holiday celebrations, sub-police station downstairs at entrance, and sign-up sheets to get ride to several locations, plus attending city sponsored occasions, on a monthly basis, plus a fresh veggie's for sale stand next door, mall 2 blocks away, SONIC drive thru on other side of apartment complex, but best of all, maintenance men on duty 4 days a week, but emergency maintenance is only a phone call away 7 days a week.
