I love this property! It’s very quiet and well kept, maintenance is very good at fixing things in a timely manner and the leasing office responds to any questions or concerns that I have in a gentle adequate way!
Well I can't say that it's excellent and I won't say that it's perfect, but I will say I feel at ease. I have been living here about 3 years going on 4, and we have had 3 different apartments in the same complex!!!! I bedroom, then townhouse(I hate stairs??), (now 2BDRM (ON 2/20/23) so when I say I wouldn't live anywhere else ..I wouldn't...I have so many friends here that I met..and my neighbor Jesse is the cop so he's that added security...My daughter and I walk/jog around the complex on weekends and sometimes others will join.the weight room is wonderful my 13 y.o loves it..Im lazy ??..The maintenance crew are like my brother's (even tho were different races) to me and they ALWAYS make me feel like a priority... And TBH even though we have had different office management NOT ONE OF THEM HAS EVER TREATED ME UNFAIRLY!!! You won't find a better place for the money ?? than right here!!????????
I toured these apartments a few weeks ago and really liked them. However, upon starting an application I had a few more questions. I’ve emailed the assistant manager 4 times with no response, also called and left a voicemail… nothing. I would have really liked to apply, but how do you expect people to move in if you can’t even respond? Highly disappointed.
We were rushed through the process of getting the lease prepared. We were told that our apartment would be one of the renovated units, on the first floor, with a utility room. We asked on several occasions if we could walk the property and were told that the unit was not available to see. We did not see the unit until we signed the final papers and got our keys. Much to our surprise the unit had absolutely 0 of the features that were described to us and looked in almost complete disrepair. It was obvious that no walk was done prior to turning over the keys to us. We documented everything thoroughly. We brought up a list of health and safety concerns as well as how we felt lied to since the unit did not look anywhere near what was described to us. We saw roaches on our FIRST NIGHT! We STILL fight with this issue, pest control has not been done on our apartment in months. The sliding closet doors in the 2nd bedroom are constantly falling off the track as they were when we moved in which they "fixed" I asked them to remove them as they are nothing but a safety hazard for our small children that occupy that room. They refused. Part of their "Make Ready" was to use latex paint over the old oil based paint on all doors and the bathtub, which began to peel the first time they were used. All of these things were brought to them and they refuse to accept responsibility or want to charge MORE and another deposit on top of that to switch to a unit that you were promised to begin with. (which is not an impressive renovation at all). And these answers only come after prying for WEEKS. They also had an "outage" of the portal that they essentially force you to use to pay rent and pay an additional $30+ on your rent because they "don't accept checks", but the portal goes down and they are suddenly able to accept them. We were told that the portal would be back up on 6/6/22 but according to ActiveBuilding the community is no longer a part of their portal. No communication to their residents in any way. The community pool is also closed due to a HEALTH VIOLATION which, was yet AGAIN not communicated to residents. There is a laundry list of further issues that I could name as well, but they will fall on deaf ears. Don't let the "sincere apologies" on here fool you. It is just to save face with potential residents. They do not care about you one bit! And they strive for nothing more than the bare minimum, which even that is a stretch for them. THIS PLACE IS TRASH! STAY AWAY!
there’s so many roaches & other small bugs, no matter how much you clean, use bug repellent, or kill them there’s always soo many more. i’ve put in a request to get my apartment sprayed to keep the bugs out at least 6 different times & they won’t do it. if you have an issue & need to call or go to the office they keep a temp in there just to tell you they can’t help you because they have no privileges. you will never be helped. a sticky liquid comes out of our flooring no matter how much we wipe it up it will come back up out of the wood within minutes. it’s all around ghetto, neighbors are rude & i have had to call the cops 3 times in the last 2 weeks. we asked for an apartment with a washer & dryer & the upgraded unit , they did not give us either one. i feel like we got tricked into living here. the gates never work, not enough parking, they told me i could park somewhere & i did the first 6 months of living here with no problem & randomly got my car towed one day. i hate it here & cannot wait till my lease is up. appliances don’t work, plumbing sucks, windows are weak, locks don’t work. i can’t go 20 minutes without seeing bugs crawling up my wall.

two ladies who I don't know I give 5 stars for them and 5 stars for the apartment
I've lived here for about 6 months now and the apartment itself is just ok but the management is the worst that I've ever had to endure and most of the "features" included in the rent price either dont work or just aren't provided. If you have an issue good luck letting them know about it because most calls just go through to their corporate office where someone will take a note of your issue and then do absolutely nothing about it. I don't think they communicate with the corporate office at all because this has never worked. And if you're lucky enough to be calling the on-site office then at best there's a 50-50 chance that anyone even answers the phone. Exterminators, plumbers, handyman all pretty much show up whenever they feel like. There's no real way to make an appointment with them. I called about a plumbing issue and I was told they'd be here in 30 minutes and 2 weeks later they showed up with no warning at all. The laundry facility is a disaster. Several machines are broken and most of them are malfunctioning. They've never fixed them nor do they even put up signs to let you know which ones actually work. The facility is unbearably hot and it can literally take half an hour just to start up a few machines. It's just unbelievably bad. The entry gates are almost always broken and lodged in the open position so don't believe them if they tell you it's a gated community. It's also only gated on a couple sides anyway; something g I was told would be improved by now. The soda machine was empty for about 5 out of the 6 months I've been here. The dog bag stations have been empty for several months. The parking situation is terrible; there's not nearly enough guest parking and people have to park in fire zones constantly. I could keep going but overall the management is far too negligent to make it worth living here.

Hello Sir or Ma'am, I am very concerned to see that you are not pleased with your apartment home features. I would love to discuss your needs and concerns and see how we here at Creekside Villas at Clear Lake can better assist you. We strive t answer all incoming calls but, unfortunately we do have calls that rollover to our call center in the event that we are assisting other residents. Since COVID-19 we have implemented safety measures to speak with our residents in person with out an appointment being necessary please feel free to stop by nay time during office hours and I would be more than happy to assist you. The laundry room air conditioning is a concern that we promptly address and continue to service as we take pride in provided the best customer service to our residents and want everyone to feel comfortable when using the amenities within the community. In regards t the laundry machines, if there is any time an machine is not working please feel free to inform the office staff ASAP so that we contact the vendor to have the machine serviced and will do our best to accommodate you as each machine its own serial number to submit service requests. If any time the gates are needing repair we work diligently to make any and all repairs in a timely manner and communicate those repairs with our residents through active building. The soda machines are serviced through a 3rd party company who comes out and restocks the machines through out the month. I apologize if you have been dissatisfied with the machine and I will contact the vendor for scheduled service dates to ensure product is available at all times in the future. Regarding the dog stations we try our best to make sure that the stations are refilled weekly. I will moving forward have them serviced more frequently and I thank you for bringing this to my attention. We work very closely with Ranger Tow to mange the parking here on-site for our residents. However with COVID-19 towing was temporarily on hold until 08/01/2020, I hope that in the next few coming weeks ahead there is great improvement on the parking. We try our best to accommodate our residents by providing one free assigned covered parking space per apartment home, with the exception to the town homes, which receive 2 assigned covered parking spaces. I hope your future experience here at Creekside Villas is much improved.
After recently relocating to Houston, the staff here have been extremely helpful and friendly in helping me find a permanent home. Benjamin and Annesha are super friendly, resourceful, reliable, and very accommodating! They’ve been patient through my entire leasing process, and the area is great. Super quiet and a family-type atmosphere. Easy access to Baybrook Mall, U of H at Clear Lake, and NASA (for those space cadets). Also, there’s easy commuting resources to the med center/inner loop (if you don’t want to drive into the city, there’s park and ride availability). Overall, good apartment complex and great staff to accommodate your living needs :) I’m happy to call Creekside Villas my home,

Staff is super helpful with whatever I need. I love my apartment and the renovations they have done look really nice. The location is close to everything including grocery shopping, mall and restaurants. I plan on moving into one of the new renovated apartments when my lease is up.
