Stay away from this apartment complex at all costs it is an over priced nightmare. Didn’t fix broken AC for 4 months, dishwasher didn’t work for 3 months, water is shut off constantly and costs over a hundred dollars a month.

Creekstone apartments is a nice and quiet place to live. Close to my job and neighbors are very friendly. The staff do a great job to maintain cleanliness on the general property. Overall, a nice place to live.

Creekstone is definitely an older community, construction wise. Overall, I do enjoy the location. It’s close enough to make it a 10-15 minute drive to everything, but far away enough to remain a quiet and safe community. When I first moved in back in March, management was a mess. They have since then gone through new management, and I can at least say they’re much more transparent and attentive. Looking forward to how they’ll improve the complex.

Great spot. Close to everything but the dog park, gym, volleyball court & pool are not as glamorous as the pictures them selves.

Infested with roaches. Wasn’t told before moving in that the apartment has a full blown infestation (VERY obvious to anyone who spends a few minutes in here). Despite my complaints, I have yet to have anyone from management reach out to me to at least offer an apology. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I like living at Creekstone because first of all, the location. It's convenient to any part of Austin. Also, the apartments are in such a beautiful setting, with all the trees around. That's why I was drawn here in the first place. Although they are older and less modern, they are very well kept and you can't beat the rent price here compared to most apartments in and around Austin.

Creekstone is a great smallish community, quiet with ample parking.

Friendly staff and maintenance is always quick to respond. Three years living here and haven't had a issue with bugs. Affordable compared to other complexes in the area.

Creekstone is a decent place to live but some of the units need some upkeep. The units are a bit run down but the property is kept in good shape. My biggest complaint with the complex is that my thermostat hasn't been functioning properly for quite sometime and has never been properly fixed despite numerous maintenance requests. Normally I will say the maintenance staff does a good job of fixing other issues with my apartment and is prompt with their response time but this one issue has never been resolved.

I love Creekstone it is an amazing community. Management and employees that work here are so professional and so helpful.

Creekstone is an amazing place to live. Safe, quiet, clean, and comfortable. Beautiful grounds, NO bugs, and theyre pet friendly. I have been a resident for three years and have been extremely satisfied.

I enjoy living at Creekstone. It is clean and safe. The maintenance crew is always quick to respond and courteous.

Loving the 24 hour gym great for those tossing and turning nights the gym is always kept clean, Quick response from the staff grounds are always kept clean as well. I will be definitely telling my family and friends about Creekstone.

All they did to fix an A/C noise issue of a very old A/C unit was put a rock on top of it. After complaining 3 more times about it, they next told me they would not be doing anything about it.

Creekstone has felt like home from the second we contacted the leasing office! The staff made us feel welcome, from the snacks offered during the tour to the goodie bag we received when we moved in. Our maintenance requests have been taken care of same day and the events put on by the staff have been so much fun! Were happy to call Creekstone our home.

I feel safe here but there is insufficient lighting and the parking is very limited, considering the amount of vehicles.

Overall so far the stay is good.

Its a quiet community where you can relax. I would say the railings outside could use some TLC.

Online leasing was quick and painless. Very easy to complete

Sylvia has made our complex a 2018 & 2019 resident of the YEAR. That speaks high volume for our community. Since she has taken over we've had a lot of changes, which were ALL not only necessarily but very much so noticed by ALL of us. KEEP UP THE HARDWORK it's not only noticeable to us but I'm sure to attentive residents. Thank You so very much.

I have loved living here for the last 2yrs, if I had not found a great deal on a condo to purchase I would stay for another couple of years.

This is by far one of the nicest apartment complexes I have stayed in and it was nice to witness the various improvements over time as a tenant. From the outside, the apartments are beautiful with a nice color theme but once you've seen the upgraded units, it definitely adds to the beauty. The community itself is gated, very clean and well kept which is a plus in my book. The pool and lobby area is quite nice it feels like it's very own recreational center. Parking actually isn't that bad I very rarely had an issue since being here. Only thing I feel really needs improvement is the front gate! What I like most about these apartments is its location. It is right at the fork of 183 and 290, meaning you can pretty much get to any major area of Austin with ease via the 2 main highways or get straight to Manor/Elgin down 290. I'm also 10 minutes from work in comparison to 35 minutes before at my old location. Staff is also very friendly!

I have enjoyed living at this complex for the past 10 years. Mainly because the property is kept clean. I feel safe and the location has easy access to Hwy 290, Hwy 183 and I-35. The manager is very friendly and Liz the assistant manager is very nice, concerned and very professional. She schedules my repair issues asap. The maintenance guys, with accuracy, make repairs and clean the area after the job is completed. The fun part of living here is that they celebrate main holidays, with some kind of activity. At Christmas, all tenants and children are invited for dinner. During dinner, they have drawings for winning a cake, money cards or a discount on the rent. Other activities during the year include a Pet party, BINGO night, and during the summer a BBQ. They make me feel like family, and I appreciate that they go above and beyond the call of duty for me and all the tenants, children, including pets.
