Do not rent this property, parking is problem, at 9pm you can’t find space to park, these place is not safe, in the first week, I moved to these apartments, opened my car at midnight, stolen me, I called the office to report, they didn’t nothing, the office staff are rude, in especially a women called “ Cherry “. They charge $5.00 per month, for pets control, but in a year, never came to fumigated the apartment, the A/C not work well, because, these are old, the rent is expensive for the conditions these are in, do not rent here, then you will regret it.

My experience so far with Creekview has been very positive. It’s a small, peaceful complex with super friendly and supportive staff, especially Emely. She has been an incredible resource that has been a joy to interact with. The maintenance crew also addresses concerns in a timely manner, and neighbors have been very respectful.

I've lived at Creekview Apartments for almost two years and don't have any notable complaints. During my time there I haven't had any issues with management, maintenance, or neighbors. In the last two years I've only called in for maintenance twice (maybe??) and each time they leave a nice little note indicating they were inside and completed the work order. The neighborhood is nice with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores nearby. They also cleaned my carpets for free when I renewed my lease last year - a nice little perk, especially being a dog owner! I am currently in the A3 apartment floor plan. The bedroom is HUGE and it's a nice open concept living/kitchen space. Since I'm on the 3rd floor, I have the vaulted ceilings, which is a nice touch and really opens the living space. The appliances all work well and the pantry is a great size with enough storage in the kitchen for all my kitchen tools, which are aplenty. Over the last two years, they've improved the grounds by adding sod and updating the landscaping walls from rotting wood to lovely stone. They also just recently re-fenced the dumpster surround. My only upset to the wooden wall removal was all the frogs living inside them never came back after the stone walls were put in. I really loved seeing hundreds of tiny frogs all over the grounds in the spring. I guess it's best for all though, especially the frogs since they are likely living longer down by the creek rather than near a busy parking lot! All-in-all I've had a great experience. I wouldn't be moving, but new life changes are taking me a bit further north. Come check them out!

worst place I've ever lived. they will rob you blind. they never fix anything. there is never any parking EVER. they will tow your car for NO reason and not pay to tow it back.
we have lived at the complex for 3 years now and i'll have to say that we've had a good experience overall. in those renewal terms we've only had to call for maintenance maybe 3 times if that. i haven't heard of or seen any vandalism to vehicles, maybe a couple miscellaneous cop/paramedic/fire truck appearances nothing major. in those years I've seen management change staff (partially) so there is improvement. a MAJOR problem (out of mgmt hand's) is that other dog owner tenants DO NOT PICK UP after their dogs. we've gotten fee warnings and requests from mgmt to give more attention to this but nothing has resolved yet! while it is a gated community, there are the occasional stragglers from other properties (or visitors) that park in tenant spots since visitor area is limited. towing is rarely enforced but when it is, they get to it! other than, the community keeps to themselves and is rather quiet for being a complex. the buildings themselves could use new face lift/paint but they do keep up the property (it's not trashy looking). if we weren't looking for bigger greater things we'd probably stay here again but we're ready to move on......
This apartment complex will tow all your friends cars. Witnessed multiple people being towed by Allstar TDLR with no signage, to a shack in Dallas, where someone was taking people's money. They have no parking and no conscience - -steer clear.
These apartments were nice at first, but then I had a few problems in the apartment that weren't my fault (water leak from apartment above, water leak in the kitchen sink, ancient refrigerator stopped working) all in which apartment staff took way too long to even address. I know I'm not the only renter but the fact that I had to basically harass office people just to find out the status of repair is terrible customer service. The lack of communication is frustrating. They don’t usually answer the phone and never return messages. Seems like they're constantly doing landscaping and recently the past few months a lot of construction. One of the main reasons that I will not be renewing my lease for a third year is because if you get home any time after 10PM there's a very good chance that you won't be able to get parking in the complex. You have to either park right on a busy street (Preston Oaks) or the apartments across the street in which is not gated or protected. I've never been late on rent in almost two years and I can't even park at my own apartments usually. Tons of visitors parked in the resident parking as well. Their “state of the art” fitness center consists of ONE treadmill, ONE stair climber, and ONE multi-purpose station. The laundry facility is ONE washer and ONE dryer. My opinion would be to avoid these apartments.
I have excellent service every time I speak with them. They really look for your best interest. They make sure you are taken care of. The square footage is pretty decent. I love they way they look on the inside. They are quiet and the neighbor hood is perfect.
The staff is great though honestly and I realize they are just doing there job. The apartmentsake are very quiet and are a real gated community. Not a lot of crime or theft goes on everyone pretty much stays to themselves. The apartment I have lived in hasn't been the best but hasn't been the worst. The first day I moved in my A/C wen out not to mention I moved in the summer this did get fixed with me having to remind the front desk. My diswasher later went and flooded into the downstairs apartment which was quickly fixed. The apartmentsake are not upgraded but you can get upgraded apartments for a fee. There's parking for the most part for residents but visitor parking is limited.
