Roach infested, molding, cracks in the ceiling that staff could care less about repairing. Filthy buildings, bad plumbing, just a very bad complex. Would give zero stars if I could

People can say whatever they like about an apartment complex but when the office is on point it makes a big difference. Oh it’s only been one person in that office that I have ever called and he doesn’t work there anymore so I never really reach out to the office. I always do online but three days ago I had to call and I spoke to someone name Nikki when I say, she was very pleasant. knowledgeable.. Thank you Nikki you’re the BEST!!

I’ve been here for a year and just recently got new neighbors with 7 plus children that keep up noise 24/7 and they also brought bed bugs with them. The front office schedule someone to come out on a Tuesday no one showed until I sent an email to management. Management is terrible, there’s no parking and maintenance is terrible
I lived here 4 years. The original office management was good and was the whole reason for me moving here. I should have known the storm was coming when they all left. I have been dealing with pest control problems for the last 3 months. I have gone to the office several times complaining about infestation of millipedes and I live on the second floor. The manager tried to tell me we dealing with a nature problem. Never in the past living here I had a pest control problem. They have construction workers on site but or just as bad because they leave their trash all over the place for the resident to pick up. They are Constantly going in and out of my apartment for no reason. My water bill is always high and I’m never home. I don’t understand how my electric bill is way cheaper than my water bill. It took them a week and a half after cursing the office out for no lights working in my kitchen for them to finally come fix it. There is no visitor parking. The pool is never open during the summer time. O and your rent statements are never in mailbox so on the day rent is due u have ask what is the amount you owe. Now when I gave my 60 day notice they made sure to put the rent statement for the last month in mailbox 3 weeks early. Just because something seems affordable is not always good.
I've lived in Creekwood Place for a little over a year now and I have no complaints. The complex is well taken care of, maintenance is extremely effective, and it is conveniently located. I feel safe and secure here and have never had any issues since moving here.
Lived there 4yrs and if I could give them less that 1 star I would. Single person living their and the water was extremely high (75.00) and was billed for Carrollton, Tx. Trying to get help from the office was totally off. The manager would not talk to you if you had a problem she would refer you to Monica or who ever that was working the front desk. Pass on this place take it from someone who have lived the nightmare! Oh by the way forget about the deposit the charge more for the final water and come with some lame reason not to pay......last move out date 07/27/17.
If I could give them less than 1 star I definitely would. We signed an month lease and couldnt be happier that we are now out of there. While there were no issues with crime or violence in the complex the office staff is sorry and incompetent for lack of better words. The owner suddenly wanted the unit back after we had to challenge their intelligence a few times because they allowed our alarm to go off after we had given them the disarm code every time we needed to submit a work order. We asked the manager for that information in writing that they needed it back but they said "we cant give that to you. Honestly I think they just wanted to move anyone out that wasn't putting up with them being lazy but wanting to charge you $100 for water in an apartment. Me and the manager had an exchange of words because of their incompetence and then they had the nerve to send us a final bill for water that they had already charged us on the last months rent. We paid the cycle of 8/2016-9/2016 on the October final rent and then on our final bill hey had 8/2016-9/2016 and 9/2016-10/2016 and we didnt short the rent the last month we paid $1100.00 which included the water. Needless to say I would NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO MOVE THERE AT ALLLLLLL!!!!! They are crooks, incompetent, lazy and useless. Save your money and go to Rolling Hills apts or better yet get a rent house because you will end up paying the same amount for something bigger. To add, if you need a rental reference they will try to say something shady to the prospective landlord to try and screw up your chances. My new landlord told us what Monica had to say and probably thought she was dumb because as she talked down about us in the same sentence said that she would rent to us again. Hence my use of words for being incompetent.
Rent is high. neighbors are rude and careless. staff is short and not helpful unless your talking about paying your rent. p.s it would be nice to have the pool fixed in the hot months. whats the point on having it in October. reallly nice job guys.
