Property Ratings at Crenshaw Townhouse
Lived here for a year, kept the place spotless and my roommate essentially didn’t live here since he traveled for work most weeks. Some maintenance related expenses made sense. I mean sorta expensive but made sense. What didn’t make sense is that they charged us utilities for the whole month when we left mid month and they charged us 1700$ for paint! So, they took our deposit and they claim we owe 1k+. Oh and they sent us to collections before even sending us the bill that dispute.
Infested with roaches. It was so bad there are coming through the plug outlets.
Tamica was the best landlord, she was super prompt and tentative to what we needed. The building had great amenities and was very secure. Wouldn't be moving if I didn't have to be!
Tamica is a fantastic landlord who went out of her way to help myself and my roommate find a place after moving here from MA. Love the apt, the location, and my new landlord!
I found this place on the Internet and went to a tour with the manager on July 8, 2016. She was very nice and showed the townhouse for me. I was amazed by this lovely house at the first eye because it was clean, tidy and big! I quickly decided to rent here with my roommates and the manager was very helpful during the application time! I highly recommend here, trust me. To tell the truth, my neighbor have lived here for six years!
I called here wanting to know about the 2 bed/2 bath. At the time the site said it was available. I was not greeted nicely and the woman rudely said it was not available when I tried to tell her that the site said it was she interrupted me and said "well it's wrong" and hung up.
This is the perfect Los Angeles building if you want a quick walk to the coffee, restaurants and the grocery store or maybe if you want to join the community garden. The apartments are month-to-month, but the service is as if you've been loyal for eons. With parking underneath the complex, it makes for an easy stay in a central location, just minutes from other fantastic neighborhoods and DTLA.
