Located between the 10 and 101 freeways and between downtown and Beverly Hills everything's just a few minutes away! This is one of the most exciting places to live in Los Angeles. We are at the center of historic residential districts both affluent and modest and fast-paced urban areas rich in diversity and nightlife. One block West is the historic district of Windsor Village, home to the Wishire Ebell Theater and Harold Henry Park. One block East is Koreatown, one of the most diverse neighborhoods in the United States. It is also, the nearest to a 24-hour district than any other area in Los Angeles and has the highest concentration of nightclubs and restaurants in Southern California. One block North is the historic and affluent neighborhood of Hancock Park. Numerous Hollywood stars, politicians, and other well-known individuals live here in one of LA's most desired areas.
