We have stayed here for six months, everything was well. But after we moved out they charges us for all small things made us pay almost half rent extra. When asked they showed us some pictures of light discoloration at a wall where we put a recliner and charged $250 and without any proof they charged $499 for extermination due to large infestation of flees. If we had that problem we would have asked them for termite maintenance, we wouldn’t live there and also they charged those fees every month. These two are among many other charged they imposed. Also when we tried to reason with them, the leasing office said, they dont handle that some company located in Austin handles this. Such cheaters trying to loot

Seek other options. Literally anything else. Motel 6 is an upgrade. Staff is horrible. Forget about your security deposit, and be ready to get charged thousands of dollars for literally nothing. Smells like garbage because it's literally next to garbage.

I placed my 60 day notice (as requested) and my month to month lease was up on 1/9. On 1/2 following my cleaning, I went into the office and spoke with Leah (whom I have never seen before) and asked her if it was OK that I provide one of my keys (the other key to be provided the next day). Leah explained this was fine, and I went on my way. My expectation was that I was to provide payment throughout 1/9 as agreed upon. Two days later I received a call from the apartment manager Ariel, whom I have had very good rapport with. She asked me if I was moving out. I was confused because I put my 60 days’ notice in so she knew I was moving out, and in turn I said “Yes”. Several days later, I received a statement saying I owe them almost $2,000. I was a little stunned, but I knew it had to be incorrect. On the statement it said I “vacated early” and I received a “break lease fee” worth almost $1300. Alongside this, they charged $200 for bathtub restoration, and $300 to replace the carpet. I contacted the apartment leasing office and was redirected to ARS. They alerted me that because I provided the key to the leasing agent 7 days early, they consider this “moving out” and therefore it is considered breaking my lease despite the expectation that I was to pay through 1/9. I unfortunately had a negative phone interaction with the representative, and take responsibility for being upset, but I felt I was tricked and there was a lack of communication from the apartment staff I interacted with. I wouldn’t have mind paying for their petty charges, but I was EXTREMELY disappointed and saddened that their assumption was I was breaking my 60-day notice. Why would I make it the FULL 53 day to break my lease 7 days early? I truly believed I was doing the right thing by providing my keys early so they could do what little work needed to be done in the apartment, and make money on the next resident. I am not sure what professional ethics are used with the company but in the healthcare field I am in, we try to be upfront, honest, and transparent with our patients as to do the “least amount of harm”. Unfortunately, this company does not provide that standard.

I have to agree that repairs here take a very long time and you do have to put in the request multiple times for it to get it done if ever. This is due to the constant change in management personnel. Every time you go to the management office you find new people working there. The front gates always a nightmare of malfunction. Several thefts happened here, specifically auto catalytic converters. If you live on the east side you'll be hit with the stink smell from the city dumster, from time to time. When they were first built, they were classified as class A, now maybe a good B-. Rent prices in comparison are still competitive.

Repairs can take weeks to get done, if they get done at all. I had multiple requests outstanding for over a month, including a broken AC unit.
Lived here for almost a year....(my lease is up next month & i'll be moving out)Its not a "bad" apartment complex. You can just get better in the Lewisville area for the price we paid. I have to agree with another writer here and say that maintenance is not efficient AT ALL. It took 3 days for them to complete a work order, only for the issue to happen again a few days later. I didn't even bother calling back about it. There was also what seemed like a monthly problem with the gates.
I moved into my apartment in July and I love it here!! I was scared about living in a aparment again it has been 10 years since the last time I lived in one. I was worried about the noise, having so many neighbors around you all the time and if the staff would always be helpful and nice and at Crescent Cove I could not be happier!! Everyone is so nice!! The people that live here and the staff especially Rachelle she went above and beyond with our move!! I would suggest Cresent Cove to friends and family
It takes weeks and up to a month to get a work-order completed, possibly due to the incompetence of the office staff. They don't care about their tenants and all they want is money, money, money. We have had to put in the same work order more than 5 times. Sometimes these work orders just get deleted and we had to re-submit them. We are now experiencing the dump smell inside our home for two consecutive summers. They have definitely run it to the ground. Last summer one of the pools' water was green for over week before it was clean again. The workout room machines keeps getting out of service and the free weights have come down to just a few. Trash does not get picked up on the scheduled times. Sometimes it piles up on the stairway for several days, let alone the dumpsters. Car vacuum machine has been out for several years. Car wash is just a hose. Several buildings fire alarms around us went off last winter in sub-freezing temperatures and we had to run down the stairs, only to find out there were no fire. Yet they never fixed it. Save your money, go somewhere else.
Matinenence comes in unannounced 3 times now and left our front door wide open the facilities may look nice but they are cheap and run down its what I like to call a fake nice. It has updates that if you actually use will break . It is NOT worth your money between loud neighbors and kids running wild it was not worth the money we spent every month. I can't wait until our lease is up. Not to mention that on certain days of the wind is blowing the right way the dump can be smelled inside you house! DO NOT RENT HERE !
Apt surrounding by body of water.You can fish even has wildlife. What I love most people work in office everyone favorite Rachael gets everyone together for volleyball barbecue. Even g as workout room hot tub play ground tennis court five stars. Place you can call home and family

CRESCENT COVE AT LAKEPOINT IS A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE. MANAGEMENT IS SUPPORTIVE AND ACCOMMODATING.
I'm in a very spacious 1 bedroom with a garage. The apartment is arranged very efficiently making you feel like you are in a house not an apartment! The grounds are immaculate with a lot of trees and very clean! There is a long walking trail, a beautiful lake on one side and a canal on the other. There are many Canadian Geese and Mallard ducks to watch while relaxing on one of the lake side viewing benches : ) It is a pet friendly community, my lab can't get enough of the lake!! Management is very responsive to your needs and always very courteous. I am so very happy I chose this apartment home, it is truly a HOME!!
