Property Ratings at Crescent Drive
I just moved into my first apartment complex, and went with a smaller owned complex without the big amenities. I love it! Being the first time living in the burbs seems like it was a good choice. For the extra $30 it was definitely worth getting the townhouse and central AC. Parking isn't great and the complex is right beside the High School but so far I have enjoyed the soccer field and the bicycle path runs right beside it. This complex is perfectly nestled right in the city, but in a quiet neighborhood. Despite having no pool or workout room, Westerville has plenty of parks and city pools nearby. I don't think I missed anything by skipping out on the big complex with all the extras.
