I have been living for over 18th months at this property. And I can only say that is a nice, well maintained, quiet & safe place. The leasing office & maintenance staff are absolutely exceptional. I have a maintenance request recently & the maintenance tech, Elias, provided an excellent level of service. He was able to solve the issue quickly & professionally I am very grateful for the quick response & action

These residences are situated in a fantastic location, right at the center of Miami Lakes. Everything is within walking distance, Publix, banks, restaurants, etc. The team here is consistently supportive and responsive to our requirements. The surroundings are well-maintained, and the pool area is delightful. We've been residents at Crescent House for several years and have had minimal grievances (they've promptly resolved any issues we've encountered and have always been eager to help in any capacity). Carmen and Janelle have consistently provided prompt and friendly assistance. I wholeheartedly endorse Crescent House Apartments.

We relocated from South Carolina to Miami Lakes and it was such a smooth transition thanks to all the staff at Crescent Homes. Ms. Carmen and Ms. Mariela helped us tremendously and were attentive to all our needs. We are so thankful to all of them for their patience, good manners and professionalism towards us . They guide us through our relocation and helped us aclimate to our new home and area. Crescent Homes is located in the heart of Main Street with walking distance to Publix, CVS and so many great restaurants. We are blessed to be here and thankful to all of you!

This community has the very best customer service. Starting from the front office staff all the way through the maintenece staff. I reached out to multiple properties before my move, luckily making the perfect choice and choosing Crescent House. They are always ready to answer the call no matter the time. I have never been let down. The property is always maintained to the highest standards. The professionalism by staff is always top quality. The few repairs I have needed have been done quickly and correct the first time around. I honestly could not ask for a better rental community to live in.

My husband and I have resided at Crescent House Apartments for several years and adore the neighborhood. It's peaceful and serene, with excellent restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacy, banks, and even a movie theater within walking distance. The staff at Crescent House are exceptional, diligently maintaining the property and attentively serving the residents. Maintenance issues are promptly addressed, ensuring the hallways are consistently well-lit and immaculate. In fact, the hallways receive a monthly power wash. Our experiences in Miami Lakes have been exclusively positive, and we look forward to continuing our stay at Crescent House for many more years.

Our rental process at Crescent House Apartments was amazing! Carmen in the leasing office was constantly in contact with me & super attentive in helping us find our future home. The community offers countless perks on top of being located in the heart of Miami Lakes. Main Street and the Chelas/Ale House area are in walking distance. It is kept very clean and maintained and is in an extremely safe location with secure gates and next to the police station. Any maintenance request is quickly handled & management is always there to help with anything we need. We absolutely love it here and can’t rave about this place enough! One of the best places to live in Miami Lakes.

It's in a relatively quiet neighborhood and the staff is attentive and friendly. It is a bit pricey considering the increase in rentals in the state lately. However, if you can afford it, it's a nice place to call home. It's located in a nice area within walking distance to restaurants and Main Street and conveniently located between both FTL and Miami and near interstate I-75.

I moved into Crescent House Apartments last July. I love my apartment and the surrounding area. It’s quiet and clean. The office and maintenance staff are the best. They are very attentive and responsive. I cannot say enough good things about Crescent House Apartments in Miami Lakes Florida. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

This is the nicest place I have ever lived. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and are prompt at responding to any concerns. Communication is very impressive too and staff communicate by phone, text, and email for any issues. My apartment was very clean upon moving in and staff keep the grounds very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.

Been living at Crescent House since 2013. And this is a great neighborhood ,school’s ,pharmacies ,,supermarkets, very nice to walk around pool. Dogs and cat friendly. Maintenance is very good Any issues are taken care off right away and leasing office are always helpful. A lot of green and gated community

Crescent House Apartments has offered us a peaceful community and things to do within a 5-minute walk to all restaurants and shops on Main Street. We are coming up on our 3rd year and continue to enjoy all that Crescent has to offer, like the pool and the Miami Lakes Athletic Club membership at a discounted rate. The front office staff, Carmen, Janille, and Holly are wonderful and will get to know you on a first-name basis! In addition, any work that is being done for the community is communicated via email timely and effective. The maintenance staff is friendly and has promptly handled all maintenance requests. We are grateful to have chosen Crescent House as our home and will continue to enjoy being Miami Lakes residents.

My wife and I are coming up on year 2 at Crescent House Apartments. Janielle, Holly, & Peter in the front office are always friendly & helpful. This place has an excellent maintenance staff that keeps the grounds well groomed. You don’t have to hunt for street parking as they have a secure parking area for your car. Publix, CVS & several restaurants are right down the street.

Great location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and movies on Main Street. Very secure and well maintained.

My husband and I have lived here at Crescent House apartments now for 2 years. We absolutely love living here. Holly, the Property Manager and her staff are just amazing. In some ways, your property management can make or break your living experience and with Crescent House it’s all in the service. We couldn’t be happier! As for their maintenance anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, AC filter, maintenance is quickly and thoroughly. I just moved in about 2 months ago and my experience has been great! They had video tours online so you can see the apartment before you get there so you know what to expect. I've been a resident for about five years, and Crescent House Apartments is a great place to live. The community is always well-maintained. The pool area is really nice and has plenty of lounging, facilities, and two grills. The apartments are clean and spacious, and the maintenance crew is quick to respond. Something else I really like is that there isn't any assigned parking with plenty of parking available. I highly recommend contacting the offices and getting a tour of Crescent House Apartments.

I have lived at Crescent House Apartment for over 2 years. The property is well maintained within the community. The staff are always friendly and willing to accommodate their clients. The Pool area is beautiful and well maintained. The web site is easy to navigate and provides the ability to pay your rent digitally as well as open maintenance tickets for issues within our apartment. All of our web site-based tickets have been addressed quickly and in a professional manner. The staff is friendly and is quick to respond with any requirement, major or minor.

I just signed my lease for my 11th year at the Crescent House Apartments. Clearly, I love this property. I enjoy everything about it. It is a safe residential community, very quiet and the staff is excellent. They are very professional , efficient and friendly. .If you have a maintenance issue, they fix it very promptly. Their maintenance staff is excellent with ;24 hour emergency service. . The grounds, building and pool are constantly being cleaned and maintained. I feel like I am living in a resort. My office is close by and so are all the shops and restaurants.. It is an ideal complex and I highly recommend it for all ages.

Living in a Graham Property speaks for itself and Crescent House is one of them. This is our second year at Crescent House and it has been a pleasant experience. The Office staff has always ensured that our questions have been answered and requests have been met in a timely manner. The property itself is well maintained. The pool and its surrounding seating areas are always well kept. The maintenance staff is always friendly and courteous. Our maintenance requests are addressed within 24 hrs. Centrally located, one can easily walk to the supermarket, drugstore, restaurants, etc. We have the Main Street shops/restaurants within walking distance as well. Although Crescent house is a gated community, it is located in a safe, and secure area. If you are looking for a quiet and pleasant apartment to come home to, Crescent House is the community for you.

Moved over from Miramar and now will never be moving. The town of Miami Lakes is the most underrated town in Miami. I have been living in Crescent House for the past year and I love it. The staff is the and most helpful and friendliest staff I have ever met. Janille has been the best front office rep I have ever met. She went as far as reordering an AC filter for me after remembering about my allergy issues.

Just moved in on the 20th! First time moving in alone and this was the FIRST apartment I looked at and instantly fell in love! I knew I wanted to live in Miami Lakes as it is a central location to restaurants, movies, my beloved gym (Orange Theory), but still a very walkable/safe area all around. Crescent Home Apartments central area (walking distance to Publix) was a win for me. I loved the safety aspects of the community (fob needed to get into apartments, pools, parking). The ability to have pets living with you is CRUCIAL, and the cost of having your babies with you is reasonable without a doubt. The one bedroom apartments feel homey and cozy, yet provide you with enough space for guests. The pool and it’s surroundings is always kept clean and staff is extremely helpful- from the first phone call to schedule (I scheduled to see it 3 times before I made a decision), to any help/assistance you may need, they have been 100%. Crescent house is a wonderful, quiet community right on Main street. I first moved to Crescent House in 2018 and recently decided to switch to a different floor plan within the same complex to stay within the community. I have had nothing but positive experiences form the entire Crescent House team from maintenance workers to the leasing team. Maintenance requests are always dealt with promptly and efficiently and everyone in the leasing office is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Janille was so helpful in helping me choose a new floor plan and went out of her way to ensure I had any questions answered and was comfortable with the move.

My family and I absolutely love Crescent House apartments. We have lived here almost 6 years, and it has been very comfortable living here. The staff here is very professional and kind. The apartments are very spacious and the maintenance staff maintains the property very well. I love that the staff is very efficient in taking care of any resident concerns. Coming from a small town up in New York moving to Miami is far from where I came from but Miami Lakes is one of a kind. Miami Lakes truly does give you that small town feeling in a big city. This is the only place I would recommend someone living in Miami. Crescent House in specific is a beautiful community. The leasing staff is always very helpful and the maintenance staff always keeps the community clean and in great quality. I recommend Crescent House and Miami Lakes to everybody.

I have lived at Crescent House for about a year now, and it has been a great experience. The Leasing Office was super accommodating when it came to moving in and staff have always been pleasant to speak with. They make sure residents are kept up-to-date when things are going on (such as global pandemics shutting everything down), and will provide important information via multiple means to make sure you aren't caught off guard by things that could be considered inconvenient (this is the first place I've lived that regularly pressure washes things!). Janille has been nothing short of amazing during my time here and made renewing my lease during a pandemic super easy (I'm horrifically bad at remembering names, but every staff member I have spoken to- office or maintenance- has been nothing but pleasant and patient). I haven't needed to utilize Maintenance much, but when I have put in a request (I love the online portal!), my requests have been addressed quickly, even if they are put in after-hours! I love living in Miami Lakes. The apartments are located so that I can walk to Publix and there are several restaurants within walking distance as well. And I actually feel like I can walk to these places since the area is safe, which is very important to me. It is a very chill community; I have never had issues with loud neighbors or anything of the sort. Overall, I would definitely recommend Crescent House Apartments. While it is nice that the place looks great, the staff and environment they maintain really make it a great place to live.

Location is great for busy professionals due to the convenience of grocery stores and restaurants. Property is very nice looking and kept clean. I have been very happy with my stay. Please ask for Janille she is very knowledgeable and always pleasant.

This is an amazing place. It feels like living in a resort. Staff from the leasing office are awesome. The maintenance crew does an amazing job on keeping the property spotless. The pool area is always well kept and the grill is always clean. The apartments are spacious and well kept as well and whenever you need something from them, they're very responsive. It's a very quiet place and good for kids. And the neighbors are awesome too. So much so, that we're going on our second year (going our fifth with the Graham properties) and most likely we're renewing our lease next year.

The office and maintenance staff are professional and friendly. Janille was my agent and she kept me informed throughout the entire process. Have enjoyed living here very much because it is always quiet and peaceful.

I have lived at the Crescent House Apartments for the past 13 years and just 6 months ago I moved into one of their brand new apartments that was just built on the property. These are great apartments in a great area located amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants and schools. This community is well kept the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to attend to any problems that arise. I been renting in Crescent house since 2017, it is been an awesome experience all around, from a great location till all the beautiful and spotless clean facilities . I did not have any issues with the apartment just a few details that they have take care right away, fluid communication with the management and renters, very friendly staff, the maintenance crew very hard working people, it feels like a resort!!! I highly recommend.

Expect to pay approximately an extra $40.00 to $70.00 in rent upon renewal every year ( they raise your rent every year without exception). Crescent House doesn't offer a multi year lease contract to lock down rates (like Downtown does) . You're better off shopping around for a landlord that offers 2 to 3 year contracts. Also, if you own a Cat or Dog, you'll be expected to pay over $600.00 (onetime fee) and have to provide yearly certificates of rabies shots . You'll also need to provide yearly certificates of rental insurance.

Nice place, however, they will raise your rent on average 3% every year and it's not negotiable. So, if you're thinking long-term stability, this place may not be the most practical.

Crescent House Apartments are situated in the heart of Miami Lakes, FL, a traditional neighborhood design community tucked away in Miami-Dade County. A 10-minute stroll from the complex past a tiny cow pasture takes you right to the center of town, where you have access to shops, theaters, restaurants, and medical centers. In addition to great location, we highly rate the property for the site plan, which "works"; the layout, providing good circulation of movement; the fantastic maintenance; ample storage, from cabinets to closet space; and up-to-date appliances. Our two-bedroom apartment looks out from the balcony onto a parking lot with tiled-roof garages and a swimming pool and deck area. From the street the buildings look like a small, tropical version of the brownstones of Brooklyn. An excellent choice for living!

We have lived at the Crescent House Apartments for 8 years. In that time it has been a wonderful place to live. The office and management go over and above to take care of any issues and always follow up to make sure all was done. The maintenance workers are so friendly and trustworthy and when doing any kind of work always clean up leaving no mess for the tenant. Grounds are kept very well and parking is never a problem both inside the gate as well as outside. Very secure gated community.
