Property Ratings at Crescent Ridge Apartments
Unlike most apartment complexes, this place will charge you for normal wear and tear of the wall and carpet. You will not have new carpet when you move in, in fact they will "patch up" the old carpet with different cut out patches of completely different carpet. Your security deposit will be used to renovate the apartment upon you moving out. So don't bother cleaning it at all!
I've lived here for 5 years and since the beginning I've felt at home.. there's always something going on for the residents. Always upgrading the property. . The grounds around the property are kept clean.. the team the works the leasing office are friendly and care about the residents. . I love living here at Crescent Ridge.
Quite place with a great staff. Always quick to action if requested. Great little grass spots all over the place for your pets. Their layouts are very home feeling giving the feel of a larger space.
We have been here for 2 almost 3 months and the apartment has been great. Anytime we have had an issue with anything they are on it right away! The staff of friendly and awesome! The location is great and the apartment it self is so big! We got the smallest of the two bedroom and it is so spacious! Highly recommend to anyone looking to start out living on your own! Great prices!
I've lived here for 5 years. It's the 1st Place that I've felt comfortable in and around I've not heard of any crimes in my neighborhood. And you almost never hear ambulances or police cars.. the property's always kept up and there always updating something around the property. . We have a diverse people that I live around and have made great new friends here that will last a lifetime.. no matter what the problem is that is wrong with your place they get it properly fixed the 1st time.. when making appointments for things to be down they are always on time.. and if not they do call you..
Great living on the edge of old Henderson. Quiet area. Easy access right off the freeway. The pool is nice and hardly ever crowded. Office staff is kind and helpful.
From the first visit to the application process to the move-in and now a year later, our experience has been phenomenal! The office staff are friendly and professional. They take care of anything we need in a very timely. The property is well maintained and very quiet. Prices and value are extremely fair for the quality of the apartments. We even have our own garage plus a covered parking spot! We are so happy here, we can't imagine living anywhere else! We would highly recommend Crescent Ridge apartments to anyone looking for a fantastic place to live!
