This entire area is becoming more & more expensive to live in but I can say here at Crest it’s worth it. The property has changed drastically since new management took over earlier this year! I’ve been here over 7 years and can finally say that there’s a team/ proper management here for us. Always courteous and responsive. Pool always looks great, trash is always picked up, and the gym is beautiful even though I haven’t gotten around to using it yet.
I have looking for a new Apartment for quite a while. Logan and Marcus were Very knowledgeable and friendly on both the apartments in the area. Took a tour through the apartment and I absolutely fell in love with it it’s a quiet neighborhood they have a pool on site that’s clean also a weight room/aerobic room the mailboxes are in good order(secure). They made the moving process seamless. I would absolutely recommend Anyone to Crest Of East Cobb
The NEW office manager is very RUDE. She says at this complex she can change things in your lease at ANY TIME. So REGARDLESS what your lease says she can change it. DO NOT GET LOCKED INTO THIS HELL HOLD.
I've been living here for 2 years almost 3 and I've never had a problem when it came to how quiet the community is. The staff is very welcoming and understanding to any problem or situation u may have. This community is still looking to grow and reach heights we have yet to see. The price is manageable and affordable for quality ?? Looking forward to living more years here!
This property was just renovated and I love it! The staff is friendly and they communicate great. Definitely move here if you're on the fence
Warning, don’t waste your time or money moving here. I had a leak in my ceiling in my bedroom that started off as just a water spot then gradually turned into droplets and finally after a heavy rain the ceiling caved in. I emailed and called the leasing office for a whole month about this issue before the ceiling caved in. It ruined my bedroom furniture and I had to stay elsewhere for a week until it was fixed. Just a couple days ago I came home from work to see my apartment door wide open with maintenance keys in the lock. Maintenance was in my apartment to inspect my fire extinguisher and left my apartment wide open with the keys in the lock. I’m not sure how long my apartment was open like that or if someone unauthorized accessed my apartment but when I contacted them they were very unconcerned and even asked me to return the keys. This is the last straw for me. I will be breaking my lease. I now see that this complex truly does not care about their tenants.

never really minded living here to recently. I takes weeks to get service to apartment and just today my son was sick and his uncle got him from school to bring him home and my 15 yr old son didn't have a key. He went to the office for a key and they would give him one without a letter from me. My son is listed on the lease for pete sake. So my poor sick vomiting son had to wait to get in contact with me and have me send an email. Way to be looking out for our community. He's lucky I was by my phone at that time because he didn't have my new work number and my phone is always on vibrate when I'm at work.
I'll make it short. My whole building is infested with black mold. They have been told this from me since June and still nothing and my child at 3 years old has asthma and keep getting sick. At least move to another one but no. Use your own judgement but you see the pics on here none of them is showing the inside of these apartments smh.
This place is awful. It's so poorly constructed, that things are failing continuously, but they don't pay the maintenance staff enough to actually care about fixing the problem at all, or doing a good job when they do finally get around to doing it. Also, they will NEVER give you notification prior to accessing your unit, and then give you attitude for not wanting to let people in while you're in the shower. The units are slowly collapsing into the creek. There are rodents and LARGE AMOUNTS of mold in every building, and I saw more than fifty German cockroaches in my first 24 hours of living here. They'd send pest control, who would do nothing that would actually stop them. One neighbor poured white paint all over some cars in the parking lot once, but otherwise the neighbors are friendly and nice. There are no overhead lights. The wiring is so poor that I am in constant fear of my place catching fire. Units smell like stale cigarette smoke. Rude, incompetent, dishonest staff. DO NOT MOVE HERE. This complex should be condemned and the management should be arrested.
Like most apartments, they show you a renovated show room and try to convince you to pay $50 more for their renovated apartments. They make it seem as if you will only be paying for ceiling fans and marble counter tops. If you can, spring for the renovation. They neglect to tell you that the units don't have ceiling lights at all except for the kitchen. Also their maintenance takes forever and poorly patches up problems if ever. We were told that our bathroom soap dish would be replaced when we moved in and it has been 2 months and they have not replaced it. I had to beg for a new toilet after submitting requests every day for three weeks because the toilet would not flush. The maintenance man would snake it and it would work once and back to not flushing. After they finally replaced the toilet, I have not had a problem. Despite the poor maintenance issues, the staff is friendly and the neighborhood is nice. The only problems that occur is one neighbor likes to blast mariachi music and another has dance parties some times but they ate good about not doing it too late at night. The neighbors are very friendly and welcoming and we have not had any crime problems.
