Part of Atlanta’s historic Old Fourth Ward, Central Park has become a neighborhood and cultural center in its own right. The park and its surrounding area sit just outside of Midtown Atlanta, just minutes from the city center and all the popular attractions. The park itself hosts the annual Shaky Knees and Shaky Beats music festivals, both of which draw in thousands of local and out-of-state attendees.
There’s plenty of upscale and amenity-rich apartments that surround Central Park, granting residents access to pocket of greenery among Atlanta’s skyscrapers.

Property Ratings at Crest at Midtown
I have lived here for just over a year and love my home. It is convenient to so much with Ponce City Market being just five minutes away. The staff has been wonderful and maintenance is so friendly and quick to address things. So glad I chose Crest at Midtown.
Terrible management that does nothing. There is a gaping hole in the hallway ceiling that went through 3 different floors and remains unfixed. They then proceeded to start building a pool on the roof. I’m sure the whole building will crumble in a few years. We consistently saw homeless people sleeping in the parking garage and the security key for system would be broken in some sort of way at least once every two months. STAY AWAY!
Don't move here. Just don't. There's mold, cockroaches, trash rooms full of rotting food, and elevators that break. Not to mention the management. Just avoid. It looks nice but under the surface, there might just be black mold waiting for you in your pantry.
Long story short, do NOT move here. I’m 2 months into my lease and deeply regret choosing to stay here. The unit I’m currently in is infested with roaches and I’ve been battling them since week 1. I asked to be transferred to another unit but was assuaged and asked to give them a chance to address my concerns. I’m clearly all but satisfied. Within my short stay here, I have asked multiple times to be included on the weekly pest control list, but only 2 requests were addressed. I have now resorted to email, as it is seemingly the most reliable source of communication for this complex, because it can at least provide timestamped proof. (Also, I’m not able to schedule my unit to be treated or I would.) Upon move in I gave a list of issues needing to be fixed. Above all were the cracks in the baseboards, behind the sockets and gaps in between the front door that I have personally witnessed allowing roaches to enter. I find them in drawers, cabinets and coming out of plumbing. Only yesterday (Saturday will make month 2) and after contacting the assistant manager asking to be transferred, was anything done about my issues. I guess it takes 2 months to at minimum order and receive weather stripping. I have now asked for a 3rd time to be moved to another unit because I am NOT comfortable in this one. Again, I’ve been here for 2 months and have yet to fully furnish or grocery shop. Most of my belongings are in storage and I try my best to keep my items in my unit sealed. After ignoring my first 2 requests, she explained I’m not eligible for a transfer because I have not been in the unit for 6 months. I don’t recall reading that clause in my lease and have asked for confirmation. Either way, half a year is entirely too long for anyone to be uncomfortable in their home. She also added that there is no indication of infestation, because pest control (after 2 treatments and boric acid has been sprinkled through my apartment) “only“ counted 4 dead roaches. It was almost as if they suggested I do not kill and clean them so they can be counted?
The management is poor and the location is not ideal due to crime and the lack of proper security.
The location is very good but that’s the only good thing about Savannah Midtown. The apartments are noisy, the property is filthy, the dumpster constantly overflows, there is a roach problem, our apartment was infested with fleas, the appliances are old and outdated, the parking garage is frequently left unsecured due to broken gates, the electricity bills are insane and they stick you with crazy fees upon moving out. Please be careful

I was really exited about started the application process for Savannah midtown it seemed like exactly what I was looking for. But after dealing with office and offsite staff it makes me really regret them even showing up in my google results. First the offsite team told me a bunch of lies about rental prices specials and community features. After being mislead into applying, I talked to the on site time and they just as incompetent. One agent didn't even know what interior features they had. After she couldn't help me she said the property manager would gave me a call its be 4 days since I heard from her , i keep calling the office and getting the same response. I've work in property management and this is not how a prospect should be treated. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I’ve lived here for 2 years and I absolutely love it! Leah is the best in the front office. They are spacious apartments with high ceilings and you can’t find the sq ft for this price in atl. Building 4 can be a bit smelly but i like it because so close to throw out trash. They’re also extremely fast at any maintenance. & when the roof is open it’s really nice I just wish they had a pool. However, if you have anyone over I’d recommend letting them in the gate because a couple times people have gotten their car broken into.

We've lived at Savannah Midtown in a Beltine apartment for 2 years and have enjoyed our time so far. Got off to a rocky start...the leasing office called us the week of our move-in date and told us that the apartment wouldn't be renovated in time. We put our foot down and said that we would be there the morning of the agreed-upon move-in date and that the apartment must be ready. Fortunately, they were able to get our home ready in time. There were a few issues upon move-in (dishwasher wouldn't open all the way - something that was never fixed but we got used to), the door and balcony needed to be repainted, and some of the flooring was peeling up. They were able to take care of these issues quickly. In the first month, our AC went out but they provided us with a mobile unit while waiting for parts to come in. Since then, we haven't had many issues at all! They are quick to come to replace light bulbs or check the garbage disposal, they replaced our washing machine when it died...very responsive to anything we've needed. We love our apartment because of the great location and reasonable price. Being right next to Publix and Walgreens is AMAZING! The amenities aren't too special, but the gym does the job and the view from the roof is always fun to show guests. The pet-friendly aspect is a plus(fees are a bit steep but you find that everywhere). The outdoor area is nice to take the dog out but we don't spend much time in the courtyards - a lot of residents aren't very good with following the "pick up after your pet" rule. The balconies are GREAT (major selling points)! We are moving to a Savannah floorplan with a smaller balcony and will miss our Beltline balcony. The mailroom is nice, but the package room is a mess and probably my least favorite thing about the complex. It's so hard to find packages and you sometimes never get a code to the room. An important thing to consider when looking at Savannah Midtown is what part of the complex your apartment is located. If you're in building 1 and facing North Avenue, it will be loud. Some apartments in building 4 are close to the dumpster, which smells horrific. But there are many more nice spots in the complex to choose from. The office has always willing to work with us on any issues we've had and is always so sweet to our dog. Overall, we like living at Savannah Midtown enough to stay for another year!

Living at Savannah Midtown is a very disappointing experience. Although the staff and amenities seem nice on their face, any ongoing issues tend to be left unresolved and living there becomes an expensive mistake. If you live in two of the four buildings on the campus, you deal with constant trash smells that permeate apartments and vehicles. If you live in the other two buildings, your elevator access is limited to when the elevator is in service- roughly 50% of the time. Oh, and plan ahead that your car will be broken into. All residents who were over 21 have been forced out, and all that remains is partying college students or people Airbnb'ing their apartments to festival-goers. As a result, there are many resident issues that go unaddressed, including allowing permanent "guests" who are never on the lease and therefore not responsible for resulting issues. Residents have been allowed to throw 100 person parties on the roof top that shake the walls of the buildings. Management does not address noise complaints or security complaints with any concern- we unfortunately had to break our lease early because of these unaddressed issues. In our case, residents were allowed to blast music after numerous complaints, and the upstairs residents left an unattended child at home daily who would stomp, jump, and run all hours of the day. We also had mold and mildew above our shower for nearly two months that remained unresolved until we left. Multiple residents have complained about the same issue. Others complain about the constant AC failures (6 went out in one day) With all of the options in Midtown and the Metro-area, keep looking, and stay away from Savannah Midtown. It is poorly managed, unsafe, and overpriced for the area.
You can pay a similar amount & live somewhere nicer. This place has been trying to become a "luxury" apartment with some renovations but the incompetence of their staff is holding them back. Pros: Close to midtown, PCM, good restaurants are walkable Next to a Publix/Walgreens Cons: *While the interior renos look nice at first, they did a crappy job with the work (bubbling floor panels, uneven tile work, cracking sealant in the bathrooms etc). I'd be surprised if it looked nice after a couple years of use * While living next to a Publix is convenient, it attracts a lot of pan handlers. I get it, we are in the city, but I have never ONCE seen our supposed security guard walking around the parking area, which is where the most break-ins occur. I probably get harassed at least once a week by someone walking from our parking garage to the Publix. There are car break-ins every month or two. *Maintenance & office staff are a joke-- it took them MONTHS to fix a problem with my AC that was causing water to go through electrical outlets. Very dangerous & took forever to take care of. I never got any follow up from staff throughout the process until I found a regional manager to complain to. The maintenance staff always leaves stuff in my apartment too after they come in.. like screwdrivers and buckets etc. *One of the locked doors to my building is always broken. Anyone who gets in the parking deck can just walk in no problem. It's currently been broken for over a month. *Only internet option is Comcast & it's terrible. Several residents requested to get Google Fiber when I moved in over a year ago, but I don't know if Savannah Midtown did anything to make it happen. Apartments right next door do have it & the Google Fiber office is right down the street. *They don't provide adequate trash services. There is ONE dumpster for the whole complex. At least 60% of the time when I take trash out the trash room is full of garbage because people couldn't fit it down the shoot. Instead of trying to fix the problem, they try to threaten residents with fees for leaving your trash on the floor like we are all doing it intentionally . I don't know any sane person who is going to take their smelly trash back to their apartment because the dumpster is full and have it fester in their own home. The recycling area is also not emptied out often enough so there tends to be spillover of garbage & recycling in the lower parking deck every other day. Smells awful in the summer.
Absolutely horrible, would not recommend anyone living here. The location is great, as some other reviews stated, but there are plenty of other options in the area. The staff is horrible and lie in order to get you to lease, then refuse to address issues when brought to their attention. The elevator is always down, the gates to the garage do not work properly three weeks out of the month, security gates are left open by the leasing office, and there is dog waste in the hallways on a weekly basis. Find somewhere else to rent.
A great place to live if you're looking to start up a home in this apartment complex. The tenants vary in age from college kids to people well into their career, but the complex never gets too rowdy. The buildings themselves (there are 4 of them) aren't anything special since the hallways leading to the apartments are concrete floors and outside, but the apartments are much nicer. Floors are faux wood and the entire apartment is well kept and nicely sized. The area around the complex is great regardless of where you work in Atlanta since it is about a 5 minute walk to the MARTA station. Couple that with Walgreens and Publix being less than 2 minutes away and you have a stellar location. The only real negative to this place is that there are only a few good places to eat around it.
I've been living here for awhile now. It's not a bad place to the live. The price of rent is probably the best in the area. The renovations are a little slower than expected, but they are nearly done. Overall I enjoy living here.
