Terrible management. Pool areas are destroyed and TRASHED every weekend and people are there after pool hours all the time. After several notices we gave them about this and people fighting out there at all hours of the night during the week and weekends and nothing was done-Sure enough this last Tuesday someone was SHOT at the pool. And my guess is that there will be no changes put into place. They recommend you call community patrol or the police, which we have and nothing changes. These same people wait for the patrol and police to leave and get right back to it. Which we have told management about also. Additionally there are homeless people roaming the courtyard and common areas, coming into the building and banging on peoples doors. Smoking in the building when it’s a “smoke free” community. Good luck if you’re pregnant . The best they do is send out a weekly email reminder that it’s smoke free and that the pool closes at 10pm. Clearly not effective when people are getting shot at the pool on a Tuesday night at 11pm. When we first moved in they had an entire week to clean and prepare our apartment for us. Nothing was done. We were overcharged for our water bill as there was a leak in our toilets that was present prior to us moving in. The list goes on. If you’re looking for “luxury” living like their website claims. Keep scrolling because this is not the place for you. We have refrained from leaving a review like this for months and months but after this last incident we are out of grace to give because had they hired more staff, closed the pool, or tightened their security parameters like we had suggested numerous times (but they claim they aren’t willing to do that) - this could have been avoided.

I've been here since 2020... I have an ongoing issue with the corporate that needs handling... the buildings are always dirty.. they office always say the hiring someone to clean and it never gets cleaned.. they been saying this since 2021.. the stairs are filthy and buildings stink... they will quickly charge you for trash bags but won't keep buildings clean...parking lots Stay dirty also... I have now also had roaches big ones and little one light ones etc.. for about 2 years.. they send post control out and nothing changes besides I'll see a dead roach here and there. .. they are now getting in all my food and even in my refrigerator... so I'm constantly having to throw food away... they were not here when I moved in originally..

Have been living at Crest at Central Park for two years. It’s an okay apartment complex, have been having a couple issues here and there. Unfortunately a resident got shot dead a couple weeks ago in the parking lot. Apartment complex is off a main street and most gates are not locked and parking gate is never closed making it a little unsafe at times. Amenities are closed/ under maintenance for chunks of time. When walking my dog I’ve seen homeless walk in and out. Haven’t had any problems with leasing office or neighbors, everyone is respectful. Complex just has a couple security issues that have led to some unsafe situations.
I have been living at crest for 3 years now with my family and while there have been little hiccups because of COVID, the management has dont everything in there power to improve on everything. On top of everything, we have won multiple prizes by following their social media which is so amazing. Living at crest has been truly amazing because its my home. I would totally recommend this place to anyone that is considering moving to this place.

Crest at Part Central office staff needs to address all issues and concerns of the tenants and stop ignoring the tenants. I have asked for assistance several times from office staff regarding the bugs in my apartment, my loud neighbors up stairs, rats that live in the walls of my apartment and my ongoing plumbing issues all which has effected my health.

It's rare that you find an apartment complex where the majority of the online reviews seem positive, especially when they've received hundreds of reviews. Crest not only seemed to show a great customer experience from reviews online, but when meeting their office staff in-person and touring the properties it quickly became apparent they lived up to the hype. Carol with the front office helped me get my wife and I set up with a wonderful new apartment, and from the interactions I've had with the other members of the staff they're all very friendly as well. I'll definitely say that Carol was a superstar though, outstanding customer service experience. When my wife and I moved into our new apartment, the process was quick, easy, and surprisingly stress-free overall. Every day since has been a wonderful experience getting to explore our new community. We'd definitely recommend anyone looking for a new place to live to check out what's available at Crest at Park Central!

By far, this is one of the best residences I have ever occupied. My residence is beautiful, and I enjoy being here. I have lived here for 3 years till new management team took over that ignore all issues that are going on excessive noise,low security gates are broken all the time,damaged property cause by rats coming from the roof,leaks during the rain from rain damaged my furniture that was on the balcony. Also they go to your apartment under "fire inspection" clause than take pictures of your belongings i had moving boxes and took me to court and try to evict you if you critical of them or find another reason to get you out.I see trucks all the time of people coming and going,dirty halls from trashed dragged my valet service company.Dumpster always full and trash spills over.Not safe area by mail box almost got hit by the car another day since there is signs,dogs poop everywhere just to name a few was very bad pace to live as of lately. Please pick a different property managed by Greystar called them several times they never call you back!

My concerns are beyond management control. I can't fault them entirely. The unit itself I love. Loud neighbors, extremely poor parking, internet service is poor and the TV service doesn't have the channels I'm interested in unless I pay more for something that's already overpriced for what it offers. Neighbors do not pickup after their pets. The hallways and stairwells are filthy and unsightly. Vomit has been on the stairs for months, and dogs bark all night that are left out on patios. There's more but no point in continuing.. Thank you.
For a solid year before moving in Id been coming to tour at Crest. Ive tried looking at other properties under different management, but have always found myself back here. Greystar properties really just understand the every day person and the importance of functional space. You feel at home, in the unit and around the staff. I havent been here more than 15 days, but I can already affirm that Crest at Park Central is one of the better decisions Ive made for myself this year.

Great community!
Come join us! There are kinks in the system, but the management team always tries to make a conscious effort to improve the quality of our living and provide us with a sense of community. The location is EXCELLENT and the rental rates are competitive.
Crest at Park Central has clean, modern, spacious apartments with lots of amenities, and it's located near I 635 and route 75 with lots of food choices nearby.

Ehhh.....its a place to live I guess
Lived here almost 3 years. Reasons to live here: 1) If you enjoy having your parcels stolen from your doorstep [the package locker is not used by carriers and the office does not accept]. 2) If you enjoy paying premium for a garage while observing chronic illegal parking with better spots, for free. 3) If you enjoy making 10-point turns to get in and out of your garage. 4) If you enjoy not having guests because there is nowhere for them to park. 5) If you enjoy paper thin walls and ceilings. 6) If you enjoy hallway residents who party hard until 3AM on most nights. 7) If you enjoy a property management company that is completely indifferent to all the above, then this is the place for you.

All carriers should be using the Luxer package system. 2 - 4) We are in the process of auditing the parking and reissuing parking stickers. You should have received the notice last week which also informed the community what our plan is to correct the illegal parking. 6) Please call our after hours courtesy officer about your hallway neighbors. The apartments have Zero parking avaliable. you will have to park at cosco or ride the bus. they sucks.

********BE VERY CAUTIOUS before you rent here!!!!!!!********Their contracts are inaccurate and contradictory. The contracts are different from your actual lease agreement. Grey Star property company is a total rip off, which is who owns this property. Their own employees can't explain the contract terms, which is quite baffling. I work with contracts on a daily basis and pointed out the terms. What is funny is they say "well still, you are not going to be refunded." How a company can legally be in business when they do not have accurate legal documents. Yes, I could get a lawyer, but it's silly for what this place does. It's the principle and the fact their contract is written very very poorly and they get away with it. Unfortunately, they still take your money under no terms to do so when applying and leasing. Make sure you know for a fact you want to move here. Also, their places are extremely over priced for what you get.

The apartment's themselves are great, the amenities are great, the neighbors are great, the location is great. What isn't great (or even acceptable) is the management. The management switched Nov. 2016, and it has gone downhill since. As a resident, it appears the management is more concerned with filling the empty apartments than keeping residents happy. The parking is horrible (don't expect to find a spot if you come home after 9), the "community rules" are violated constantly with no repercussions, and trash is constantly left in hallways which leads to horrible smells during Summer. I have spoken with both the Manager and Assistant Manager and neither could care. When they respond to reviews or emails, they make it seem as if they care, but their actions don't match.

Poor Management here I would suggest looking else where. Dallas has many apartment complexes that are managed by good/honest companies.
Looks like a nice place however there have been multiple robberies, gunshots and a hold up in the parking lot. Management barely addresses these situations so no one knows what is going on. They are also unresponsive and take their time to deal with apartment issues. They are more worried about planned happy hours and fitness then residents safety. Trying to get out of my lease.

Thank you for your feedback. We have had 1 reported attempted robbery at Crest at Park Central in May, which thankfully, was unsuccessful. The management team quickly responded with a neighborhood watch meeting and promised an action plan within 30 days, which we have emailed to all residents. While continuing to evaluate the effectiveness of the various options available, we have hired a patrol service, which is still in place today. Please contact the leasing office if you did not receive our emailed action plan and we will make sure you receive a copy. We want to make sure you have the correct information, as it seems there are some false rumors circulating. We don't want residents to feel they have to choose between planned community events and a neighborhood watch program, we believe we can incorporate both. We hope that you will choose to remain a resident with us.
Many residents have been rob at this new apartment complex. There is no security cameras in hallways or near garages. For the last few months people have rob at gun point, cars broke into and stole, garages are broke into every other day. Property manager doesn't check on residents who been rob or return calls. So if you choose to live here make sure you have a big dog and a gun.

Thank you for your feedback. We have had 1 reported attempted robbery at Crest at Park Central, which thankfully, was unsuccessful. The management team quickly responded with a neighborhood watch meeting and promised an action plan within 30 days, which we have emailed to all residents. While evaluating the effectiveness of the various options, we hired a patrol service immediately, which is still in place today. Please contact the leasing office if you did not receive our email and we will make sure you receive a copy.
Move to this new apts August 1, some buildings still under constructions, but everything has been great since our moved. Management is amazing and friendly, and our apt is just perfect. Since some buildings are still under construction, some noise comes here and there, but nothing better than having to enjoy a brand new apt, brand new appliances, brand new everything. We love Crest At Park Central. And they have get together for our doggies! :)
