Nestled less than 20 miles west of Downtown Atlanta, Lithia Springs is a charming community located in northeastern Douglas County. Named for its historic “lithia” mineral water springs, this small town is home to an abundance of rentals, ranging from upscale apartments to single-family homes, all at an affordable price. Although Lithia Springs is a popular suburb, it’s residential streets offer a peaceful environment ideal for families and commuters. You’ll find locals exploring Sweetwater Creek State Park in their free time. This historic wooded state park offers scenic hiking trails, boating, fishing, and more. Lithia Springs boasts proximity to Six Flags Over Georgia, a major perk for families in the area. Although commuting to Atlanta is simple, Marietta, Sandy Springs, and West Midtown are a few of the communities residents can commute to as well.

Property Ratings at Crestmark Apartment Homes
Loving it and everything is so convenient. Loving the fitness room to the extreme. Neighbors has been making me and my kids feel so welcomed and they’re so helpful.
My experience has been ok. The neighbors and neighborhood is ok . Will I recommend to live here maybe. I do not have much more to say. I pray in the near future that the pricing of these apartments will get better.
It’s abit early to review how the apartment is since it’s only been a week but the place is so welcoming! There were times maintenance had to come by to repair a pipe and a simple towel rack fix, but they came incredibly fast! I have not tried all of the available amenities yet but I already love it here
Love the apartment, nice cozy and very relaxing, great to place to live. Starting my work out in the very sophisticated gym and can't wait until summer to barbecue and swim
Nice friendly supportive staff. Maintenance is loud but that’s expected. The neighborhood seems friendly and safe. I moved in almost a week ago and no complaints
I loved everything until I saw roaches. I also hate I had to call maintenance over 5 times. I just moved in it’s been a week now. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. It’s a lot of restaurants and a couple grocery stores near.
Very demure, everything looks entirely brand spanking new, love that the apartment is right by everything. The breezeways look very clean. Love it
For the most part it’s pretty quiet. Haven’t had any problems. I don’t have any dislikes other than sharing a water bill with with the entire complex and it’s only 2 of us in my apartment and it’s over $130 each month.
I've lived in this apartment for three years, and overall, I've had a positive experience. The location is fantastic—it's conveniently close to a major city, hiking trails, and the highway, making it easy to enjoy both urban and outdoor activities. We have community events like food trucks and mixers. I also appreciate the spacious floor plans to live comfortably. However, there are some downsides. Maintenance tends to be short-staffed, which leads to delays in addressing issues. A new playground for the kids is also needed. The one we have is very lack luster and I wouldn’t dare go over there. Additionally, some staff in the leasing office can come across nonchalant and depending on the day rude, which is off-putting. Despite these challenges it’s decent. I would still recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a home with spacious floor plans and a great location. As a bonus depending on which building you’re in your neighbors can be pretty awesome as well!
Great place overall Friendly staff Clean Quiet neighborhood Flexible rent with flex app Amenitys are good pool, playground, gym, conference room
The staff was friendly and explained everything .I love my apartment and had a great walkthrough experience. The inside of the apartment is what I expected it to look like .
I love it here the kids can be a handful at times but overall this is a beautiful community. Maintenance team is amazing and comes as soon as you report a problem.
I love my apartment only thing i had issues with is poor coustmer service and maintenance issues there is new staff every week and pool has been dirty and closed
Great community…However management can do much better fixing gym equipment. It should not take more than 2 years. The elliptical machine has been out of commission for 2 years and the weight machines for 3. They should stop forcing us paying for cable when nobody watches it anymore in 2024z
Very good complex. They take care of each of their tenants and make sure there needs are taken care of in the apartment. The leasing staff is always responsible in getting all needs met.
I think this property is overpriced and not kept up to standards. There are also constant billing issues. This was one of my bad decisions to move here.
The Crestmark community is a Friendly clean environment . The leasing staff is friendly, informative and very inviting . They have made the moving in process effortless and convenient.
Love the neighborhood very clean and beautiful. The gym and pool area is upgraded put together and enjoyable. Would recommend to apply here!
My experience has been ok However I’m a little disappointed with the upkeep of the building breezeways. I’m in building 100 and the stairs have not been blowed or swept . Also the water is shut off way too much. No by one has ever said if there is a sewage issue or not but there are always water issues and they usually happen at a very inconvenient time. Overall I have enjoyed my stay
Very nice complex , 2 pools , very quiet on back sides , love the huge patio . Also in love with the wood burning fireplace with the marble around it .
I stayed in a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment and for the prices they charge it is not worth it!!!! It may say upgraded unit but it is nothing but paint painted over holes and paint on the floors...the water adds a funny taste to your food...the kitchen sink was leaking under the cabinets. There is an pest problem I dealt with spiders and roaches while I was there...I’m so happy that I signed a short lease I even moved out days before the lease was up...I figured anything else would be better than living at crestmark apartments!!!
On 2/18/2021 I put in a maintenance request due to my oven only staying at 100 degrees. Once maintenance finally decided to come to my apartment (after having called and put in a work order), I was told that the part had to be ordered and would arrive on Monday. Today (2/22/2021) my oven still has not been fixed. After not hearing from maintenance or the property at about 1pm, I called the leasing office and maintenance several times and kept receiving the voicemail. I left a voicemail, and no one bothered to return the call. At the end of business on 2/22/2021, I received an email that I have attached to this review. I have not been able to cook meals for 5 consecutive days. No one has reached out to offer any concessions, and I am stuck spending unnecessary money purchasing food until the property decides to fix my oven. This isn’t the first issue that I’ve had with this apartment complex and their lack of professionalism, organization, and communication. Tenants pay entirely too much money per month to have to deal with these type of issues not being resolved in a timely manner.
I signed a 10 month lease and I’m so glad that it is almost over....I have not been happy since I’ve been here. Upon moving in I noticed mold on the patio door on the inside of the apartment and when I told the leasing agent about it she stated that she would have someone come and look at it and no one ever showed up. I do not use the water to cook because it adds a funny taste to my food so since I’ve been living here I have been buying purified drinking water from the store. Also upon moving in I was quoted the amount to pay for rent and the first 2 months it was the same amount then next thing I noticed that the rent would be different prices each month....so the leasing agent neglected to tell me that the water bill would cause my rent to fluctuate up and down and it would be anywhere from $30-$60 added to my rent...which made it difficult to budget because I would never know what the additional charge would be. There is also a roach problem and I have had to purchase my own pesticide. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone at all!!!!
Upgraded unit I leased has a lot of issues. Just be mindful and do a really good inspection of your apartment before you sign the lease.
I love living in Crestmark Apartments. The rooms are very spacious. Management is very pleasant and helpful. There is an exercise room and swimming pool in Crestmark Apartments in Lithia Springs, Ga. I highly recommend Crestmark Apartments.
Descent location and atmosphere. Leasing office are professional
new management. Upgrading property. Been here 2 years. Just need something closer for work and a management team that does what they in a timely manner.
I have lived in this apartment for 3 years. I have 2 very nice bedrooms and 2 very nice bathrooms, I have a lovely living room, dining area, kitchen, very large laundry room with space for storage and closet. The clothing closets include a large walk-in and double regular closet. Too my surprise I have 3 linen closets. I also have a very nice balcony. I really love my apartment because of the space and the great outside light during the day. I would definitely recommend my apartment to anyone wh.is interested..
