Older and needs a lot of remodeling. Management needs a lot of work and keep communication open. pool is closed all the time. Dog facility is old . Tennis court also old. Some apartments are stinky with old AC systems.

This apartment complex could really use some upgrades. The playground, dog park, tennis courts, and outdoor lightning could all use a serious upgrade. The complex needs more parking. The consistency of the valet tash pick is terrible. The landscapers have been slacking this year too- forgetting to trim the grass in whole areas, low hanging tree branches.

I loved how close it was to everything, and the property manager was always kind and helpful. Took off a star because maintenance seemed to lack. Back “guest” bedrooms were not well insulated (they’d get really hot in the summer and cold in the winter; wasn’t an issue with the rest of the apartment) and when they came out to inspect it, they basically said there was not anything that they could do.

For the most part I am very happy here. Walls are a little thinner than I would like, price to rent is higher than I can afford ultimately, and also would like to have better dog walking areas that were neater. But all in all has been a lovely place to live for the past year.

We have loved living here. Sadly for personal reasons we are moving but with a sense of sadness. The office staff are always very kind and helpful. The maintenance goes above and beyond. The property is very well maintained and beautiful. We’ve never heard or experienced any damage to cars or bad neighbors. Community gatherings like Wine night were always so much fun. With the exception of the lady above us walking like she’s stomping (never over night tho), we’ve been very happy here. Sad to go but I’d move back in a heartbeat if I could!

Everyone has been kind and wonderful.But since I've been here, I noticed the grounds are not kept as clean and i'm not too happy about the construction going on. It is very noisy and I never expected this to be when I signed up to move in.

The community it quite other than the construction side beside the complex that literally shakes the building some times. Love the convenience of the location. I don’t hear my neighbors when they are inside their units but I hear everything in the stairwell and parking lot.

Lived at many apartment complexes in different cities and states. There seems to either be bad management or bad maintenance and sometimes both! I would have to say that this place has both, only to the positive. Management is easy to get along with and straight forward. Maintenance is A and both together make this, in my opinion, a great place to live.

Great apartment complex and community! I truly enjoy how quiet and clean it is. The staff are great as well. Their communication is great and the maintenance staff is fast when they are needed!

The noise level has gotten out of control. To be honest it doesnt do any good to report it it only seems to get worse afterwards. That's the biggest complaint I have about the community.

It is a very quiet place, which is good since I work 3rd. Maintenance is always quick to respond and very efficient when it comes to fixing issues.

It's been amazing so far. I only had a small hiccup with a card not working, but they fixed it pretty quickly. I've only been here for a week, but it already is starting to feel like a home.

we are so happy that we found Crestmont when we decided to relocate in Greenville after retirement. the office staff and maintenance crew are wonderful. we enjoy walking the grounds with the mature trees and homey atmosphere

Landscaping is nice. Some pet parents don’t follow the rules so watch where you step! Location is great. Restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations , drug stores, and many hotels are plentiful and within walking distance.
