So far so good. I moved in on 2/28/25 and everything has gone well thus far. There were a few MINOR issues with my apartment and I reported them and in less than 24 hours, they were addressed. The grounds are absolutely beautiful!!!
Living here for the past few years has been nothing but worry free! If and when I need maintenance, which is RARE, they are literally on the job within hours! I’m amazed every single time!
Been here for a year and a half now, can’t complain at all. The staff is prompt to fix whatever needs fixed. Office is great at sending out notices so there are no surprises. Safe place and even though it is close to the airport it is extremely quiet and peaceful.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my apartment home at Crestmont at Thornblade over the last 2 years. Great staff and maintenance crew have always dealt with any small issues that I may have had. The grounds maintenance is is conducted regularly and I am a regular user of the fitness center which is always clean. The office team offer special events throughout the year which provides opportunities to meet other residents.

Thank you to Robert and Richard for replacing my water heater. I had no clue it was leaking and as soon as they saw it they both came out and did the hard work over putting a new water heater in for me. Thank you both so much for catching that before it got worse.

It’s a very nice and quiet area. The staff is great and friendly. The apartments are nice and have a lot of space. They have a great workout area and the pool stays open all year around.

I’ve been a resident of Crestmont at Thornblade for almost 3 years.I must say that this is the best place to live. My apartment is beautiful and spacious! I liove sitting on my porch enjoying the beautiful weather. The grounds are clean, beautiful and well maintained. Walking around the complex allows me to meet and talk with friendly residents. The maintenance staff is here for any problems. They are the best! I’m always impressed by their quick response to anything which might need rdone. They care about their residents everyday, rain or shine! The office is available to welcome people, show apartments, answer any questions, and make your move easier. After living in my home for 42 years, I know that my move to Crestmont at Thornblade iin iGreenville, SC is the best decision I made! I hope this is my “Forever Home”!

I truly haven’t had any issues. Noise level is 0 - none. My neighbors are quiet and pleasant. The only thing is parking when there is no up front parking we have to park behind the grass behind the garages.

I just moved in a week ago and so far it has been a fantastic experience! It's a beautiful complex. The staff have been very helpful; I had had a couple small maintenance things after moving in and they were handled super fast! I almost didn't know they had been by except that everything had been fix then later I found the service request on the counter listed everything as completed. All the neighbors I've met so far have been super friendly! I'm really excited to be here!

Older and needs a lot of remodeling. Management needs a lot of work and keep communication open. pool is closed all the time. Dog facility is old . Tennis court also old. Some apartments are stinky with old AC systems.

This apartment complex could really use some upgrades. The playground, dog park, tennis courts, and outdoor lightning could all use a serious upgrade. The complex needs more parking. The consistency of the valet tash pick is terrible. The landscapers have been slacking this year too- forgetting to trim the grass in whole areas, low hanging tree branches.

I loved how close it was to everything, and the property manager was always kind and helpful. Took off a star because maintenance seemed to lack. Back “guest” bedrooms were not well insulated (they’d get really hot in the summer and cold in the winter; wasn’t an issue with the rest of the apartment) and when they came out to inspect it, they basically said there was not anything that they could do.

For the most part I am very happy here. Walls are a little thinner than I would like, price to rent is higher than I can afford ultimately, and also would like to have better dog walking areas that were neater. But all in all has been a lovely place to live for the past year.

We have loved living here. Sadly for personal reasons we are moving but with a sense of sadness. The office staff are always very kind and helpful. The maintenance goes above and beyond. The property is very well maintained and beautiful. We’ve never heard or experienced any damage to cars or bad neighbors. Community gatherings like Wine night were always so much fun. With the exception of the lady above us walking like she’s stomping (never over night tho), we’ve been very happy here. Sad to go but I’d move back in a heartbeat if I could!

The Crestmont at Thornblade is an incredible place to be! It is 15 minutes from downtown Greenville which is rapidly growing and right off Pelham road which has everything you'd ever need!

I’ve lived here before and loved it, I’m hoping this will continue! Maintenance staff has always been great. The office staff is new to me however I received excellent help and my move it went smoothly.
