You can't find parking in this complex after 5pm because they keep allowing tenants to have 5-10 vehicles per household. They charge you 15$ a month to park in here but there's never any parking when you need it. Also my electric bill has jumped up almost 100$ because again too many people living in one household and it's a shared meter for each building. It's too expensive to live here for what they offer. Plentiful, cheaper options in the area with actual parking.

A great place to live! The grounds are always very well-kept. The management staff is great too. They’ll answer any question I have within a few hours. I love walking my dog all over the ground. The people are so friendly.

Mice everywhere here. This place is the worst. Rodents and roaches all over the place.
Unfortunately, when Avenue 5 took over this property, it went down hill very quickly. They let anyone and everyone move in and raise your rent over $200.00 per year in addition to utilities. Expect loud, noisy neighbors drinking on the patio at all hours of the night, dogs barking often. The walls are thick but expect nothing to be done about any noise complaint. Unless tolerate noisy neighbors well, or dogs barking in the middle of the night, I would Honestly not recommend this property. The maintenance staff is honest and friendly but that’s about it.

We liked the beauty and accessibility of the apartment and signed up the contract. It didn't take long to find out it is mismanaged and corrupt by completely unprofessional personnel. Their stupid attorney is not working towards justice and serves the injustice of the so called managers. Lo the attorney is embarrassed loosing his own cases by the tenants. In General, if anyone is interested in this apartment complex, I advise to the contrary as the management is filled with cowardly people and unprofessional personnel. People, please learn from our mistakes. Just look for some other place. Not this one.

Stayed here almost 3 years to date. Maintenance was normally responsive. I didn't have a a major complaint even with the awful parking situation. That is until they decided our rent was going to go up 200-700 dollars a month for absolutely no reason. Look elsewhere.

Horrible management! When we moved in I requested the repairs to be done on all kitchen cabinets doors were broken and unadjusted, kitchen island falling apart, the stairway railing falling down, in the shower cold water only, dryer not connected and many more. Guess what day say? All will be done in one month! I repaired the most important things myself. After 5 weeks I had to remind them to do the rest. When we move out we left the apartment cleaner and in better condition then it was. On the day we move out after I give them the keys and told them that the apartment is clean and nice, i asked if they need anything else from me, they said no. Now I got the statement for 8 days of stay and late fees. Went to office in few days trying to waive the fee, they say it’s my responsibility to pay at time and they won’t waive the fee. I just don’t see where is the late payment? They say you had to pay on the day you move out. THEY KNOW WELL HOW TO SCREW YOU UP BUT FORGET THEY OWN RESPONSIBILITIES

I lived there for over two years, and I can't be more thrilled to be out. The management company was replaced in May 2017, the new managers are as incompetent and dishonest as their predecessors. Maintenance is horrible - there were issues with my apartment that were reported on move-in and never addressed. The drive-in gates have frequently malfunctioned; the walk-in gates are rarely closed properly and many don't actually lock. There is no soundproofing between apartments, the materials for cabinets, floors and counters are cheaply made and poorly installed. I would strongly recommend that anyone in the market for an apartment in the area look elsewhere.

Recently bought out by company in California, Local management doesn't have as much sway. Service animals take over a month to get "approval" from Cali owners. Overall complex is decent, management is friendly enough but complex is far overpriced. This is an upscale run down apartment complex. Constantly seeing shopping carts and recently starting to see furniture just hanging out as if the facilities crew is here just to dispose of their old junk. Dog park is a joke if you have a larger dog. All my previous complaints are minuscule compared to the parking disaster. There are not enough spots for the amount of residents so if you get home after 10 the north side of the complex is full. We have had to park outside the complex because there were no spots left anywhere in the complex. Garages are an extra $100 a month and if you wait long enough for a reserved spot those are $40 a month. If you don't own a vehicle and enjoy the area then this will be fantastic for you.
Just DON'T do it. Location, fine. Exterior, Okay. Interior, meh. Lived here 1 month. Out of a long list of work orders we've submitted only 2 have been done...and they were done poorly. W/D NOT in every unit. Carpet being replaced with vinal flooring..prepare to buy lots of floor rugs and live in what sounds like a racquetball court. Gates broken, with promises to be fixed. Renters Website taken away a month after we arrived...so can't pay online. Fitness center has few machines and many are broken most of the time. There are lots of choices out there, just drive on by this one.
I have lived at Crestone Apts for five years. Although I really hope to soon be in position to buy my own place, Crestone is the place to be. The office staff and ground maintenance crew is great. They are on top of any concerns/issues that I have ever had. My apartment is cozy and my neighbors are really nice too. Some day I'll miss this place, but for now it's great.
